Once entering the room we bumped into a big cockroach (on the 4th floor)

Hotel is clean and have good facilities. Room for groups are spacious and the beds big and comfortable. Food was basic but good enough to choose from.

Wi fi very bad!! Work only for messenger.. no Web is opening. Door to room is not sound proof you can hear everything what's happening in corridor! There should be at least tea included in lunch and dinner tea shouldn't be charged extra..

The hotel is close to the beach, and there are bus stops and supermarkets in the vicinity. On the day of arrival I reported a broken water boiler, it was replaced the same day. The beds are quite comfortable to sleep.There is an entertainment program both for kids and adults. We stayed with the kids in a disco, and they enjoyed it very well. We also tried stretching for adults once, and it was very nice too. We also used a kids club service, left our kids for a couple of hours, and they liked it there.The food in the restaurant is OK. There's a selection of a bit of everything. But nothing extraordinary.

We caught a big cockroach in our room.The water boiler was not working upon the arrival.The access to the small pool area and a playground outside is only by stairs, no ramps. It's very inconvenient if a have a kid in a stroller.

Location is ideal and the food was great.

If you need an iron you had to rent the iron and board out for a week at €15 or €18. We were only staying for 2 nights.

Good hotel for the money, bartenders were nice, pool is nice and I'd say the average age is about 45 here (good or bad up to you). Book the all-inclusive for the drinks, but eat elsewhere. Nice beaches that are a short stroll away.

They advise they have parking but they don't; the barrier seemed to be broken and must have been for some time as well. This is annoying when you rent a car expecting it to be parked safely but instead have to park it on the main road or across the road in a big public parking. Reception are rude. The food is criminal, although what they charge for all inclusive is nothing, and its worth paying for just the drinks. I'd definitely eat elsewhere. It would be ok if they just invested more in the breakfast, which is the easiest to get right, but that was the worst meal by far. I never did eat there for lunch. They do have a stage with shows and bingo and stuff but this is probably targeting retirees.

On arrival, fab location, friendly reception staff. Our room was ready early as per request. The room was lovely and quiet as on mountain side. We were on all inclusive, the food and drinks were good. Thalia was the best waitress but sadly was leaving. Peter from entertainment team was amazing.

Pati who appeared to be a restaurant/ bar manager was horrid to her staff in front of customers.

the staff were very friendly and the place was very clean especially the bedrooms - I would recommend and stop again - the food catered for everyone, was very good and there was loads of it!

there was a drainage smell sometimes after heavy rain.

Having recently returned for a 4 night stay at this Hotel, could not fault anything about it at all. Superb location, friendly and helpful staff. All inclusive deal was amazing, the food and drinks fantastic. We will be back in the not to distant future.

I liked how it was so close to the seafront where all the bars and restaurants are.

Toilet roll was not replaced, had to beg reception on two occasions as it was not replaced by the cleaners. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned that well each day. Rooms were adequate.

Food, location

Soundproofing, banging can be heard between 1pm and 3pm when the cleaners are cleaning, beds are being moved and doors are banging, during the afternoon break, when kids are sleeping.

Location was good of the hotel as it was walking distance to the beach.

Staff were not helpful, buffet food was the same each day and there was not enough choice for vegetarians especially around the pool area during the day. There were flies and birds coming for your food all the time and the entertainment was not as expected.

it was just one of the lifts broke and having bad legs . it was hard for me to climb stairs . also the hairdryer broke in my room and it took them 3 days to fix it . plus my room key card stopped working alot and had to be reset . which is annoying after you've climbed 3 floors and can't get in to your room . then have to walk back down to reception and then back up
