The bed was very comfortable and the location was unbeatable.

My door to my room looked like it had been busted open at some point, catching around the door frame. Shower could have been better.

Location was excellent, easy access to the beach, stores, supermarket and restaurants, service was good, receptionists and waitresses looked like they enjoyed their jobs, breakfast was plentiful

Rooms clean ? & hotel well located

The pool was very poor cold looking & area around it un inviting, at bar ? in frount of house lady middle aged not happy in her job , overtime anyone asked her for anything she sighed & didn't like serving ? wrong post for an un happy employee front of house , should be warm person ? not cross lady , your costumers were leaving having bern standing at bar by nobody interested in serving ?

Fabulous location just across from the beach. Very good breakfast, accommodating staff, very clean.

Pool area is a bit small but we prefer the beach, balcony can be a bit noisy due to road noise but none of those things would stop me booking again

Great location and a good choice at breakfast..

After checking in we were put in a annexe which was not part of the actual hotel and did not expect it after thinking we paid to stay in the hotel. The annexe was definitely not 4 star like the hotel is, more like 2 star and not worth the money we paid.The male staff on the desk did not even ask if we enjoyed our stay or was everything ok when checking out also.

The Staff were genuinely freindly and one lovely young lady helped me with an anxiety /panic attack that i had !! She knew exactly what to say and do and just listen and understood what i was experiencing !!

The staff were so lovely and helpful! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The selection at breakfast was brilliant and we were close to everything we needed. The beach was across the road from the hotel which was also a bonus. The bus stop to Palma and to magaluf was right outside the hotel.

Bathroom could do with an expel air unit connected. More English language channels on TV would be good too. Milk sachets to accompany tea/coffee facility would help.

The main hotel was wellKept . The staff friendly

We were located in the additional building I felt this part of the hotel was less well kept and kind of forgotten about . It was also not ideal for my 80 year old mum it was awkward to access . We had a cockroach in the room on the final night and the tea and coffee was not filled up and no milk at all was available .

The hotel room was very untidy, looked like sick behind the bed where the light panel is. Cleaners were in twice and it was never touched. Shower was cold and leaked badly. Lift was out of order the whole stay, the food was borderline awful. There was no sauna like in the pictures and the gym was very dated. The only positive was the location right at the beach and the friendly staff at breakfast. Would not stay again.

Only 1 public lift that was out of action 1 9f my 3 daysJust opened for season. Battery in remote for tv dead, initial air in tap supploes, soap dispensers seized, all things which shpud have been checked up for start.

Single room was very narrow but ok however the noise from the elevator and other guests was off putting, it needs soundproofing.

The hotel is situated next to the beach, with restaurants, bars, supermarkets and a variety of shops all around. There are buses right outside that only take around 30 minutes to Palma. The hotel is really nice with a lovely Reception area and bar overlooking the sea. If you are staying in a group room, you will be in the Annex a few yards down the road. You can access this via the street or through the pool area, garden and via 2 lifts. Our room was spacious with tea & coffee facilities and a fridge. The balcony overlooked the street below, but the sound proofing was excellent and there was no noise during the night. The beds were very comfy and the room was clean, with daily housekeeping. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast catered to every nationality and was plentiful and delicious, and the staff in the Breakfast room were very amenable and jolly. The pool was very cold, but we did visit in October so this was to be expected, and there were free towels available and sunloungers. Also, a roof top sun terrace if there was no room by the pool. Wi-fi is free. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel does advertise a sauna, hot tub/jacuzzi and fitness centre but the sauna was closed, the hot tub was apparently only warm in hot weather when the sun heats it up and the gym was very tired, with a lot of the equipment unusable. I'm presuming this was because we visited at the end of the season, but my children were disappointed, so perhaps these facilities could be classed as 'seasonal' in the blog. The only thing that I didn't like about the room was the height of the sink. I am only 5'2" but it was really high and hard to use. It looked as though the original one had been replaced at some point, but clearly by someone incredibly tall :D
