Great food and location

First floor room had non working air conditioner .

Really close to the beach and bus stops to airport land city center. Great breakfast and dinner buffet.

Our 8 floor windows were across some night club whetre all the drunks came out between 4 and 6 am and sang songs and screamed really loud fior entire 1-2 hours.

Hotel staff was very polite and accommodating. Great location for acces to beach and nightlife.

Downside to great location was the noise coming from the nearby bars & clubs. Also, our shower leaked like crazy, this was something that would be an issue previously and should have already been addressed.

Not sure what to say here.

The room was unclean with stains on the bedsheets, a bathroom with leaking water and spots of mould in various places. This is not what I was expecting from a hotel charging hundreds of dollars for a couple of nights stay.

Location was so so good.

We asked for an hour to postpone check out until 1:00 PM, but despite the hotel being half empty, they asked money for 3 hours, which seemed quite unfair to us.

Hotel and room is economy - price matches what you get. It is clean, ok location (close to shops and beach). Breakfast buffet was quite nice, a lot of options.

Poor noise insulation - you could hear almost everything happening in other rooms. Beds very cheap and/or old - you can feel springs of the mattress. Parking situation - very bad in the area and hotel has no parking.

Location and staff are good.

Rooms are not clean, beds are not comfortable. Bunch of ants and cockroaches around. Pool was not good enough.

It was dirty, the room looked nicer online , and it was very small the room. The room feels extremely dirty even after the cleaners came

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at Bellevue. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach and with easy access to the city centre, making it super convenient for both relaxation and exploring.The room was clean, and tidy, which made settling in very comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast, a fantastic spread with an awesome variety of choices to suit every taste.The cleaning staff were great who were consistently friendly and did a great job maintaining everything to a good standard.And I can’t forget to mention Saikou, a Big shout out to him, he truly went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. His warm, accommodating nature and excellent customer service really stood out and made a big difference in my stay.Highly recommend Bellevue for anyone looking for a reasonably priced accommodation and meets all the basic requirements!

The beds and the noise from the strip - this was the only negative as the beds were a little uncomfortable and the noise from the strip was extremely loud and went on until 5am each morning.

This was one of my worst ever experiences of a hotel I've had in over 40 yrs travelling. I was told I'm not allowed a women to visit for more than 2hrs then I was repeatedly accused of parting and making noise when I was doing nothing other than watching TV! If you want to be woken up by hotel staff at 4am accusing you of partying and disturbing guests then this is the place for you.

very clean hotel only issue they let people smoke in the rooms and u can smell it apart from that it what you expect from a3 star hotel

The Location, breakfast, dinner and view from the 7th floor were nice!Bed was okayFrom the 7th floor, the sound from outside at night wasnt bad.Price is fair for what you receive, and cheaper than many other same quality options!

Could had more pillows! 1 per bed is short..The Shower always flood water, no matter how much we tryed not to

The ants in our room. The tv and air on not working. Noisy neighbours. Rude staff and limited options at the bar.

The view from our room was beautiful, the room was clean and had everything we needed. The food at the restaurant was delicious, there were everything we can imagine: seafood, different meat dishes, paella etc. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The location was perfect, 5 min to the beach and a lot of supermarkets near.

The only thing we didn’t understand was that there was no free water for dinner and you have to buy it. Drinks were quite overpriced.

Very noisy room, bathroom not clean at all

The location is perfect. Very short distance to 'The Strip'.AC works great, Wifi is very fast.The staff speaks English very well.The hotel is a little loud in high seanson, but when i booked it i've alredy known that this is Magaluf i what Magaluf is.So i've known that i'm taking room in party place and it was good for me.

I bought HB (breakfast and dinner). And even you when you pay for HB you have to pay for each bottle of coke to dinner.I think when you take HB you should have soft drinks included in dinner.

The location was nice, rooms were clean and the view was beautiful

Personnel friendly just enough, although I think that a more smiley face would be nice to see. A guy at reception allowed me to use a random room to change before departing on my last day, after the checkout time, that was very much appreciated. A decent room, something old or damaged in the room should be changed (bathroom door, is damaged by flood previously happened).

I found long hair in the bed sheets and the towels in the bathroom. The floor was not cleaned properly. Smell coming from the pipes (I supposed) in the toilet on my last day (room 519).Balcony on one of the party streets in the area, it was very difficult to fall asleep as people would shout until 5am. The food in the restaurant is very average.

Good central location, comfortable and clean room. Breakfast was great with lots of options.
