The room had a nice view.

The carpeting was very worn and dirty. The bed also required a new matrass.

Room too hot - aircon ineffective, woke up not well rested.

The location is good.

It is not a 4* hotel. The place was filthy and had nasty stained carpets everywhere. For the cost I would really not recommend this hotel. The room smelled like urine on arrival and towels were dirty.

hotel is right by the seafront promenade, and it’s just a short walk to the charming town of Vodice. The view from every room is stunning, and the sea is crystal clear. While the beach in front of the hotel is rocky, there is a beach with gentle sea access nearby, which is perfect if you prefer a more beach experience. Breakfast was adequate, and there were no lines, which made for a pleasant start to the day. The pool was never overcrowded, and the proximity to the sea made it easy to enjoy both the pool and the beach.

Although the hotel looked more luxurious in the photos, after a few days, we noticed some small but annoying issues. The area with sunbeds by the pool and the sea was not well-maintained, and we never saw any staff taking care of it. The hotel seemed understaffed, especially at the reception, where there was only one person, leading to long queues during checkout. Parking was not included in the price, and we had some problems like a lack of hot water one evening and the door lock running out of battery, which left us unable to access our room. The bed linens, duvets, and pillows were of the cheapest quality—more like what you’d expect from IKEA, not a higher-end hotel. Additionally, the carpets and walls were worn and in need of replacement. Overall, the facilities could benefit from better maintenance, especially considering the price.

Beautiful view. Great location, right next to the sea and just a short walk to the town center. Friendly staff. Clean room. Nice pool.

The parking should be free of charge or at least cheaper.

Good location. Quite a quiet headland and close to the harbor (10 min walk). Trees near the pool - a place to sunbathe in the sun and shade to relax. The pool can be too small in some parts of the day, but you can easily swim / relax in the water in the evening and after dark. Adequate number of parking spaces.

The location is excellent, a lot of pine shade and a good pool.

The room wasn't clean as we would have liked.The baby's bad was dirty from the previous user? The worst thing was the DIRTY carpet ?

I really liked the location right on the seashore. Rich breakfast and dinner.

No drinks at dinner. Had to buy water at the bar every time we came for dinner.

decent pool, plenty of sunbeds, nice and enough shade to sit in, good breakfast, nice bar with good cocktails, friendly staff.

lots of kids, not the most comfortable beds, the cleaning lady walked into the room at 9am while we were still inside the room without checking.

The outdated & small rooms (dirty carpet on the floor and tapestry on the walls!!!)

You need to fight for sunbeds and parking, staff will intervene after 3-4 complains.

The facility is really close to the beach. The restaurant is also located next to the beach with a lot of shade under pine trees. Since we had half board, we used the restaurant for the lunch and I must say that the meals were exeptionally big - which was ideal for our always hungy kids. :-)

1. We reserved two rooms and ours (my wife's and mine) had terrible smell upon our entry and we requested to switch the room. It smelled like cat urine.Since they had no spare rooms (which is understandable during high season) the lady at the reception offered us new room for the next day and said that the cleaners will do something about the smell. In the afternoon they cleaned the floor with a cleaning agent which had sharp chemical odour, but after we opened the balcony door and let some fresh air inside, the smell was bearable. The next day the smell was almost completely gone, and we kept the room. 2. The next thing that bothered me was the fact that the facility wrote us over Booking.com communication channel this: "Special Occasions or Celebrations: If you're celebrating a special occasion during your stay, whether it's a birthday, anniversary, or any other milestone, please inform us so that we can make your experience even more memorable." Despite I wrote them that I will celebrate my 50th birthday during our stay, they didn't respond, and they didn't make our stay "even more memorable". :-/ It's not that I expected any big party, but this makes you think why they even write some promises that they are not willing to fulfil.3. The building "Antonia" REALLY needs some renovation (at least from what I saw in our two rooms) to justify the price. But I guess the market hasn't forced them to adjust prices to realistic level for the quality they offer.

Plenty of shady area for sunbathing. Very friendly staff. Air conditioning in rooms. On sea front. Ample breakfast.

Rooms need renovating and a little small. Pool too small and not suitable for young children. Needs some maintenance doing: toilet door handle came off, toilet flusher wobbly...

First time of me life , i had to pay parking and breakfast in Hotel which costs 289 euro per night

Access to the beach.

No separate swimming pool for children. Not for a relaxing break as it is overrun with families - very very noisy.

Breakfast very good, a lot of food to choose.Dinner also very good, a lot of food to choose, but dinner was for me too late, until 7PM do 9 PM.

Mosquitoes during the night in the room and the windows were without nets against mosquitoes.

Well kept, nice hotel with a bar and a restaurant on the beach. Excellent breakfast, nice swimming pool and all the necessary facilities. Perfect location - in front of the beach, few meters to the Plava beach and 10 min walk along a nice promenade to the center of Vodica. The beach in front of the hotel is quite rocky, might not be suitable for small kids, but you can walk few meters to the right to the Plava beach with sand bottom and water park. In any case, the swimming area in front of hotel is huge and perfect for those, who do not like overcrowded places. Parking fee 10eur/day, beach towel 5/day. No charges for sunbeds for the guests of hotel.
