- Location and views from the room
- the staff was very nice, the view was amazing and everyday cleaning was very good.
- Nice pools
Cons -
- An iron in the room would have been great as it was a pain going down two sets of lifts to the ironing room and we didn¿t get to sit around the pool as it was always too crowded.
- i bought superior triple room with view instead i got bed for two people and view even though i went to tell this to the staff -they did nothing.reserved a room a month before, asked to be put next to friends but i was not. no parking!!!
- The room did not meet my expectations.Things needed to improve:- cleaning- furniture, etc is run down- quite noisy- coffeeThere were a couple of issues during my stay, like no water for few hours, door wouldn't open, no cleaning, etc..

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! This was our second year in a row coming here with my husband and parents. The location is perfect – just a 3-minute walk to Sol Matias beach. If you want more options, there are many cafés and restaurants nearby, as well as Magaluf Beach, which is about a 10-minute walk away. The beaches are clean, and the water is warm and crystal clear (in 2024 we stayed for 11 nights in mid-August, and in 2025 we stayed for 11 nights from August 28 — the weather was perfect both times, 28–30°C, with the sea around 26°C).There are sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool (though a few umbrellas were broken, so there aren’t quite enough for every pair of loungers — please look into this!). For us, it was fine and we always found a spot. Pool towels are available for rent for €10.The reception staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist or accommodate special requests. If you arrive late, they keep food for you so you can have dinner after check-in. If you leave early in the morning, you can order an early breakfast the night before — very convenient. The restaurant food is delicious and varied. We had half-board (breakfast and dinner) and were very happy with the choice: vegan, healthy, and meat options are always available. There is always a good selection of fruits, cheeses, meats, salads, yogurts, pastries, and desserts. There are also themed dinners such as Mexican, Spanish, and Asian — the chefs are amazing!A special thanks to Santiago, who greets guests at the restaurant entrance. He always lifted our spirits, asked about our stay, and made us feel very welcome. He is always ready to help and recommend something — we really appreciated him!The entire staff is warm, friendly, and smiling. The animators, Anastasia and Alberto, are full of energy, always ready to help, and it was a pleasure to chat with them and join their activities — from archery to aqua aerobics.
We were initially checked into a room different from the one we had booked, but the next morning the staff quickly resolved the situation and moved us to the correct room, where we felt very comfortable.Though a few umbrellas were broken, so there aren’t quite enough for every pair of loungers — please look into this
It was an unforgettable and wonderful vacation. The hotel has excellent food and staff. We had planned to try out local restaurants, but there was no need at all since the hotel’s restaurant cuisine was amazing. We stayed with three children, and everyone had a great time. Daily cleaning, fantastic animation (special thanks to the girls from Ukraine who won the children’s hearts). Many thanks to Hotel Leonardo for such a warm welcome and a great holiday.
Excellent location, really comfortable beds and nice variety of different foods.
The room could be quieter as could hear lots of noise at intervals during the night.
Clean, easy access to an floors via elevator Amenities, location, friendly staff, laundry room
Putting towels down early hours to get a lounger even though it specifically says on the pool sign - no reserving loungers!
The staff was excellent especially the cooks and waiters. The reception was also good. Location was good and the food was alright.
The maids didn’t clean well and also sometimes not cleaned the room at all
I liked the location, cleanliness and the size of the room.
Breakfast quality.
The location of the hotel is good. The food in the restaurant is okay as well. The rooms are relatively clean.Even after check-out, they don't take your wristband, and you can still take advantage of the free drinks and food.
The hotel doesn’t have its own beach, only two swimming pools. In this case, the all-inclusive option becomes pointless, because if you want to spend time on the beach, you have to pay for a sunbed and drinks. There are very few sunbeds by the pool and even fewer umbrellas. If you want a spot, you need to get up early and reserve one.The all-inclusive package includes very little — most drinks are not free. There are no clear instructions about which drinks are included and which aren’t, so you might not even realize something is part of the package until your last day.The bars and restaurants are not clearly labeled, and it’s not obvious which one is open until what time.If you’re staying in the back building of the hotel, there’s no sea view, and instead, you're facing the street, which is far less pleasant.Public transport and taxis in the city are severely lacking. Buses are constantly full during rush hour or bad weather, making it nearly impossible to visit other places if you’re planning to explore.
