Coming back second time, staff is super helpful and nice. Views are stunning, amazing hotel all round

- The privacy, Each chalet is 3 stories ( the basement For Sauna and Hot tub .- The view of the mountains - all the details of the room.

The restaurant :( , There is only one restaurant in the Place , tried three different main course options all of Them were average to me, I enjoyed the salad and ice Cream though

Sauna in room was great Pool nice location but water way too cold!!

Staff super incompetent1. Had to bring luggage ourselves to room 2. STEAKS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN ROOM PRICESo half board only includes regular food like sushi, soup, salad —— even Steak Tartar has a fee Ridiculous for $500 a night!!! 3. Waiters unfriendly, Restaurant Manager too - charged us for Fondue even though no one told us we had to pay for it - again, we paid $500/night!! Upon request to cancel charge the Restaurant Manager agreed, however, rudely turned around and ignored us for rest of trip -> we actually didn’t eat at the restaurant on our last night because we felt SOOO UNCOMFORTABLE with everything!! Terrible service!!! 4. Ambiente - Restaurant has cheap greyish wood planks on wall, cheap built.. 5. We had a Suite - EVERYTHING IKEA!!!

This place is absolutely stunning. The location (up in the mountains on top of the whole area), the pool, the suites, the scenery, absolutely breath taking.Waking up to this view every morning is worth everything. Breakfast was perfect!

The pillows were not comfy, however they immediately replaced when I asked.The sheets are not nice and soft, which is surprising coming from a hotel as high end as this, but no big deal.

Super friendly staff, amazing room and views, and meals were delicious!!!!

Loved the modern designed chalets and the restaurant. The food was amazing! The pool had an amazing panoramic view. Also the private hot tub and spa area in the chalet were fantastic. The host and employees was really friendly, and the whole experience a pleasant surprise. We truly hope to be able to return one day:)

Lack of outside green areas were it’s permitted to walk dogs, apart from the access road

Beautiful, classy accommodation in a stunning location. Everything you needed was at your fingertips. Food was amazing, staff were hospitable and helpful. We absolutely loved albeit brief stay.

The chalets claim to have a kitchen, however, there is only one saucepan with no chopping board, knife or utensils.
