She guided me through the local postal and payment process, handled details, and ensured it arrived smoothly. That care stands out.The on-site food is tasty, ridiculous amounts of cheese on the burgers ???. Their quick laundry service adds real convenience for travelers. Retuned in about two hours one day .Friendly team, solid help, good meals, and useful services—West Coast Beach House provides comfort and reliability. Recommended for a warm, caring stay.

Only two bathrooms (with toilets) for at least 18 people to share. Also one toilet was broken.

It was very cozy. Bed was comfy. Great location for the sardine run diving and massages. The restaurant right there was good and everyone was kind. Laundry I could just leave at the desk and it was back the next day. They had Netflix for free. Which was amazing cause I was really tired and spent most of the first day in my room.

It’s the only hotel room I’ve ever stayed in that did not have any window or any outside light. This situation probably contributed to the bathroom being dank, and the drain was smelly.

Nice place and affordable, close to the ocean and restaurants. If you need a ride to the bus stop there’s a lot of tricycles. They make good caramel macchiato ??♥️♥️

Our room was a bit small for 2 people but manageable.

Everything about the West Coast Beach House is great. The location, the staff, the owner interaction making sure when we arrived everything was ok. We arrived after check in hours.

There wasn't anything not to like about this place. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay. Wish I knew my stay was going to be so great, as i would have booked a longer time.

Stayed in a single room (not a dorm)- perfect location- great wifi for working remotely- very friendly staff- bed was spacious- great amenities (could pay for laundry, motorbike, food, free water, etc)

- not a big fan of the bathroom layout- main lighting is a little too "cold" but the lamp lighting is perfect

The Staff were great and extremely helpful, the property has great equipment for rent whether it be life jackets, snorkels or motorbikes! Super close to the beach and restaurants so great location.

Rooms could use a decor refresh to liven up the small space but still a great place for a quick trip!

The place is close by the beach but the thing is, there is a live band just across the hostel during nighttime. It could be very loud and you won’t be able to sleep comfortably.

The dorms are in a separate location from the main building. My curtain rod was broken. Dorm room is a bit tight.

I love the stuff, they are so friendly and all with a smile on their faces. And the location of the hostel very accessible into everything, very convenient.

They don't have a public restroom

Very well located and the staff is always willing to help you out. The excursions booked in the hostel were also very good. The food is also good with a resealable price.

Due to its location, it is a bit noisy at night. Also there are not many activities to encourage meeting other travelers if you are not getting an excursion.

The Location Was The Best, Just Near To Many Restaurants And Bars And That Was The Only One Thing I Liked

Room So Small With Very Bad Dampness Smell And The Sound Of The AC Was Annoying, Water Flow Was Too Low . With The Same Price You Can Get a Better Room Somewhere Else Also Staff Will Ask You To Put a Good Review In Booking ?

Very good location very near Panagsama beach and restaurants/bars! They also had life vests for rent that we availed to go snorkeling, the quality was excellent and the rate was very affordable at 50 pesos (Jan 2023), and good breakfast and coffee.

Great location. Good staff. Available tours and scooter rental. Beds have great privacy, with lamps and charging socket. Food is good.

Dorms were dirty and noisy (mostly the residents at the time). No common area in the dorm. Bathrooms were a bit dirty. Low water pressure. Reception and breakfast area is a minute's walk away, on a different property.

Great location! Near all the best spots for scuba diving, snorkeling, coffee shops, restaurants and bars. It was SUPER CLEAN. After a pretty poor experience at another hostel, I was finally able to relax, rest well and take a nice warm shower.

Everything was great. Bedsheets could be in better conditions but they were definitely clean. :)