The location.
I was very disappointed to find a cockroach in the bathroom during my stay. It was quite upsetting and not something we expected from a hotel of this standard. Cleanliness is very important, and unfortunately, this issue affected our overall experience. And the staff didn’t care about the situation.
We love the selection of healthy food on offer, I am vegetarian and there are so many salad options it is delicious.Drinks are great always a large pour!Staff are exceptionally friendly, from reception to restaurant, bar and entertainment. This is my second visit here, I brought my parents this time and they both loved it too.The walk to Magaluf is very short, and the beach and promenade there is beautiful, worth a visit.
Sometimes the music around the pool isn't very relaxing, background chill beats would be preferable
Location
Put in annexe right on road noisy from night clubbers coming home at all hours and not enough sun lounges
Location, facilities, food..
NOTHING:( I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The walls are incredibly thin—almost like paper—which meant noise from neighboring rooms disturbed my sleep all night. The location is also very loud, making it hard to get any rest.Cleaning was minimal at best. Either basic cleaning was done or none at all, and my towels were changed ONCE during my five days stay (asking for it at the reception). The furniture and mattresses are old and worn out, which didn’t help the comfort level.Overall, I felt the hotel was not worth the money spent. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Great location, Great view
Stating that there is parking in the hotel, parking was for 8 cars that were plus or minus occupied 99% of the time, had to walk 10/20 minutes away to find a parking spotDaily cleaning didnt include towels, night security werent friendly
The Place is Centrally Located, and all the restaurants Pubs beach are nearby! The Hotel is Clean, has beach view, Amenities such as Pool, Gaming, Activities (Shooting,Table Tennis, Karoke, Snooker, Shooting)The Breakfast was really good!
Parking is available at the Hotel, but its very hard to find free spot infront of the hotel. The Staff could be more friendly(Only at the Restaurant)
Location, staff and cleaness is great. Selection of food is big.
Family room, or suite , or appartman as they call it is definatelly not for 4 people. Beds in bedroom were separated and on the wheels. So as you turn, or read a book and lean your head on the bed´s headboard you are pushing your bed away. The other beds for children were almost in the doors. There was not enouhj room for 4 people. It was nice appartmant for 2 people.
Hotel location is good.
My recent stay at Leonardo was unfortunately a deeply disappointing experience, particularly when compared to the misleading images presented online. The reality fell far short of expectations. The subpar room service was a significant intrusion. Despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign clearly displayed, staff disregarded it, knocking and even opening the door early in the morning to clean. This lack of respect for guest privacy was unacceptable. Furthermore, the basic expectation of fresh towels went unmet throughout my stay, and the in-room coffee and milk supplies were never replenished, adding to the overall inconvenience.Beyond these service failures, the room itself presented several significant drawbacks. The door was excessively noisy, slamming shut with considerable force and causing repeated disturbances. The shower offered only a trickle of water, making it impossible to enjoy a comfortable wash. However, the most significant disappointment was the complete absence of a sea view from my room. This directly contradicted the impression created by the hotel's promotional materials, leaving me feeling utterly misled. The disparity between the advertised views and the reality was a major letdown and felt like a deliberate misrepresentation.Overall, my experience at Leonardo was far from satisfactory and left me feeling deeply frustrated. The combination of intrusive and inadequate service alongside the blatant inaccuracies in the hotel's advertising makes it impossible for me to recommend this establishment.
Location is very nice, and staff is friendly, price is not excessive, room was are decent with good AC and a balcony with a view.
Food at pool area wasn’t great, bed linen fairly basic, and sound insulation wasn’t great.
