Loves Beach and Dive Resort

Being attached to the dive center and having a restaurant on sight was great. The young lady in charge was wonderful. She was very helpful. The food was really good (minus the burger). The fresh fruit shakes were magical. Set right on the water provided a very calm and beautiful experience.

Had to pay cash for the food. Luckily I had enough… maybe let people know ahead of time. Only 1 towel provided which isn’t sufficient especially when diving. I needed to ask for toilet paper many times. No pool towel provided either. Shower head was weirdly placed.

No kettle and drinking water in the room. Bed sheet is very thin. No cleaning room during staying. Aircon works noisy

A great native-style locally family owned resort is set in beautiful, manicured gardens. With the restaurant on the beach front, this makes for a totally chilled and relaxing stay.All the staff from the owner, to the diving staff to the restaurant and housekeeping staff are absolutely fantastic people.Highly recommended.

Great location. The view from the restaurant was breathtaking. Really enjoyed the stay there, and the staff was welcoming. We enjoyed the private beach.

The room wasn't clean in between our stay. We would've appreciated if it was, not only when we were leaving. But otherwise great experience.

The Dive centre is excellent We went there specifically to dive, and their dive centre, all it’s staff and guides are first class. They keep the groups very small we gad our own dive guide - Mario was our guide and a good spottter, also making sure we dived most of the dive sites

Very friendly and helpful staff

It’s a good place with a nice pool and restaurant area. We had dinner there once and the food was good.

Room is bit basic and lacks some amenities like a kettle or some water. Nice outdoor space to sit though. Based on the rating from others I had high expectations but they weee not met for me. The staff was nice but when I asked for some local tips they told me to google it.

The room was filled with ants, the door wouldn’t lock, they didn’t have the key to lock the safe box, only one socket in the room.We told the manager about all of that and she didn’t seem to care much.“Is it red or black ants, if those are the black it is ok”One member of the staff even tried make a joke of us.After we got mad they change our room to a cleaner one but without WiFi or cellular reception.This resort also offers renting snorkeling gear, they offered us a deal that we’ll go with a boat to perfect spot to see sardines + gear for 600 peso per person.Deal that turns out to be a scam because the “spot” was near the shore and we could get there by foot (5 minute walk) and getting gear on the street for 100 peso. Don’t recommend anyone to go there

We had a wonderful stay there. The people were extremely friendly.I did my open water license and it was great. You can dive and then go directly into bed. Very convenient during night diving.

The hotel is small but charming, surrounded by green grounds. It features a diving school and a speedboat for guest activities. My room was spacious, equipped with air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a large balcony. Breakfast is served in a stunning setting, right above the seashore.

The air conditioning wasn’t very powerful, so it got quite hot at night. The breakfast selection was also a bit limited.

Amazing staff, beautiful place, great kitchen and location with 5 min drive from every atraction.

We had to tell the staff about changing the towels.

The breakfast was average and the rooms missing the most simple as glass for toothpaste and toothbrush.

Set up like a motel, noisy from 7Am staff sweeping paths early in the morning, bathroom & toilet was small, restaurant was average for dining

The toilet was so small that being a guy, my male part was touching the inside of the toilet. The toilet seat was made of cheap plastic. You have to hold the shower head as it does not stay right in place. There was no drinking water bottle in the room.

The staff are friendly

Air conditioning filters have never been cleaned. They blow black mold into the rooms making everyone sick. People above us, and on both sides were all sick from the exact same thing. No fans, so if you shut off the air, you melt.

Love’s an amazing accidental find! The property is stunning, the pool is clean, the gardens are beautifully kept and the restaurant has panoramic views of the sea and mountains. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier and more accommodating. The food was nice, very cheap snorkel rental and in the perfect location. We saw turtles within 20minutes of snorkelling right outside the property. I would 100% stay here again, it is far nicer and cheaper than other similar places to stay in Moalboal. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

My only one criticism is it would be nice to have a water cooler to fill bottles rather than having to buy plastic water bottles.

The views overlooking the sunset were amazing, the staff were so helpful who helped with all transport to airports, booking trips etc. location was great - can snorkel right outside the hotel.

Only thing that could have been improved was the shower pressure but is minimal in comparison to all the good things ?

Amazing location right on the beach, clean room with working ac but no fridge.

Shower didn't have much power, but it wasn't the worst shower I've had.
