Hotel Son Caliu Spa Oasis

The hotel is in a great location. The facilities including pool, terrace and rooms are very good. The food including breakfast was excellent and the staff are very friendly. They went the extra step to help the celebration of my daughters birthdays

Amazing and so clean , spacious

No available parking

Breakfast was lovelyHung out at the beach and loved itBeach front restaurant Lounge areas throughout the lobby

Smells great ServiceBreakfast Access to pool and private beach

No tissue in room

Fantastic location, close to the airport and the Palma city. Two beautiful beaches in walking distance, one with private access. There was a cliff by a beach which was good for pictures. Staffs are super friendly. Lots of good options for breakfast. The rooms, the pool, and the bar were fantastic. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance too Overall an impeccable experience with great value.

Superb staff, acted very promptly when we had an issue with people in an adjacent room. Hotel has a nice feel to it, good outdoor areas and gardens, food good. Really liked the private pool/bar area dedicated to the superior rooms/suites.

Main pool is a little small but the sea is always an option.

Clean and friendly

Entertainment was a bit lacking and no info from staff on different buffets each night.

Our 5th visit to the hotel - everything about it is first rate. Food, service and cleanliness can't be faulted. We frequently used the Spa with made the holiday - staff and services were excellent.

There was nothing we didn't like!

The property was amazing. All of the staff was fabulous. The room was comfortable and clean and all of the wonderful seating areas inside and out made it extra special. The breakfast was delicious every morning with lots and lots of choices. We found the spa area really lovely and the location perfect. We will definitely return and highly recommend it

Good breakfast and good location

Food at the buffet and evening entertainment

Great location, nice rooms and excellent food. Very friendly staff.

There was nothing to complain about.

The hotel is beautiful and exceptionally clean, staff extremely friendly and the spa facilities fabulous. The food was plentiful and tasty. Vanessa’s cocktails were a highlight! The shower in the room was heavenly. Only a 5-10 minute walk to Palmanova harbour.

The pool was bitterly cold. It was an endurance test to get and stay in. I would have expected a little heating for a hotel of this calibre. The food at the buffet was just warm, sometimes bordering on cold.

Very good breakfast buffet, excellent coffee, good location, very helpful staff, good value. Everything I expect of a hotel was met plus a little more. The best thing I can say is "I would gladly stay there again."

I have no complaints.

Beautiful location and beautiful hotel with great facilities. Breakfast was fabulous and staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

No soundproofing - my first two nights were dreadful with a screaming baby in the room above.

Excellent breakfast and dinner buffet. A very clean and spacious hotel.

This was our second visit . Disappointed this time with our superior room (117) as it was above the back of the kitchen. And the balcony was fully exposed with neighbours balcony and the surrounds .

Location, cleanliness, the spa, everything!

Would have liked the sun beds on the beach to have been in use earlier

5 mins walk to restaurants along the waterfront. Hotel was clean and tidy, right on a private beach and lots of sun beds by the pool. Breakfast was amazing. Would recommend.

Liked everything.

The hotel staff were fantastic and the food and service and standard excellent. Location was perfect as in a lovely quiet location but very close to walk to Palmanova and bus service to other places.

The staff were exemplary, room facilities good, the Spa facilities excellent, the food / breakfast quality and variety superb and finally the location - easy access to local facilities and Palma but also very quiet at night.

The bed was too hard for me and there was no privacy in our garden terrece room. We had to keep the curtains permanently drawn.

Exceptional staff. Fantastic location. Wonderful facilities.

They have a big problem understanding how important booked taxis arriving on time are.???? Twice taxis booked, both late. One very very very late (50 minutes). The staff in general are fantastic. But reception staff…..hmmmmm.
