Small remark that the Barman weren’t able to make a proper cappuccino, we tried the lobby bar and the spa cafe.

Good location, good spa, ok breakfast

We stayed two night in this hotel. After the first night as the hotel was advertised as 5 star hotel I would expect our beds to be made and room cleaned, but this didn’t happened. The breakfast was good but fruits weren’t very fresh. There were many waiters but they seem to just hang around rather than doing their job. We asked twice for juice before it has been serve same with some of the empty containers for food. Overall I would rate this hotel more as 3 stars

We booked the maisonette for 3 adults and 2 children, and it was a great choice. The upstairs separate bedroom was a huge hit with the kids. The rooms were very clean, the view was amazing, and the breakfast was delicious. The pool and spa center were super clean and a big bonus. The staff were absolutely amazing, and went above and beyond to help us out with an issue with our vehicle, making sure our trip ended on a high note. 100% we will stay here again.

We loved everything.

The hotel location is good. The room was clean, the bathroom was well designed (compared to many European hotels where the shower usually splashes on the entire bathroom floor making it unusable without drying it out), the amenities were somewhat OK. The breakfast also was OK, but nothing really out of the ordinary

This is not 5-star hotel! 4-star may be, but definitely not 5. As such the hotel is overpriced. It lacks the amenities that need to be offered in a 5-star hotel. The breakfast was OK, but the fruit bar was really pathetic - pretty much all the fruits in the fruit section were old and beaten up. Again, not a 5-star hotel experience.

Great hotel! There is much to do for adults and children. Nice rooms, we had great view toward the mountains, kind staff and the spa was very nice. Big variety of spa treatments. You can order drinks from the pool area.However, the gem was the Neptune restaurant and the excellent service feom Yonko and Alexandra. I hope the names are exact! Stylish atmosphere, absolutely professional service, and the food was incredible! I strongly recommend it! There is a little shop inside the hotel, which I find very useful. We are very happy with our stay. The ski lifts are close by car and the hotel offers free shuttle :)Great access and free warm passage to hotel Orlovets.

Staff at reception and spa very friendly and helpful. Good size of the room. Great bathroom, good size and equipment. Breakfast ok. Ski bus is comfortable and worked according the plan. Had a massage in the spa, very kind and super massage. Nice lobby bar. Overall I got what I expected. Around are different restaurants and bars. Good location. Tried the neptun restaurant as well, calm and good atmossphere there.

Spa area could be warmer. Steam baths and sauna could be warmer.

Very run down hotel, won't stay again

Run down hotel that is 3 stars at best. Small rooms with worn out walls and furniture, pretty bad sound isolation, you can hear the drunks and the music from the club that is in the same building. The Spa is ok but too small for the capacity and is always overcrowded, there is just one hot tub which is super dirty. Breakfast is also ok but they run out of basic stuff and don’t restock for days. The location is also not nice as you need to get a bus to reach the ski slopes. There is no ski locker, just one storage room where you leave your skis and shoes and hope nobody steals them. Overall I feel it’s pretty bad value for money and its not adequate to call it five star hotel

Hotel was amazing, stayed in the junior suite with balcony. It was spacious and comfortable. Staff were great, friendly and attentive and so was the Spa facilities after a long day. Booked a massage, one of the best I’ve had.

The noise from outside and nightclub makes it very difficult to sleep. Noise continues until 4am.

We had a really pleasant stay. Junior suite was spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious and various, dinner too. The desserts were a lot, but not so high quality, more semi-finished. I would recommend to have fewer options, but more refined. Great facilities, warm pool, rich choice of saunas, steam baths, showers.Friendly and supportive staff.Recommend the hotel for family with kids

The air conditioning system was noisy and it turns on and off so ofter. We had to switch if off during the night.

The Location was good, the Shuttle to the skiing slopes as well

The worst 5* hotel I’ve ever been, it does not deserve 5 stars.Staff is outright unfriendly at the reception, slow in the diner and the kitchen, room service is bad, our room was not ready despite the reassurance that it is, the beds are not done properly and we ran out of toilet paper in 2 out of four days…The meals are not great and the always repetitiveSo overall a rather disappointing experience from the hotel

We have enjoyed our stay in the Perelik hotel. The junior suite room was specious & the materace was super comfy. The breakfast was various & everything was delicious. The swimming pool & sauna were perfect addition.

I would not recommend to pay for a dinner at the hotel, as we were disappointed. It was a bit expensive for what you get ( no drinks included, even not a water), the food was cold.

The room was of enough size for two adults and a child. The food was of good quality, although it did not offer a lot of diversity. The drinks at the bar were nice, but were served very slowly. The transport to the ski zone was very convenient and very much on time.

The swimming pool for children was visibly very dirty, but the personnel when asked about it, did not agree and said “only the cleaning system does not work”. Several members of the personnel were also rude and not very ready to cooperate. The price for this level of quality is high. This is not a five-star hotel.

Nothing worth mentioning - it was really good.

Our room was nothing like as good as the pics you are advertising ! Not happy about this as we could not upgrade either.Some of the staff were rude and ignored us when asking them questions. Some staff were very nice.

The apartment was good, the pool and the SPA facility as well. I would say currently the best option in Pamporovo, unfortunately far away from Banya, Bankso and Velingrad, nevertheless we were there for skiing mainly.

Breakfasts and dinners pretty good, I would recommend having less dessert options but better quality. Pancakes chefs were so bored doing their job, this shall be fixed as well, more smiles on the faces of the waitresses. The apartment has two bedrooms but no privacy because they are like atelier, 2 floors no walls, no doors. The mattress was worn out

parking area is not enough, we were lucky we came there on business days so we didn't have much problem to find parking place for car but I can't imagine if we came there on the weekend.

Perfect hotel for skiing, walking, and for relaxing in the spa.
