Very friendly owners and a nice place to stay in Moalboal close to restaurants. The rooms had plenty of room and were comfortable.

The internet did not work at all during our stay.

Location, and very nice hosts

There were lots of ants in the bathroom, no hot water in the shower, and noises all night

Friendly hosts, great price, location and secure parking. 10 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to stores and restaurants. I would have stayed longer but they were fully booked.

A bit noisy in the AM with roosters but this can be expected in the Philippines. Host attempted to sell us on a motorbike rental even though we had a car! Mentioned danger of biting dogs, which I ignored

Mam Igie is very accommodating. The room is spacious and clean. This is our 2nd time stay here.

It’s one of the quietest places I was in Philippines, happy to sleep a bit longer than the usual 6am ?it’s basic, it does the trick.

Caretakers are very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and good aircon.

Clean,spacious, great location and the kindest family as your guest host. We loved our stay here, and so close to the ocean too

Igie and her family were very accommodating and hospitable. She even allowed me to check in early to get some much needed rest. Room was small, yet comfortable with AC.

The distance is a tad long for walking everywhere, but not super far, yet quieter than the center.

A great place to stay in Moalboal. Our room was small but very comfortable. The hotel is run by a lovely family who make you feel welcome and can help with booking excursions. The hotel is located on a quiet street but within walking distance of the main road and a great food court for dinners, there is also a good laundry place a two minute walk down the road.

The location was good

Beds not comfortable, roosters and dogs non stop noise!!! Tried the fan on high to try and drown out the rooster farm across the road yet even that didn’t work. The beds are hard as rock and the shower was weak. The rooms were clean yet lots of ants around.

Free water and coffee. has it’s own bathroom and it was very clean too (i’m very particular with bathrooms everytime I try to book a place for staycation.

All good so far. Small sightings of mold in the ceiling.

Lovely lady running the place, her young daughter was often with her who was so cute and friendly. Arranged our tour to Kawasan and arranged our transport to the bus stop in moalboal town also. Very nice room, ideal location. Kept our bags safe until we left.

Many animals (dogs, rooster etc.) on the lots around that make noise during the night

- good sized room- water refills and coffees too- friendly family - mother, father and young daughter who would chat away to us- near the newly opened food market where we went regularly - good communication - we rented a moped off them - was all good

- walk to room at night isn’t the nicest - quiet and a bit eerie- opposite what seemed like a cockerel farm ?? constantly making noise… oh and of course, dogs too- owners kindly booked us a snorkelling trip which was not good at all - our instructor was terrible - so was a shame - lots of ants in the room, especially the bathroom- little bit tired, not really 100% worth the money - wifi was regularly not working. Electrics went off at one point too

Big comfortable room with 2 queen sized beds and ensuite bathroom. The owners were very helpful and friendly. Their 5 year old daughter was very sweet :) would recommend staying at west side cabana

There were ant like bugs on the floor in the room but I think that's the case in most places. We also had a cockroach in our bathroom but the owner came to the rescue to exterminate

Location was great, end of the road had the new food court which we ate at most days. Also close to the beach and dive shops which is why we came to Moalboal. Was nice having two beds as we could use one to layout our belongings for the following day. Table and chairs inside was great to do some travel on too. Free coffee and water is always a nice touch. The host family were really friendly and polite, and we loved their cats.

There were quite a few ants and 2 cockroachs (1 huge, 1 baby) that were in the bathroom which made us feel a little uneasy. They ended up leaving back into the walls. There was also a bit of mold and just general wear and tear within the room and bathroom. Taping up cracks on the ceiling will only last for so long...surrounded by roosters, guess that is everywhere in the Philippines though right!

Really nice owner, they know everything about the Region and can organize the Trips for you. Nice area a little off the Main street

Quite noisy AC, in the morning the chickens around are noisy for Half an hour, but that is more or less the same in whole southeast asia
