Hotel Bahia Sardina

Hot water for shower and from the bathroom sink, quiet place (i stayed in a room in the opposite side of the street, so I could sleep pretty well, and also because the windows are soundproof), very clean and refurbished (great!), they really care about the clients. It is in front of spratt beach (this beach is awesome!).

Air conditioning makes clicks that may be annoying.

The location just in front of Spratt Bight beach is awesome. The hotel & room was always super clean and fresh. The staff was also great.

There is super loud music on the street just below the hotel until late hours, we didn't mind it but it might bother some people. The breakfast is a big area of improvement, there is variety but the quality of the food provided is pretty low. There was another hotel option for around the same amount of money that looked better.

Location is the best, price is good. Room selection with oceans view was top.

First reception was not so polite. After that attention was great.

The hotel is perfectly located right across from the beach and directly on the strip. There are plenty of shops and a wide variety of places to eat nearby.

During my last visit, the cleaning crew did a great job keeping the room and hotel spotless. However, this time, the floors could’ve used more attention, and the pool area needed better cleaning—especially to remove the sand. Some of the appliances felt outdated, and the shower could use stronger water pressure and hotter water.

Right on the beach and broad-walk, breakfast available in the morning, small pool area with restaurant and lounge chairs. Location was also great. Restaurants, small markets to pick up water and essentials and shopping nearby.

The bathroom was tiny and no fan.

The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. The location is great, very walkable next to good restaurants and right across the water from the beach. Room was clean, beds were really comfortable and the AC nice and cold. The free breakfast was nice.

The shower had very little pressure, which we understand since the water in the island is very limited. The showerhead can be better though. Being next to the beach also means you will hear all the noise from the boardwalk, so keep that in mind if you are a light sleeper and bring ear plugs and/or sound machine with you.

Because of Jessi and Marta from the front desk we give the hotel 4 points, they were very attentive ,friendly and helped us. At least we got our money back from the nights we canceled.

Was so disappointing that we changed to another hotel after 1 night. We didn't have hot water in the shower and that's apparently a known problem from the second floor of the hotel. Breakfast was terrible. Room was a 2 star hotel room. In general not at all what you expect from a 4 star hotel!

The hotel is located right in front of the beach and its 10minutes walking from the airport.

This is not a 4 star hotel. The second floor has no hot water. They know it but wait for you to complain about it. We moved out to another hotel and they made a refund of the remaining nights. We ditn't like the interior design, the beds, the breakfast, and there was also a kids school outside of our window.

Fabulous view and staff was kind

This is absolutely not a 4* hotel but rather 2*- Room might have been recently refurbished, but rather looks like hostel. It had a bad odour- Lack of anemities what a 4* hotel should provide, like iron and iron board in room, laundry, free bottled drinking water in room- Bath gel dispencer was filled with water- Improper daily room cleaning. The day before last day our room has not been tidied at all- Very poor quality of meal. Breakfast was the same every day (scrambled egg, fake cheese, low quality "ham", local type of hot meal). Dinner was a lá carte, but quality was also not satisfying (poorly cooked fish, chewy beef)- Plastic plates and cups were very disappointing- They wanted to charge is 200k COP more than booked- Very OVERPRICED for this quality of service, we've paid 225 €/night for a room with half board

Rooms were very clean. Pool area was right across the beach. Food was good and people were very kind!

I was stranded in San Andres after a flight cancellation, and Bahia Sardina had a front desk where I knew I could check in at a later hour. I was able to use the pool after checkout while waiting for my flight. The bartender at the pool bar was pleasant and friendly and made me tasty drinks.

Maybe it's because of the last-minute reservation, but I might have gotten the shabbiest room in the hotel. No table, only two plastic outdoor patio chairs in the room. The upholstered cushion on the bench near the tv was full of stains. Shower curtain was in tatters. The bedside lamp's plug was incompatible with Colombian outlets. And no drinking water provided, it's only sold in disposable plastic bottles. I guess they "don't really care about the environment", as stated on the cards in their rooms. The quality absolutely did not match the exorbitant price of the room. Also, they charged me in USD on my credit card, after I specifically asked to be charged in COP. This way, they take a commission on the conversion. I ended up being charged more than I was quoted on Booking.com.

Friendly, helpful staff, location , beach access right across. Plenty restaurants within short walking distance .

It could be a little noisy at night time, people gather outside (as the beach is right there ) to listen to music and hang out until late hours (2am). There are rooms that don’t face the ocean, that are probably quieter , but will miss out on the view ??‍♀️.

Ocean is across the public walk and the pool is heated and great !!! Small friendly hotel maybe 35 or so rooms

Breakfast could have been a little better and more items but was a basic Buffett. But was average

We had a large room with a second alcove and bed. Bathroom was large and clean. Staff was very friendly and breakfast in morning was excellent with fresh fruits and foods.
