Hotel Bellevue - Half Board

We spent a few days in Pamporovo with our dog for some mountain biking, and the whole experience was excellent. The area is quiet, the trails are well-marked, and the surroundings are perfect for active days outdoors. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and genuinely pet-friendly, which made everything easier. Entire staff was super nice.

Very kind host and staff. Warm and pleasant people work there. It’s my second time in Grekas this summer, and I can only wish them to keep maintaining their high level of service! The perfect place for a peaceful family vacation. Clean, tidy, and the coffee they serve at the hotel is out of this world!

Breakfast was repeating every 2 days, for dinner you had plenty to choose from. Good deserts, fruits.Very friendly shuttle bus driver, but his car was very poor.

IMPORTANT: Hotel Bellevue Ski & Spa is THE SAME THING with Hotel Bellevue Ski & Relax!!Please update the hotel location on Waze & Google Maps as, by introducing "Hotel Bellevue Ski & Spa" (where I have made my Booking reservation), both apps took me to Smolyan city (around 18 km further), just to find out there is no Bellevue hotel there! So around 40 km made for nothing!! Bellevue is in Pamporovo resort, not in Smolyan!Would be more cozy and more space to have a bus, instead of an old ordinary car, as shuttle bus.

The dining room was not well ventilated. Our clothes smelled like food/grease after our meals there.

The food was really delicious, probably the best I ever had in a hotel. The location is good enough. There is one really lovely old man doing the shuttle every day to the slopes :)

I didnt like the attitude towards the pets. They are allowed in the hotel however they are not allowed to leave the room or walk on their own, you need to carry them, because they do prints, which is insane. When you pay extra for your dog you expect to be treated well and accepted, otherwise why let them in?

The hotel is relatively close to the ski resort; you can request a shuttle or drive there in just 2 minutes.There is a supermarket near the hotel.The service is amazing, the rooms are huge, and the view is breathtaking!It has a cozy, home-like atmosphere.The staff is wonderful!

Not 300m from ski slope as stated. It was 2 miles to get to lifts & couldn’t be walked.

We enjoyed our stay which coincided with the New Year’s Eve. The food was great, the rooms were warm and the staff was on point.

Unfortunately it’s not ski-to-door. The play room for kids could be cleaner.

Everything was above expectations

The hotel fully deserves its name - the view of the Rhodope Mountains is incredible. It has a warm and cozy atmosphere, the staff makes every guest feel special, and the food is delicious and varied. For several years now, we have been consistent guests at Bellevue Ski & Relax and we eagerly await our next visit.

The location is great. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. Nice spa, but the kitchen was the best - kudos to Asen!

Clean room

Relax centre nor the pool didn’t work unless we tell them 30 minutes in advance to turn it on. Also oddly cringe owner, always asking if everything was alright and disturbing us while we were dining.

The staff was very nice and helpful. It was very clean in the room and the hotel in total. The food was great at the restaurant and the place is quiet and good for both skiing and hiking.

The expanding couch wasn't good though.

The food was delicious! The chef is excellent and the owner must do everything to keep him there! The hotel itself is nice and quiet, very clean has everything you need. Definitely recommend to stay here!

The mattress was horrible, the springs would get in your hips and back, MUST change/upgrade! I didn't like that there were no drinks included for dinner. At least water could be provided with dinner.

Clean and comfortable, warm rooms, good beds. Breakfast was basic but ok, you could find at least 1 good choice every day. Dinner was good also. Lots of fresh salads and fruit and at least one very tasty meat choice each night. Very child friendly, The pool was warm and clean, the sauna was very hot. I would pay extra for a nice espresso. Definitely would recommend.

The area around the pool is flooded at all times, no ones cleans it. This was the only concerning matter we saw. You could say some other things need attendance, but not worth worrying about during your vacation.

The food was very delicious. Regular shuttle to the slopes. The room was clean and cozy.

We were provided with a room next to the staff room so every day between 7 and 8 the doors were shut hard and we could barely sleep beyond 7. It is really strange considering the money we paid for a dinner that we were not provided with at least water to drink and we were forced to order from the bar. The internet connection was poor and we could not use it at all.

I was impressed with the room size, clean linens, and efficient heating.

However, I was disappointed with the repetitive breakfast menu, uncleared ice in front of the hotel (limited to the entrance), and the icy path to the ski slope. The evening atmosphere featured folk music, resembling a budget tavern. The hotel owner hosted special guests with a separate menu, while other guests had to dine in a different area. Unpleasantly scented towels and, worst of all, uncomfortable beds with mattresses that seemed 10 years old and completely worn out further detracted from the experience.

Far away from everywhere, limited park space, cannot communicate with personal, unfortunately no lobby, have to sit in the restaruant, poor menu, bed is horrible you cannot sleep well
