Seramar Hotel Comodoro Playa

One of the worst hotel experiences. The photos you see do not represent the reality of this hotel.The room I stayed in was in a state of disrepair; the ceiling vent dislodged from the ceiling. Hot water didn¿t work in the shower. Fridge didnt work either.

The staff with the exception of one were rude. They do not care about their clientele. The owner of this establishment should rethink his business practices. I also got food poisoning from paella they made. They shoo¿d me away when I asked for help. Awful

There were no sleepers or large towels in the room, and there were no accessories in the bathroom, such as ear cleaners, etc

Great location on the beach with a grrst pool. The room i stayed 510 had a beds that should be in the garbage they where so uncomfortable inbarely slept and the air conditioning worked on and off. If I wasn’t so tired and busy from my travels around the island i would of made a bigger fuss. For the price they should consider updating beds.

beds in room where like army cots . ive slept on more comfortable couches or sofas. The staff in the lobby must be use to riff raff they charged us for ice and for pool towels (deposit) For 300 euros plus fees they should be better. The breakfast was included but we never used bc struggled to sleep in the crappy beds, there was no substitutions so book without breakfast or food bc there is a supermarket and a million stores in the area that serve the same stuff. The staff were displeased that you couldn’t tip with credit or debit card and wanted cash only but most foljs didnt have so it was a bummer for the hard working folks. fix up the place ut getting run down.

The location of the hotel, how close it is to the beach. The view from the room was just amazing (high floor: 7 ), same as the view from the restaurant. Breakfast was good, with wide range of snacks, fruits, desserts and food, including option to ask for an omelet with different staffing. Dinner was great with big selection of side dishes and snacks/dessert, main dish being different every night. Stuff very polite and kind.Room big enough (21m2) , big closet, balcony with fantastic view, good bathroom - although it is smaller than it looks on the promo pictures.Solarium/VIP lounge is super great with jacuzzi - perfect for taking a relax after beach before dinner, or just stay all day long . Pool nice and comfy, tasty cocktails. Room cleaned daily

Hotel overall is great, and really recommend it, but some details already require renewal and refurnish, bathroom, room it self. Nothing critical but you can see it in details, giving the price.As it is windy some times (which is not an issue) on the balcony the might be small amount of sand, so naturally you will bring some in to the room , or walk bare feet and bring some dirt in.But room cleaned daily, so not a really big deal

The staff did their best to accommodate us. We were supposed to stay 1 week but only decided to stay 2nights. We booked through booking.com and we requested a full refund for remaining night which the hotel agreed to. Hotel staff was great--they just can't help it that their facilities are a bit dated. We met a lot of great people by the pool; had some nice conversations but after 2 nights we were ready to move on.

We didnt enjoy our stay here. The room had a damp smell. When we first checked-in, the room they gave us had wet sheets. They changed rooms but just wasnt overly impressed with the spread-out layout of the buildings and beach area. Great for a long weekend for value but dont recommend overall. We didnt have a rental car and it's a bit more remote than we wanted.

Location,pleasant staff.heated pool.

Food. For 3 nights on the run it was thin sliced chicken or fish on the grill, the next night sliced beef and for the rest of my 7 nights it was chicken again. There was other options but the grill food needs more variety. Food cold. There was a storm and water was coming into my bathroom I reported it in the morning nothing was done and told the cleaning staff and they cleaned it up.

Smell of drains, floors in the room were dirty not mopped well.

The beach just in front of the hotel, the room view, beds big and super comfortable, good breakfast and dinner.

Dinner was very basic pizza, nuggets, chips and very little choice . No entertainment any night .you could exit straight on to beach but could not get back in the same way . You had to walk around to front of hotel to get back in .

The location of the hotel is great! Shops and restaurants are 2-3 minute walk. The view is spectacular as it overlooks Palmanova. It’s quite and peaceful place to stay. The room is nice and clean. The AC was not strong. We had to open the sliding door at night to be cooler. Overall it was not that bad. Breakfast and Dinner (half board)- lovely and delicious food. For dinner, you have to pay for water which is billed at the end of your stay. Seems like you have to pay for drinks for dinner. Small swimming pool, jacuzzi was good but 1 was broken. Staff are accommodating and lovely. The whole hotel smells so nice and I’ve noticed that it’s cleaned everyday and well kept. Definitely a 4 star hotel:)Overall, I’d come back here again for the great location it’s at and the beautiful hotel.

Positive: Friendly staff. nice sea view. Big room. Good breakfast buffet. Close to many stores , bars and restaurants. Pool and jacuzzi. Close to Palma. Free parking in the surroundings.Negative: quite expensive just for a good view. Looks a bit older and the furniture was a bit damaged. The safe box is super old. No parking, cost 15€/day and ist very small. Bad coffee at breakfast and cheap orange juice

Extremely friendly staff, awesome location and very clean rooms. The view to the beach is amazing! Lots of facilities in the hotel.

Personally for me, the shape of the pillow, they weren't comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Seramar Hotel. The views from our balcony were breathtaking, perfect for relaxing and taking in the beauty of the area. We loved spending time in the pool and the jacuzzi, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed for a few days of relaxation. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Palma de Mallorca!

The balcony with unspoilt views of the sea. Warm welcome and offered a glass of water or a prosecco.

Didn't get much sun due to the location. A few sunbeds were in the sun and luckily they weren't occupied. Found it a bit tricky getting shower temperature just right. But that might have been my error.

This is our first time back to the hotel in 6 years for personal reasons. We absolutely loved our 2 week stay here, we remember some of the old faces and were welcomed with champagne and big smiles. The Service is excellent they will go above and beyond to help. The food is fabulous ? the staff are friendly and work really hard to make every meal time exceptional.Everywhere is kept to a high standard of cleanliness without staff ever getting in your way.The position of this hotel is 5* we will be returning next year hopefully twice and for many years to come. Massive thank you to all of the staff for making our stay so memorable ❤️

I've stayed here 5 times and highly recommend it. The staff go above and beyond. The location is perfect with beautiful views of the beach. Right on the promenade, lovely restaurants and bars.
