Very friendly staff, interesting architecture. Great for historic car enthusiasts.Only 12 minutes to the waterfront.

The TV didn't work, there was no fridge, breakfast with bacon and eggs would be nice, the room was a bit small for a tall man like me, no balcony, windows hard to open

I could hear noise from other rooms, not the best acoustic isolation of the room.

The apartment in separate building is fine, the hotel room is little small, but OK for 2. Breakfast acceptable. We payed the most per night at this accomodation and we got the least, but overall fine. The lake compensate all.

Breakfast was very nice. The room was a good size. The staff was friendly.

A shortcut to the train station would be very helpful.

Nice and helpful hosts. Italian style breakfast. It was possible to close my bike in a safe room.

A blanket and sheet instead of full bedding. The bathroom which would need some refreshment. Sounds could be heard from the neighboring room.

Staff is always so nice. Like that breakfast is included. Love that croissant and cappuccino every morning!

Hot breakfast would be nice

The staff is so nice and the breakfast a treat - I enjoyed my cappuccino each morning, along with my yogurt, fruit, croissant and boiled egg.

The towels are clean and crisp, but I wish they were absorbent terry towels. However, that is typical of Europe (also no washcloths).

It would be nice to have brighter light (to put on makeup) and we thought the mattresses were a bit hard, but nothing we couldn’t handle.

Very dog friendly hotel close to the lake. Spacious and clean apartment room.Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.The breakfast buffet has a wide variety.We definitely recommend staying here.

Great place to stay. Close to the lake. The city has enough restaurants and bars. And Varese city downtown is only 20 kms away.

Lovely hotel with friendly atmosphere, on walking distance from the promenade and the lake. Spacious free parking, dog friendly (free), nice garden, good rooms with great shower, French balcony, good WiFi. Breakfast was nice, served outside in the morning sun. Really recommended. Very nice stay, affordable and not far from beautiful (and expensive) Lugano, Switzerland.

We had an amazing experiences with Glam. Rooms were clean, host were very friendly and helpful. Delicious Breakfast and we got a parking slot from the Hotel. Thanks for making us very comfortable.

The location is fantastic. There are many options to eat out.

One could hear people from the next room. I heard two people talking at around 10-12 pm in the evening and they were very loud. I did not find anyone at the reception to raise my concern. Breakfast options were very limited. Not healthy. Fruits were not fresh. No drinking water in the room.Approach road in bad shape.

Great place with friendly owners. I got an apartment for the family. Cleaning is done every day, clean towels that absorb water perfectly. Accepts pets. We will come back again ♥️

Staff were exceptionally helpful in sorting out the problem of my late arrival due to a delay of my flight into Milan.

The street is not very friendly for guest coming without cars.

Very kind and friendly Team, super kind Atmosphere. Rooms very clean and calm, beds comfortable, very good breakfast buffet for everyone, sweet and salty, we felt very welcomed. Thank you for the fantastic stay.
