The hotel is located right on a cliff with amazing views. The staff is courteous and helpful. Breakfast and dinner had an amazing spread. There are so many activities happening that the hotel feels like a destination in itself. Highly recommend.

Very good price-quality ratio, if you book early. An extremely beautiful terrace with a view of the sea. Quality food, even alcohol is included with breakfast and dinner, as if you were on an all inclusive service. Pleasant and friendly staff, who try to please you and solve any problem.There is a small shop connected to hotel, with nice offers and normal prices. We like that so much.Position of hotel is good, so you can reach Magaluf beach and Palmanova beach almost for same time of walking.

The room you get may be different from the ones in the pictures, so it may happen that you get a suite where the entrance is directly into the bedroom, which is very dark. They immediately offered us a replacement, I have to admit, and while that other room had a better layout, it all faced the street, so we stayed in a darker room. If you choose a room with a complete view of the sea, I think you will be satisfied. But can be pricy.The hotel is a bit on a hill, which can be difficult for some people. In one part of the accommodation there can be a strong echo and noise from the small pool. It happened that the cleaning lady did not leave towels for our feet for days. The outdoor pool is not interesting for swimming at all, but such is the architecture of the hotel.Hotel does not offering any kind of parking, and that can be deal breaker if you come by rentacar. All streets around are very ocupied with cars, its not easy to wind a parking.

The entire hotel was without running water when we arrived and was not on until the following day. When we requested bottles of water the staff suggested a we find a market.We booked several rooms and in one the bedding was stained and a stray sock was found in one of the made up beds.

Cleaning of rooms, facilities, breakfast food quality, toiletries

Clean spacious rooms, towels changed every day, good selection at breakfast, beautiful views, close to both beaches and close to a variety of restaurants

Shower kept flooding, beds were quite uncomfortable but that's personal preference, pool and sunbed area is quite small so if you're going in peak season would likely be a struggle to get a sunbed

This was the worst hotel stay ever, because of the following:1. Very poor upkeep and low quality products. Linen and towels didnt feel fresh.2. Housekeeping was poor. One day, when we returned from roaming around, our room has been 'cleaned', but there was still a dirty cup on the table and sand on the bathroom floor.3. Shower didnt work well, and at times threw boiling water randomly. Weird and very basic bathroom with not enough space in the shower cubicle.4. Absolutely no provision for ironing ! I was asked to walk to the sister hotel some 200 metres away to iron my clothes.5. We ordered a margerita pizza at the snack bar. The pizza was sad. and served without any plates, tissues, condiments etc. The bartender was rude.6. Food at breakfast and dinner buffet also wasnt great.7. Rooms are smaller than they look in pictures. Room and pool are less plush than they look in pictures.NEVER STAY HERE, EVER. Also we stayed in similarly priced hotels when we visited Valencia and Barcelona - the rooms, service and cleanliness / upkeep was far better in those properties.

Wonderful stay at Leonardo Hotel Palmanova. The staff were very friendly.The location was amazing, and we really enjoyed the beautiful view from our room

The Wi-Fi connection was quite poor, and the rooms were not soundproof, which made it difficult to sleep at night. Also, the breakfast and dinner options were limited and could be more varied

The front desk was horrible ! Especially the lady with short blond hairThe first day I fell on the rocks and needed help and when I asked she told me can’t do anything at least she could have given me ice or first aid Then I asked for extra towel since I only had one big and one small she told me why would I need extra since I’m alone and started laughing at my face I also asked for help to have excursions she told me nothing available but the young guy at the front desks told her let me help her and he did

The views from the room and the staff were amazing

Some things in the suite were broken when we first entered the room but we mentioned it to the staff.

It was a little noisy from the street and other guests at times. The pool area also played music from early morning to late that was noisy.

We had a perfect view on the sea.The hotel is close to the beach, restaurants, shops and 7min to the public buses. The breakfast was very good too

I didn`t mind anything

The view was excellent (sea view), the staff were super helpful, the food was varied and plentiful and pleasant area to eat (half board), the rooms were clean and practical, with comfortable beds the hotel is ideally situated between calmer Palmanova and energetic Magaluf, both within walking distance, the activities were great inside the hotel and out we went scuba diving with Big Blue Diving which was almost directly below the hotel on the beach. Overall the hotel is fantastic..

The hill, is quite steep going towards the hotel, so be aware if very old or infirm, the room though clean could do with updating (tired looking IKEA ish furniture)

Amazing Hotel, great location, staff there couldn’t be better and got an amazing deal ! Wasn’t expecting our room to be so big considering the price we paid, definitely recommend to all !

The room was spotlessly clean. The view was straight on to the sea and the beautiful trees that edged the coastline. It was so peaceful whilst still being close to everything!

Good sized room, daily cleaning, excellent pool, we were allowed to leave our luggage on last day before late flight departure, friendly reception staff, good range for breakfast (although over priced at 15e)

TV did not work in lounge and despite getting replacement TV it stopped working again after a few hours

The hotel had a very nice lobby and the kiddy pool was great. The room was comfortable and quite spacious and the view from both the main terase and our room was amazing. The food was tasty and the staff was kind and helpful.

The hotel is a little aged. The room we were given was older, doors in the kitchenette didn’t close.

Helpful and friendly staff, always with a smile on the face, especially Mateo. Room and hotel amenities exactly as we needed. Breakfast and dinner food very tasty. Free luggage storage after check-out. Walking distance to sandy beach. Shop with everything you need next door to the hotel.
