AC too noisy. TV Picture too bad. Shower leaks water outside after taking a bath.it

The staff wa incredibly nice and helpful.

The beds were not that comfortable and there was a light outside our room that made the room look like it was morning all night.

Is not very clean, is close to the beach so it is really really noisy, if you plan to rest, forget about this hotel

Great property with good ventilation due to its proximity to the beach.

Bathroom had grime and black growth between the tiles. WiFi connectivity wasn’t as good in room 320.

Wifi is not really working

First the room wasn’t what we expected and what we payed for and what booking.com sale to us

From the first day we had a problem with toilet flooding every time we had a shower, we reported and never has not been fixed

Comfortable room that had a little fridge.Ocean view from the side window was nice.Location was good in the heart of San Andres & close to transport.I would stay again if needed a room.

Wifi only available in main lobby area so to answer e-mails etc need to walk out of room. Not unmanageable but prefer Wifi access in room.It got a little noisy late at night with people walking along the boardwalk by the sea,

The lodging is well located and the staff is very friendly. It is right next to the sea near a venue that is used for nice walks. The bathroom is tiny and old but does what's needed. There's a fridge in the room which was very useful and the AC was working well. There was hot water which is not easy to find in the island.

There's no wifi connection in the room and even the wifi in the reception is not good. It is too expensive for the conditions offered, but still ok given the location.

They offered no breakfast.

Outside the hotel there are too many drunk people with gettho blasters. They drink, shout and play music all night long until 4am. The police don't do nothing and the hotel stuff ignores the needs of their guests. It's awful!

This was a great place for a 5 days trip. The rooms were large enough, we had 2 closets and 2 bathrooms, there was also a well equipped kitchen, fridge and living room.It was very close to a supermarket (5 minutes away) and the beach was just in front so we could choose were to go everyday.The staff was always taking care of us, providing additional information or elements we needed, and they cleaned everyday when we were away.

The wi-fi wasn't that great, we had to be closer to the beach for it to work, fortunately our cellphone signal was very good and we could use our own internet.Also, we were traveling with a 70+ year old woman and the room was in the 3rd floor, hopefully for us we didn't have any problem as she's healthy enough to go up and down the stairs on her own.

Staff were friendly, location was great.

The bathroom sink was broken, the sheets were ripped on one side, there were no knifes in the kitchen. They will charge you if you leave any stains but they already have to many in the sheets and dining chairs. It is just simple not worth the price ($350USD).
