Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Breakfast options vary daily and staff accomodates if someone has specific needs. There are small restaurants and convenience stores close by.

The pool wasn’t climitazed and made it hard to get in cold water. The water in the shower would come either really hot or really cold randomly. The location is good, about a 30 min walk to the end of downtown.

I liked that it wasn’t downtown so I could get a good nights rest at night not being in the music near the center. Wonderful pool on the rooftop.

With the exception of the manger, the staff treat your very nastily. They seem to be glad if they don't' help you in anything.They only want to see if you are wearing a stupid wristband.

Great location next to the main beach. The stuff was really good, especially Kelly :)

The room was simple and the price was not very low for out season booking.

Reasonable price

Shower is terrible either you get cold water or hot water . Never can get warm water it take long time to take shower because you spend most your time trying to adjust the water to right temperature but never will get there. Breakfast under average.

The location is very central. 3 minutes from the airport so if you like watching aviation it's an added bonus. If you don't like loud noises be prepared to deal with a loud take-off about once an hour or so. I personally loved it. The housekeeping services are impeccable especially in an area that is constantly covered in sand. The staff are friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate whenever possible.

The elevator to level 3 was not functioning properly and we were staying with my grandmother who at 90 years old had some trouble on the stairs.

We only stayed for 1 night as we moved on to Providencia the next morning. For that purpose the hotel was very convenient located close to the airport. Very clean spacious rooms with large king size bed, good airconditioning, kitchenette and small but good bathroom.Breakfast was good.

For us it was fine for one night. But to stay longer: the place did not really have a nice atmosphere. It was efficient but lacked soul. Then again, we did not like the vibe of San Andres anyhow. So maybe it was us.

The breakfast was good and the wait staff was very kind. Also the housekeepers were kind and smiled. The room was good...the air conditioning was just right.

The girl at the desk didn't smile and was cool. She made me feel like I was bothering her.

the location is excellent; not far from the downtown; quiet and ideal to have a good rest .. away from the noise and the loud music form the downtown.the no noise policy ; no speakers in the hotel .. make it peaceful the staff; is gentle; happy to help you. the pool schedules; closing the pool at 19:00 it is too early.

The staff are wonderful, kind, attentive.Everything we did for the hotel worked.We loved everything and hope to be back soon.

Location: The hotel is located 10 min (walking) away from the city center and the beach. It has shops for groceries and a drugstore nearby.Comfort: The rooms are spacious and comfortable for a small family. The pool is in the roof top with a nice view over the city.Cleanliness: The hotel facilities and in general the room was clean and up to the standards for covid-19 (use of mask and sanitizer available)Staff: The staff was very friendly and willing to help (we had to find medicines late at night and they helped us finding someone to help)

Room: Our room when we arrived had several issues, there was a problem with the electricity because the stove wasn’t properly maintained, the shower didn’t had hot water, the cutlery wasn’t very clean and the dishes/cups weren’t microwave save (through there was a microwave). It took to the hotel 2 days to change us to another room because it was full.Payment: It took several days of trying for the hotel to be able to charge my credit card I was expecting my reservation to be charged directly through booking.com but that wasn’t the case

Room was not Cleaned well, didn't leaves us fresh towels or toiletries. Sheets not changed. Breakfast could be better fresh cooked to order. NO hot water in showers.

The bed was comfortable but they don't use fitted bottom sheets so this became a problem during the night. The rooftop pool is great and has an excellent view. The kitchenette was handy, the a/c was very good. Really good blackout drapes.

The location was not great. It was a 10 minute walk to the main area with all the restaurants. It is also across the street from a school so very load in the morning. Our shower had a bunch of calcium buildup so we had to get on a chair and clean It for It to work well. This is a common lack of maintenance.

Breakfast fruit was in bad condition, bathroom have water liquid, no enough toilet paper The clean room was really poor for covic situation .! They clean every other day

Months in advance asked for upper floor. When i registered i got the second floor.Bathroom glass dirty.

The only thing good in this hotel is the staff: Respectful and easy going.

Very bad location for the price, the hotel offers pretty much nothing, not even hot water. Breakfast is very mediocre.

The rooms were modern and updated.

My daughter and I got bit we don’t know if it was bed bugs or fleas , the shower did not have warm water and very little Water came out. The continental breakfast included was cold eggs with cold pancakes wrapped in plastic not appetizing we did not eat. I think over priced for the place would not come back.

The pool was close and they didn’t told us and send us to another one that was close too. the cleaning was awful, they don’t clean everyday and they give us a rooms untidy
