Good location near shops, sea, bus stop, car rental, restaurants. Clean and comfortable. All was organized by staff very well.

Basin in bathroom could be a bit smaller to give more room to get to toilet. Long length mirror somewhere in the apartment, for us ladies yo check our outfits !!

Lovely apartment, great little pool. The only thing that let it down was the apartment was on ground floor and the balcony had no sun or view.

The staff were helpful and friendly.

There was no cover for the spare quilt and pillows for the sofa bed.The fridge had a nasty stale smell every time it was opened, and was very noisy.

Functional apartment, very good value for money.

Missing salt, oil and internet did not work for several days.

Accomodation was perfect. Everything was good, clean and comfy. Apartment was located near to beach and shops. You could walk everywhere and it was relatively close. Kitchen has had everything you will need.

The apartment was spacious with good facilities. The location was close to the beach and close to the Vilas Tennis Academy. They also let me check out a little later - it wasn't busy as not the high season but still very much appreciated.

As a lot of people mention the sink in the bathroom is so big that anyone who is overweight would struggle to get round it to the toilet. Sounds stupid but you have to see it to understand!

Perfect for what we wanted, very clean and modern, beds in main room very firm and comfortable. Sofa bed was a full size double, and fine for our son. Large balcony on our apartment, with small table and chairs. We didn't use the pool as it was a bit chilly this time of year, but it looked nice for a summer dip. Location was perfect 5 mins walk from the beach. some nice bars and restaurants nearby. Lidl supermarket for supplies, a max 10 min walk away.

A complimentary bottle of water in the fridge would have been nice, especially for late arrival. The sink in the bathroom of our apartment, although lovely, is far too big and makes it really awkward to get to to the toilet easily.

Couldn't have been better. The apartment is very clean and there is everything you need. The staff was very friendly and helped us check-in earlier

The layout of the bathroom was strange could be more spacious

Apartment was cleaned very well upon arrival and during our stay. Very well equipped exactly as you see on the photos. Beds were very comfortable. We were there in February during cold days and we appreciated the heating. Parking was easy. Straightforward communication with manager. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Extremely clean, easy to find, excellent location, quiet, beautifully furnished and really good value for money, comfy beds, shower had good power and Tv had all apps ie. Netflix etc, excellent wifi, I would definetly stay again

No ironNo oven (microwave doubles as an oven but is too small to cook much in)No air con or heating in the bedroom (only in living room) Sink in bathroom way too big and restricts access to the toilet (I’m slim, but a bigger person would struggle to use the toilet) No long mirror, would benefit from a full length mirror in the bedroom

Simple, but well designed apartment, good location, shops and restaurants and the sea nearby…

I could hear my neighbours in the living room, but slept well in the other room.

Apartment was clean and offered all required for a short family stay. It was specious enough for a family of 3. Location of the apartment is great, close to the beach, lidl store and park for kids.During winter season we did not have any issues with parking.

The apartment was modern and as seen in the pictures online. Very clean and cozy place to stay in. It's under 30 minutes away from Palma which is the city centre, and the host and cleaners were extremely helpful and kind during our whole stay.

Sadly one of the facilities stated in the list was missing which in our case it was an iron to iron our clothes, and also the bathroom was on the smaller side, apart from that, everything was great.

Location excellent, walking distance to beach, supermarkets and easy access to the motorways, the apartment modern clean, and comfy beds

To say something, there was no wine glasses

The rooms were super clean and the location was great - everything was close by. Mercadona was ~10 min away on foot and there were a lot of restaurants less than 5 minutes away. We really loved the blackout curtains as well - great touch!

There was a little wear and tear in the apartment - the bathroom could use a little patching up as the electricity sockets were a bit loose from the wall and the panelling on the floor next to the shower was not in a great shape.

Apartment is perfectly located , very close to the beach . Bus station for Palma is 3 min away. Lidl and Mercadona supermarkets 5-10 min away. Many restaurants and smaller shops nearby. Very clean apartment with all necessary facilities and large terrace. We enjoyed our stay .

Sink in the bathroom is unnecessary large ,occupying a lot of space and very shallow . Sink faucet installed is not suitable for such sink.
