Slightly away from main street.

The staff were helpful and the location was close to town, but not noisy. The pool and view were very nice and they had live music nightly. We loved the canyoneering tour we took through the hotel.

The food wasn?t great. The pedicure and massage through the hotel weren?t very good.

One of the best, if not the best hotel to stay at when in Moalboal. Best staff ever!! Breakfast, room size, internet, pool, hotel grounds all perfect!

The staff is amazing - and is why I came back to Moalboal to stay there again. Property is perfect - everything from breakfast to the pool could not be better.

Room a bit run down

The staff here are absolutely amazing. They work around the clock to make sure you have everything you need. It made our travel to Moalboal significantly easier and worry free.

Given the location being far from the center of the main city of Cebu, this is understandable but I will say something to note that some amenities in the room are a little questionable. The shower head in our room broke off so we had to shower with the hose and the base of the shower wasn’t sealed properly so the water leaked into the bathroom/sink area. But they were quick to accommodate so this was very small in the scheme of things.

Nice pool area, large room, and amazing live music at night.

Was a bit expensive for the value and activities offered by the hotel were more expensive than what could be found in town.

Well it was right on the water so we enjoyed swimming right from the hotel.

Well they were doing construction so the noise Was a factor for us. I'm sure they will not be doing construction in the future.

Smooth check in process. Staff are good and attentive. Breakfast is okay. Good location, sea view, walking distance to the sardine run and restaurants. They kindly set up a happy birthday greeting for my friend.

The swimming pool is nice to have but a bit small and sometimes can get too cold. The extra bed was uncomfortable. The mattress was so thin, and it creaks every time you move and with only a flat sheet provided. Maybe better to just get an additional room for extra pax. I got a massage and it was painful, though i don’t think the masseuse was part of the resort staff.

All staff were friendly and kind. The room was spacious and perfect for 6 Adults . The breakfast served was also lovely

I really enjoyed my stay. The service and staff are beyond commendable. This is probably the best hotel I've stayed in during this trip. Any question or issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. It's especially convenient that they offer all the swimming gear right on site, and it's included in the price. There are two pools where you can teach kids how to swim, and direct access to the sea for adult swimming.

Great hotel with nice amenities, very close to the main street in Moalboal. Staff organized tuk-tuks and canyoneering activities for us.

The VIP suite was big, it had a livingroom/kitchen section, an in between room, a bathroom, and a bedroom. The location is good, not too far from the sardines section (10-minute walk) and far enough away so it is not in a noisy and crowded area. Although the place has no dive center, there are plenty of options around. We ended up diving at "Love's dive center" just opposite.

The included breakfast was basic and only included instant coffee. There was no choice for Filipino favorites like Beef Tapa, Pork Tocine or Longanissa. The choices were (french)toast with egg, jam or (instant?)noodle soup. In my opinion, it was very basic for such an expensive place.Even though the suite was huge, the 'kitchen' area had no attributes, not even a pair of scissors. In hindsight we would have preferred more amenities over a larger room (which we didn't spend much time in since we were outside snorkeling and diving.

Amenities need maintenance. Low water pressure on shower. Internet was very slow.

The location was really convenient, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance.The banana shakes were really tasty, and the breakfast was pretty filling.The facilities, though not perfect and a little old and run-down, were nice to have, for example the pool and billiards table, and the free snorkeling gear.

While communicating with the staff via booking.com messages they were a little ruder than I am used to.Also, the bathroom was pretty dirty and the room was pretty basic.The amenities were also in short supply and two packets of instant coffee for two people

All staffs were friendly and kind. The swimming pool view was great. Our room was spacious. Big bed and nice extra sofa bed. Loved the lovely swimming pool view and the swimming pool. We didn't use but lovely gesture for free gear of life vest and snorecles for the guests. I also regret I didn't use the free ticket for the kayak. But thank you for everything. And especially lovely greeting and smile for my kids. It was a great time and hope we can visit soon again

It is a bit dangerous on both sides of the pool area for kids. My kids are quite jumpers and they would like to jump between pools and it's quite slippery. And there are no guards for safety. I love the swings that you have but the plastic slide is useless cause it's got broken.

Clean. Friendly staff. Free activities. Massage was great and very reasonably priced. I also like the free performance at night as well as free breakfast.

Bed was a bit hard. Toilet Flash not working properly.
