Great swimming pool, perfect food on all inclusive, kind staff. Perfect in general

The rooms need renovation but they will do it this summer so for the ski season it will be great.

Do not clean the trash everyday in the room.The food was not really good.

Good size room and very reasonably priced

Food during the evening was ok but the breakfast was not very good. Beds were not that comfortable and pillows were terrible and felt like laying on a load of cotton wool balls. Shower door and toilet seat were broken which I was able to fix myself easily so they must not have must maintenance on the rooms if these issues were not picked up. Rooms could have been cleaner. Swimming pool and areas around looked like they needed a better clean.

Plusses: very nice and professional staff - everyone, from reception to restaurant, to room cleaning, were kind and prompt;- nice architecture and room space, incl. wonderful balcony;- great and rich buffet, both for breakfast and dinner;- swimming in the pool after each day of skiing was great;- plenty of parking spaces;- ski-shuttle availability;- very good wifi in both the room and public areas;- plenty of funs for the kids in the lobby: the billiards and flipper were our favourites.

Minuses: room 512 does not allow for adjusting the heating, so we had to open the window often.Overall: a very good value-for-money choice, and again - great staff without exceptions.

There can be many school groups and some are very noisy and rude

Did not like the property at all. There was noise from young group of students from Ireland, left without supervision by their teachers and the hotel did not organise any security. People staying at the hotel had to take their own actions to calm the group down, whilst the hotel staff wasn’t aware of what’s happening on the floors.The sink in the room was blocked, then started leaking, then the WC was leaking. The pool although included was dirty. Overall very poor experience.

A very nice hotel, with an extremely good location. Polite staff with attention to small details. Wonderful and varied food in the restaurant with very good service from the waiters. Pets are also allowed in the hotel, which gives an advantage to visit it in the future. The pool has warm water, the sauna was great. The masseuse is a professional. It's worth taking advantage of everything the hotel has to offer. I am very pleased. Thanks for the warm attitude.

Everyone in the hotel was polite and welcoming. The pool was warm and the water was clean.

The hotel is extremely old. Everything in the room was really old. The door handle was falling off. We couldn't close the door unless we used the key. We couldn't find any switch for the lighting on the balcony. The bathroom was almost clean but I wouldn't use the bath tube even if they paid me.

The friendly staff, the magnificent view, the food was delicious.

Location, parking, nice view

The room was in a poor state of repair - fridge falling apart, dirty shower curtain, broken toilet, peeling doors and woodwork. Bed extremely hard and uncomfortable.No drink making facilities in the room. It was too noisy. I was above the terrace, next to restaurant and kids screaming until 2am. No Aircon so had to open window which made it worse. I asked to switch rooms but there were none available which was odd because it's August and the resort was empty, and the receptionist didn't actually check. Welcome booklet was a list of things not to do in the room which was comical because it was already a mess but had no useful information at all, no details about facilities, food, no WiFi password etc. It came across aggressive.

The hotel has everything you need for a ski holiday. Diverse breakfast and dinner, paid shuttle to the ski center and a large pool to relax after a day on the slopes.

The rooms are a bit old and not very well maintained but considering you're not going there to spend time inside, it doesn't matter that much.

The only advantage of the hotel is the location - very central, on the main street

Extremely updated furniture, awful bathroom, the worst shower I have seen, you could hear everything from the room beacause of the bad isolation. The breakfast is the worst I have ever had in a hotel .

I stayed years ago at this hotel and though they have maintained the service. What a dive it has become. Only location!

The New Years Event was well organized and food was quite tasty. Our apartment was very spacious and nicely laid out. Value for money is OK - you get an OK room and OK food. Not more, not less. For NYE - best deal in town. It was an interesting experience.

Old, outdated hotel. Messy everywhere. Staff do their best, but are not used to modern working ethics - sad-faced people who seem to hate what they do. The presence of an eccentric owner who has his own agenda with his entourage is for sure not very helpful. Attitude, interior and approach don’t fit into the morden world. No details necessary - it is understandable that they use the place to squeeze money out - and any renovation would drive prices up, but this is inevitable in this case.

The hotel location is good, the staff was very nice. The lobby bar atmosphere was amazing with a fireplace and live guitar music every evening. The pool and sauna were clean and nice. There are kids playing room, billiard and table tennis to intertain the kids in the evening.

The room was nice, however the sofa bed was almost on the floor which is not very nice during winter time. The Bathroom was very bad maintained- shower door broken, bin broken. We were there for 4 nights and our towels were not changed at all. The food in the buffet restaurant wasn't very good and with limited variety.

Everything was great, the room was large enough for single occupant, with a balcony too. I pre booked breakfast and dinner package as expected a lot of the restaurants in the resort were closed. Both meals were buffet and there was an adequate selection to suit most people/tastes, there were 2 buses with school kids/teens and the dinner selection catered for them, fries and other deep fried offerings which they seemed to enjoy, tho there were lots more offerings. The pool was great, well maintained. I used the Hotel as a base to tour around and visit lots of places of interest, Pamporovo is central to most being less than an hour in all directions. All in all i'm very happy with the Hotel and facilities on offer.

location was good, the pool is great

first they didnt let us to get into to the pool becuase of a group of school children. the lady in the front desk doesnt speak english, we find some boy that translate us. the elevator small for stroller and smelly, the room smells from old water, the doors in the shower broken, the electric in the kitchen doesnt work... and so on...

The hotel is clean, the water in the pool is warm and clean.

There was a green School with huge group of kids. They were very noisy at all the time. Especially at late night when they were running in the corridors, knocking on the doors and screaming. Those kids suppose to be accommodated in separate floor or even entire separate unit of the building! Unfortunately I was in a room between rooms with children. For my entire stay I couldn't rest. Before anyone book a room can consider that and probably can make a call and ask of there is a such of group at the time you consider visiting the hotel.
