sometimes the food could have been better (breakfast and dinner), but generally was OK.

The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and very enjoyable — one of the highlights.The overall feeling from the accommodation was pleasant, with a calm and relaxing environment.The hotel is conveniently located close to the town center, making it easy to explore the area.

Suggestions:As part of the half-board service, I would expect a quality coffee at breakfast, not instant coffee.Dinner should include at least water, and not be structured in a way that basic drinks are excluded from the package, forcing guests to pay extra (this is probably Croatia's standard approach). Water with dinner should be a standard inclusion.Additionally, sun loungers that belong to the hotel should be available to guests free of charge (two per room), rather than being subject to an additional fee.The rooms are missing "Do Not Disturb" signs for the doors, which is a basic feature expected in hotel accommodations.Parking is not included in the accommodation price, which is usually expected as part of the hotel service, to be included in the overall package.

Location was fantastic, near to the kids friendly beach. Restaurants, shops, city center.Comfortable beds and huge living room.Housekeeping is very friendly and helpfull.

Bathroom is to be renovated.

The two bedroom villa was comfortable and spacious for a family of 5! The beach is amazing for small children. The staff was helpful and pleasant. I loved the WhatsApp system for asking quick questions, etc. Our family definitely plans to return.

Our AC squeaked quite loud when running.

Swiming pool area very well refurbished and organized. Restaurant and Manager were excellent

Clean, staff was gracious, professionals, smiling. The 2 different ladies at the front desk, always smiled and very helpful

Unit should provide locking doors for privacy specially the bathrooms. Suggest to replace the old fashion antique door knobs with lockable system

The staff people, property, location and breakfast exceeded expectations. We look forward to our next visit to the Matilde Beach Resort.

Beautiful location along the beach, plenty of shops, bars and food places. Breakfast was quiet, food was fresh, replenished often and helpful staff.Pool was lovely but cold ? but to expect at end of September. 2 bed apartment for clean and had everything needed for a short term stay.

Very nice pool. Good breakfast. Nice room with basic equipment. Lovely balcony to sit outside in the evening while the kids sleep inside. Parking. Beautiful surroundings at the resort. Very friendly staff everywhere!!

Old. Very uncomfortable bed with plastic sheet and really bad pillows. Nowhere in the bathroom to place your stuff (no shelves, hooks, etc.). Air conditioning only in the living room, can imagine it gets warm in the bedroom when hot outside. Staircase to the room, not ideal with children/stroller. I found it too expensive for the quality. No sea view (veery minor through trees).

PIts great with small children, because they have a playground and lots of space where they csn run and play around safely. The pool is nice too. The beach is full of beachbars and its filled up with small gravel, which i think isnt the best , but at least there is a shallow spot for kids. The breakfast is good, mostly delicious.The stuff is very nice and helpful. There is an opportunity for washing laundry on site. (Extra charge) The apartment on the ground floor doesnt have seeview because of the trees , but still has a great terrace.

Beds are uncomfortableElectrical outlets in one room were loose. Shower door is brokenOnly one ac for 3 rooms and even that one is very loud and makes a creeking noise.

Uncomfortable beds - deep in the center (concave), with plastic layer under bed sheet.

The staff were really nice, the breakfast was great.

We had to pay for the sun beds on the beach, and the sheet had so much plastic in it, that it was impossible to sleep on it.

Pleasant local town a short walk away

Well its an all-inclusive holiday camp. If you like that type of thing then good. But to me it was just full of noisy gannets

The shower room was quite small.

Close to beach, personal was nice, though dont expect them to understand Croatisch (slovak/czech,polish or such, since they were from Agency and not locals, breakfast was okayish. Dinner buffet is only worth it if you eat a lot... :) For our 5y old was not worth the money - 10€. 20€ pro Adult. - no drinks are incl. in dinner buffet,. We ate for the same price in very good restaurant incl. Drinks

Our Appartment had view of unfinished building and beton + trees that were separating Staff Unterkunft/Kitchen from Garden. So we had Staffers sitting under our Terace and walking stairs directly in front of Terrace. There were Loungers on the terrace, but just the plastic ones same by the pool, smallest possible beach umbrella - which did not provide enough shade for the Table on terrace Airconditioning is in LivingRoom/Kitchen - so the Bedrooms would not get cool for night easily - also it was not cleaned a long time. There was NO HAIRDRYER, not even power outlet in Bathroom !!!The shower was missing one door and it seems the other was mounted upside down (not 100% sure about that) and of course black mold.... because no ventilation in bathroom... and just small window, withouth fly screen... In description they boast Kitchen equipment - for example: Wine glassses :) there was one.There is no "do not disturb" card, so whether you want it or not, Staffers will ring the doorbell or just come inside . - not very good for families with children that sleep during day - happened to us also. Also no fly screen - so if you try to open window in Bathroom, you end up letting all flies, mosquitos and so on inside.

It’s good for families if you want to relax at the beach. There are many attractions nearby. City centre and bars ar abo

Location was excellent and included parking, restaurant and swimming pools.

The facility overall was dated and needed upgrading, especially the bathroom and kitchen. As travellers from overseas, we are on a limited timeframe with limited personal effects. As such, we expected the apartment to equipped with necessary kitchen appliances and minimal supplies, such as milk.

Otherwise all excellent. All clean, very nice apartment, very nice pool with massage jets, nearly ideal access to the sea. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very good car parking.

Toilettes at the pool. No paper tissues at ladies, defect flushing system in pissoir at gents.

Helpful staff, nice location near the beach. All restaurants, pubs, and water sports are just outside the venue.

Property is a bit old. Beds can be better.
