Aquasol Aparthotel

Staff excellent.

Poor internet in Room F6. Elsewhere in hotel good.

I really like that they let us check in at 9 AM without an additional charge (subject to availability). They had an awesome Sangria deal at the bar as well (22 euros for 2 liters!). Friendly staff. Good location.

My only qualm was I felt the shower should have been cleaned better.

Very good place to stay, good pool with 2 bars. Apartments are nice and clean. Good for families or bigger groups. The beach is not far away at all.

The AC didn't seem to react to the remote.

Very good location. Free parking near hotel. Pool is not very big, but quite good. Very helpful staff. 24x7 shop inside hotel.

Sofa beds are not comfortable.

The bar/restaurant is handy for casual snacks. The hotel is a short walk to the beach. Staff did eventually accommodate our request to move an elderly couple to a lower-floor apartment. Travel cots were provided after some delay.

Hotel is full of steps — very difficult with prams or elderly guests. No “Do Not Disturb” signs, so housekeeping rang doorbells during baby naps. Cockroaches in the apartment (spray was provided). TV didn’t work properly and HDMI ports were unusable. None of our Booking.com special requests were on file at check-in (such as travel cot requests for toddlers). Only discovered a step-free pathway the day before we left — no one told us despite arriving with 20+ bags and 3 prams. Poor value at €2,000 per apartment.

My second time after a very good first experience Location is ideal next to beach, restaurants and shops. Bus stop just at the hotel even the airport bus takes you and from Palma.

There are no lifts but reception is always very kind by giving you the best accommodation with few steps while traveling with seniors.

The location is very good, staff at reception are very nice and polite.

The pool can be used until 6pm? ridiculous

The sun was on balcony for seven hours of the day. Red kitchenette with microwave. Smart TV was an unexpected surprise ideal for when you have kids you can link up your Netflix or Disney+ account.

One plug, so it wasn’t working. Radiators came on at evening time, way too hot already. Mattresses not very comfortable.

The staff are amazing, David on reception was so helpful and the snack bar guys.

No lifts, no proper sofa bed. Would not have more than 2 adults and 1 small child in a room and the sofa was not comfy

Reception staff ok. Staff at breakfast rude

The location, the staff: they sorted taxis and offered invaluable help (Leona is a star, the cleaners are lovely); the beautiful beaches 2 mins away. The rooms were nice and our pool view apartment was very nice and on the first floor(this was a plus, as there are no lifts). The bus stop to Palma (104-105) and Palma Airport(A11) just outside the hotel. The Eroski supermarket round the corner was very handy. We would go back.

Buses often came full (We stayed over Easter) and after waiting for over an hour a couple of days, one day we took a taxi to Palma (20€-25€).Take mosquito repelent.The buffet dinner was not really worth it on the night we went.

The staff are always warm and welcoming. I would put this as the most accepting of children with neurodiversities we have ever visited. Oscar the entertainment staff member keeps you smiling throughout the who holiday. Bar staff are so friendly. Hotel is always spotlessly clean..fantastic location.

Everything only one down side for me was the stairs two of us have breathing problems so it was a bit much getting up to third floor

No lift

Cleaned everyday with fresh bedding and towels. Grounds kept immaculate and the staff are lovely and helpful.

It was very clean. The apartment didn’t smell like it had been used in a long time but was clean and once we opened up the windows the smell went . Towels replaced daily., bins emptied daily. The hotel was not very occupied so it was extremely quiet the pool was empty but they still did animations etc for the kids. Reception was very helpful and the lady at the bar was notably very friendly and accommodating. We had a room upgrade to a larger accommodation which was unexpected but appreciated so the kids did not need to share. The breakfast buffet was nice, we did not need to book just turn up and pay on the day. The beds were comfy. Any issues we had in the apartment were resolved quickly.

The kitchen was a bit dated. We didn’t use this apart from the fridge and kettle. Although someone came to do the towels daily they made one bed (of 6) on the first day, no beds on the second and 2 of 6 on the third. This was not a problem we found it quite funny. There are a lot of steps at the property

I enjoyed my stay in Aquasol. The staff were very nice, the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The value for money was excellent. We will definitely return to Aquasol.

I didn't like climbing up the stairs. The apartment was on the second floor.

Good location. Friendly staff. Very nice breakfast buffet. Gluten free and vegetarian options.

We tried dinner only once, but at least that time it was not very good.

Limited selection of food for breakfast and dinner.Furniture in the rooms is outdated and there is a smell of "old" in the air if you don't keep the windows open all the time.
