- Good food, quite room, excellent service, nice place to sit just outside the hotel-room, excellent hotel!
Cons -
- It's best to have a car if you are staying here. I didn't realize how remote it was and that you couldn't walk to restaurants, shops, or attractions.
- The surroundings just outside the hotel was a littile bit boring, but not a big deal for us-very close to the sea, hiking etc
- Everything was perfect except exceptionally slow service during dinner.

Lovely historic and beautifully decorated and renovated property close to the coast. Dinner and breakfast were great.
Everything was perfect except exceptionally slow service during dinner.
Original historical place, rooms are super clean, sound proof and neat
Beautiful restored Turkish han. Great personnel, breakfast and atmosphere. 10 min drive from the coast.
Great location for cycling, hiking/walking, relaxing. Beach in nearby town. Beautiful property and rooms! The property has several beautiful places for guests to have a drink, eat, or socialize and relax. Dinners were fabulous! Staff were extremely helpful when we needed advice for activities or transfers.
The rooms are a little small, but very comfortable. Price is high but definitely worth it.
This is a real gem in the middle of nowhere. The hotel is superb, the restaurant is very decent, and the overall environment is unmatched. Everything is very stylish and unique. It's a great one-two day escape location.
Unfortunately, the saunas were closed due to refurbishment works. And beware — there is nothing around, be prepared to chill in the hotel itself.
Quiet location away from the crowds. Historic property with revamped beautiful rooms. Reception staff was very kind, helpful, and welcoming. Breakfast was a plus.
The toiled paper placement is a back breaker lol
Authentic ambient, clean room and very nice breakfast
Extraordinary restaurant, very reasonable prices
The rooms not able to ventilate because of lack of windows. Also, the matress could be better
We had a lovely room with old-world charm. Lots of storage space. Comfortable bed. Easy to find. You park outside the walls, there was plenty of space. It seemed like locals had attended an event there on Sunday. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner there on Sunday night, and prices were reasonable. Breakfast was varied and plentiful.
Information about the restaurant opening hours would have been good to know beforehand.
Clean room, friendly stuff, interesting room design, delicious food...
Sauna wasn't working (but of course they didn't lower the price for jacuzzi)
Really nice and qualitative breakfast, not a lot to choose from but was definitely enough. Hotel is very unique, in a quiet area, basically in the middle of nowhere, so you must have a car.
It was heavily raining the second night and water was leaking around exterior door, so we had to put a towel. There was barely any internet signal in the room.
Unfortunately i did like very few things. The garden was nice. It was quite and not touristy in a bad way. Most visitors there were upper-middle class or higher. The blond girl at the reception was also pretty helpful.
Certainly the worst 4* hotel I have ever been to. I have been to a better 3*. That being said the garden was very beautiful. Great for kids. Also the Blonde lady at the reception knew English and was very helpful.1) The room was not clean. We found a spider web with a fly trapped in side hanging from a light. I left the light on - on purpose and none saw it/cleaned it.2)The bathroom also was weird. The placement of the toilet paper and shower were weird to say the least. Have you ever seen toilet paper above shoulder level ? There's a 1st time for everything. Look at the placement of the shower. In the middle ?. Everytime you turn there is high chance to turn the water to extreme hot or cold.3) We were denied beers 15 minutes before the closing of the restaurant in the hotel. We could just take them to the room but they didn't care.4) The personnel spoke only very basic English. It was hard to communicate in full sentences.5) We were never greeted in the morning during breakfast or in the evening when we were returning. Also breakfast employees took our plates without asking or saying anything.6) Breakfast is served 8-10. We got there 9:20 and most things were empty and the staff was not refilling them. There was no bread for the love of god. The next day we found some bread but some of it was rock hard.7) TV was probably 10+ years old 32". Who uses that in 2024 ? Also there was only one power socket by the beds in the middle. 8) The location wasn't good. It's not fun driving in pitch black roads (no lights). We chose it because it was cheaper, quiet and had good reviews. I can't help but think the reviews are made up.9) There was a lot of humidity in the room. My skin felt sticky.
Special location as it is a han, special atmosphere
The services. We had been to this location several times but this time too bad that the services were not good. At the restaurant especially.
Different but not worth the price.
Not worth the price, boring breakfast, a little off, rooms warm with AC but not efficient.
Good
At breakfast, items were not refilled. We had to ask for scrambled eggs, wholemeal bread, coffee, knives (none left) and it was only 915(breakdown does not end till 10, and there are only around 10 rooms at the hotel..
Good breakfast, beautiful restaurant, beautiful setting overall. The rooms were a bit small and dark, but I guess this is part of a deal when you book a room in an old han.
We paid additional cost for SPA and got a bath probably in some kind of cleaning chemicals or just too much chlorine - yes, we did got a discount for that, but still, this is definietly something that should not happen. Also the SPA area is far from cozy. The stay was good overall, but the money for value... not so much
Beautiful settings, amazing courtyard and room, nice and quiet, great food. 15 minutes from the sea and Biograd na Moru, but seems like a true retreat some place magical
