    • Food is great for this money. Actually this hotel is underrated on Booking, yes its not perfect but great value

    Cons -

    • Location
    • The restaurant is not more than a canteen. The weather is beautiful outside, while there is no proper place where you can sit outside. The hotel is outdated. The owners should have started renovating 20 years ago. It seems that they never did something. Nothing works properly. The staff does their best, but they can only do so much if they are not equipped with the right tools
    • I booked full ocean view, knowing the hotels in this country will nickel and dime you for what ever they consider extra. Front desk girl informed us that no good view rooms are available due to winter conservation of property ( we are in October), and gave us a room with brocken balcony glass m, facing the roof. After we complained she gave us, as a big favor, the room a bit better, still saying that they are short on cleaning ladies, and cleaning crue dictates the availability. After we took a walk around, we saw no conservation, and no floor closed… if it was Soviet era, I knew how to label it, but in 2024?….

Maybe in summer I see number of sunbeds is not enough. But in low season it was OK. Also 2 elevators sometimes you should wait...

The hotel is in a good area, very close to a nice beach promenade. It had nice facilities like the pool and the half board option, also nice sea view from the upper floors.

The cleaning needs a bit of updating, there were spider webs and areas in the lobby where the paint on the wall fell off, also some rusty parts in the shower. You can see the age of the building, tho.

Front desk staff pleasant. Anastasia in the lounge was friendly and pleasant as well.

Dining breakfast and dinner was miserable. No one is happy to be there, including the guests. Way too many kids, exhausted parents, long buffet lines with good but not great food. Cheap wedding like decor that's extremely tacky. Looked at the pool and said, "No way." Kiddie pool. Not even a remote hope of a chair umbrella and any form of relaxation. Seaside is pretty but overrun with people. I didn't expect 4 or 5 stars. Truth is, it's a two star at best. The hotel needs an overhaul desperately. Nice view, but I had to fight a giant metal guard gate to get out there.Sorry to those who are working hard there, butIt was a tired old hotel with a tired vibe.

The hotel location is very good , with so nice view at the beach. Outside pool is nice. Food in general was good.

Room was small for three persons. The hotel is 4 stars but I think it can't be more than 3 stars.

    5DoraPosted on: 8-12-2024

Location, view, wellness and food were great. There are two hotel parkings, they charge 10e per day and ypu get the card for the ramp. There are activities for kids. Center of town is 5 minute walk.

It could be cleaner and better furnished for a 4 star hotel. Ac is a disaster, it doesn't cool the room. It was really hot to sleep there.

Nothing about it the starff are very rude also

They checked us out of the roof at 10am flightvwas at 21.00 then they wouldn't even let me have a shower in the spa ?

    The location is nice.

The food is the same every day. The choice of food is small and definitely not worth the money. Our bathroom stank.

    2TarikPosted on: 8-4-2024

The food was okay, all three meals were included in price and variety was good.

It was not worth the price, the building is old. AC was bad you could not controll the temperature, first night it did not work at all, tomorrow they cleaned the filters so it was kinda better. Halls were to hot, elevator the slowest in my life. The outside pool is not part of the hotel, but part of other two hotels, you can use it but need to walk 100-150m....

    6VeraPosted on: 8-3-2024

The buffet food was good with many choices, the room was cleaned very well, location to beach and town. Very nice man that worked at the bar and at the entrance of the buffet/restautant always greeted us with a smile and kindness.

Bed was hard felt like you are sleeping on a plank, reception staff was not friendly or helpful.

    9PatrikPosted on: 8-2-2024

Great location - 2 min. from an amazing beach - Plaža Plava with easy entrance to the water also for childs. All around the beach are shops with food, drinks, coffee etc. Free access to the hotel outdoor pool with the ocean view and free chair and umbrella. Only 5 min. walk to the city centre and Vodice Marina.

Unattended reception when we arrived. Receptionist was smoking in front of Hotel. Very busy elevators in peak times (breakfast, dinner). Sometimes necessary to wait longer for an elevator.Fridge in the room was overheating as it is an built-in cupboard. There is nothing to hang out your wet towels and swimwear. On balcony is missing something you can hand your wet stuff.

clean room, thank you for that, delicious food, good location, beautiful pool

problems with the elevator, in our room there was a crack in the side glass on the balcony. dirty chairs in the restaurant. Not a beautiful restaurant terrace

    8DinoPosted on: 6-28-2024

Room is confortable and clean. Balcony has a nice view. Good choice of food. Its not a its mot a michellin star restourant or fast food, food more like what you would cook and eat at home. Pasts, steaks, fish, rice and salats.

Only one elevetor was working, in the hotel of 10 floors and this was breaking often. But the staff in these cases allowed guests to use emergency elevetor, or leave heavy things like child trollies locked on the ground floor.

The staff was very nice. The view from the room was exceptional.

For a four star hotel, I was expecting everything to be amazing, but it wasn’t. The room itself wasn’t bad, but for example, the balcony was rusty, the elevator in hotel wasn’t working properly, there were small leaks from fire sprinkles in lobby and so on. It wasn’t that bad, but it’s not a 4-star hotel.

    9SonnyPosted on: 5-26-2024

The breakfast and dinner were superb, lots of options. Good value for money. The main downside was mosquitoes were found in one of three rooms, and its air con was out of order. After changing to another room, was sorted and fine.

Cleaning could be better and more thorough. Also, hope your top managers won’t replace the local Croatian staff by cheaper labour from India or Africa. The reason we travelled twice to Croatia is because the nice and friendly local people, clean environment. Very authentic and unique. Don’t turn Croatia into such as London, NY or Paris.

Location , size of the room

old fashion hotel , food is not at the level of a four star , this is more like a cantineToo many noise due to huge climatization group on the top of the nearest buiding

Odlična lokacija hotela, par minuta hoda od centra Vodica. Osoblje hotela izuzetno ljubazno i imam samo riječi pohvale. Hrana je bila iznad očekivanja. Vrlo bogat izbor hrane za doručak i večeru.
