we loved staying here for a weekend and wish we could've stayed longer. we had the all inclusive option and all the food was great and the drinks were a nice addition. our beds were very comfortable and our room was huge which was a big plus!

the walls can be quite thin but we also had pretty loud neighbors. the bathroom doesn't have a latching door, but a glass door that doesn't latch shut so that was a little uncomfortable. the location is kind of iffy if you are wanting to explore more of the island, my recommendation would be to rent a car for sure as ubers are limited so they took a while to come and were expensive.

Most staff are friendly but older lifeguard extremely rude. Lifts very small and slow .Long queues at bar in lounge in evenings .Evening entertainment mostly disappointing.

Fabulous staff, cheerful, helpful, and hardworking. Really good food. High standard of cleanliness. Great location. Nice pool area, with plenty of comfortable sun beds.

I would have liked self service machines for soft drinks and water…….. (queuing at the bar for a glass of water is annoying). I didn’t like having to leave the sun terrace at 6pm. It is far too early when you are on holiday. When the sun is cooler it is the best time of day to be relaxing until at least 7pm. (This would be the main reason that I possibly wouldn’t return). The early check in fee is a bit cheeky. The rooms aren’t ready, but you need to pay extra to get a drink and some food while waiting for the room to be ready (I have never experienced this in an all inclusive hotel before).

Although the hotel is not located close to the beach, it is quite convenient with a lot of parking spots around and within walking distance from the public beach, cafes, and restaurants.

The hotel should urgently repair their elevators. They are in extremely poor condition with the absence of air ventilation. The elevators vibrate while ascending and moving slow.

No pool towels provided, no iron, most of staff at the desk were kind of rude.

All Inc drinks were terrible - premixed cocktails that were weak and just tasted of sugar. The only palatable drink was beer.Horrible coffee machine - I tried several combinations.Food was repetitive, and bland.Breakfast was ok. 2 small lifts (holding max 4 people) for an enormous 9 floor hotel, the waits were way too long.Beds & pillows were hard.Road was noisy, and rooms were noisy.Broken light in the bathroom above the mirror.

The all-inclusive package was great, there was a lot of variety of food every day, the location was perfect, close to everything.

The condition of the towels is not acceptable for any hotel, even worse for a hotel that calls itself 4 stars, they were in terrible condition, holes/torn, initially we thought it was a mistake, so we requested an exchange and they gave us an even worse one, they also did not respect the “do not disturb” sign, we put the do not disturb sign on the door and they still entered the room to clean, I considered this invasive and disrespectful since the client asked not to disturb by putting the sign on the door.

Food was great, travelled with my brother who is vegan and the staff couldn’t do enough to provide for him, he asked once and then was approached every time we entered the restaurant and asked if he would like specific meals cooking for him, this was incredible and the staff were amazing to make it so easy for him.Room was a decent size, but not huge. Good bathroom though with great shower, comfy beds and decent size balcony.

Our passports and personal belongings were stolen, along with those of four other guests. Despite calling the police, the reception and management were uncooperative, refusing to check the CCTV footage. They insisted we speak to the authorities at the airport, where we were informed by our airline that we couldn't travel without our passports, contradicting the hotel's claims. We incurred £80 in taxi fares to and from the airport. Upon returning to the hotel, we were forced to pay an extra £120 for the night and had to apply for emergency passports from the embassy which also cost us £100 each before we could arrange another flight home. Despite being assured of security, the luggage room door was left open, accessible to anyone. Even after reporting this, the reception staff showed indifference. Overall, I am deeply angered and financially burdened by this ordeal. We had young children at home that were expecting their parents to be back, let alone the fact we missed work.

The hotel is so clean! Pool area is cleaned every morning and the rooms are made up everyday too

The food wasn't the best, lunch and dinner was soooo random. It didn't seem to have a flow.

The location was okay, near to a busy main road however there are some shops and supermarket a short walk away. The beach is also only a 10 minute max walk which is great. The hotel room was modern, staff were friendly, pool area was clean and lots of communal areas.

The restaurant was very big and provided a decent size choice of food, however the quality of the food was not amazing. The dishes were bland and very same-y. Lots of deep fried dishes, salad bar that was available was not under a refrigerator so would go warm and generally the food was basic for my taste. The lifts also took a very long time so if you were on the higher floors it was a bit of a pain to wait for, we usually just took the stairs.

Beds not really comfortable

Pool area is good, never a shortage of sunbeds! Rooms were cleaned everyday! We extended our stay and the hotel let us remain in the rooms we were already in this massively avoided the hassle of having to swap rooms!

Only downside is the lifts take forever but expected when lots of people are trying to use them.
