nothing really except for a quiet location.

average hotel similar to a motel. simple hotel not really suitable for a vacation in an exotic island. basic room in a basic hotel. The whole experience was really depressing. It was definitely a bad choice. Would not recommend the place.

Big apartment with comfortable bed and balcony with great view. Enough space for 3 people. Great location - 3 mins from sea and 1 min from bus station and big shop.

It would be great to have salt and pepper in the kitchen. The furniture is outdated.

Location & size of apartments. Great place to stay. Clean and comfortable.

The apartments need some renovation in furniture and finishes.

That the pool was closed very early (7pm), especially given that there's no fan or air conditioner in the room, the weather is extremely hot, and it doesn't get dark until 9 o'clock. Also, it would be nice if they offered breakfast or some meals in the place.

The reception was only open from 10am to 2pm,so our keys were left on the desk.The beds were very comfy,the apartment was clean,we bought our own toilet roll etc,because the cleaner never cleaned our room ? Maybe it was cause we only stayed for nights.I out the way from most places, if you come out and go left, there some bars and restaurants, also a beautiful cove with 3 restaurants on on ,this was a stunning place.As for the pool it was so disappointing , it was green and full of bird poop, we couldn’t let the grandchildren swim,which kind off ruined our stay.

Good location, not too far from town, quiet.

One of the beds was extremely hard.

Location was great as very short walk beach and big supermarket nearby. Easy to get free parking on the street so that was handy. Friendly reception. Great value for money.

All great although 1 of the pans was really scratched so could only use one too cook but that wasn't a big deal.The neighbours had kids that were very loud early in the morning and but that's not the fault to the apartment. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to the time of year despite being quite warm.

Good size apartment with a tiny basic kitchen. Bathroom had been modernised so was lovely but no storage to put toiletries or hang towels. The rest of the apartment was awful! Dirty all over the walls, bright orange thin curtains with no lining. Hard sofa bed. No oven in the kitchen.

There were not enough towels, and when we asked for the right amount we never got any more. It was not as clean as we had expected, but overall good for the price.

Pros- Location was close to bus stop and grocery.Cons- No wifi. Apartment had wastes left from prior occupants.Water from taps hardly coming. No bathing soap available.No response from host. Reception only available for 4 hours.

The location was great- close to the beach, restaurants and bus.

Our room wasn’t very clean, it smelt of sewage and we ran out of toilet paper as they didn’t restock/tidy the room on the second day.

Lack of cooking utensils and cutlery ( if a room sleeps 4 persons there should be enough for 4 people) No kettleThe rooms are no smoking but the 1st room we were assigned absolutely stank of cigarette smoke, we asked to be moved. The furniture is very worn, and the rooms need painting. The gardens are untidyOn the ground floor rooms, the terrace steps are falling apart and dangerous.Nobody on reception when you check in and therefore nobody to talk to if there is a problem.

We had an excellent stay, kids loved it too, the guy at the reception, Alejandro, who was there most of the time, was extremely helpful and went an extra mile for us. If we return to the area the hotel will be our first choice for sure.

It would be handy to keep the bar at the reception functioning even in the low season, as well as to have more stuff in the kitchen, e.g. sponges and dishwashing liquid, buying a whole bottle of that for 5 days is quite a waste objectively.

The staff and the location were good.

The mobility in apartment was old.

In dire need of renovating rooms are tatty ! Tap in kitchen sink literally falling off only place to plug kettle in is on top of stove air con is non existent!

Clean and helpful staff, Room service cleaning every 2 days. South facing 1 bedroom apartment on middle floor. Minimal kitchen o.k but with only a single power socket to share for kettle, toaster and microwave. Older traditional Mallorca apartment design and fairly spacious with a nice view over the pool which we didn't use. Some good restaurants close by and a good location for TIB buses.

The mattresses and pillows were high density foam and sleeping on them was like sleeping on rocks. The sofa beds we used as settees were similar and uncomfortable to sit on after an hour. Mattresses were fitted with plastic covers under sheets and duvet making your body uncomfortable and sweat without room air conditioning.We paid for an apartment with air conditioning when daytime temperature was about 26 deg. C. The South facing apartment had the older Baxi built-in aircon system. The system fan was working but no cold air came out because the compressor unit was either turned off or faulty? We chose an apartment for a long stay, but poor comfort for 11 days made this a regrettable decision.We complained after our second day because the apartment building got hot during the day and we couldn't get the bedroom cool at night without opening windows letting in bugs and noise. Management said it was a Spanish Law to not allow aircon use for temperatures below 27 deg. C. or heating if above 18 deg. C. They gave us a fan which was ineffective at night for sleeping with windows closed. The lack of working aircon was a major disappointment. We don't know if the management were applying Spanish Law correctly or not, or if it was an excuse to reduce their operating costs, or the aircon and heating system was faulty? We cannot put considerable effort and expense into future holiday stays in Spain out of season, only to find our accomodation uncomfortable to stay in.
