Good value for the amount I paid. Very near to stores and McDonalds for alternative food choices.

Would appreciate if there was fruit or dessert available for the breakfast menu.

Absolutely nothing

I had an amazing stay at Moalboal Tropic Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I also loved how peaceful the environment was—it felt like a perfect little tropical escape. The location is convenient, just a short ride to the beach and restaurants. Overall, a great value for the price, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Moalboal!

The place can get a little bit crowded at times, but I had a great experience overall!

The bar at the pool had cheap drinks

After swimming in the pool felt like my skin was burning a few hours later even showered after, aircon really sucked and when mentioned at front desk at checkout they said they hear that a lot, celing fan wobbling and at some point at 4am started making noise like it was going to fall off onto the bed over all not a good night rest

Near the downtown area

Not recommended. Bad experience, no service water at all. We booked ahead of time, yet our rooms still not fixed.

Everything actually. We arrived at the facility, receptionist is not in the reception, we still have to wait for them to assist us. Rooms were not ready when we checked in. No service water‼️‼️‼️Did not clean our rooms. Blankets smells bad. Even tissue paper is not placed in the bathroom. Although some staffs were great, facility not much. Not worth the money.

Everything about this place was a disappointment. The rooms were stained with blood all over. The sheets and mattress had recent blood stains. We complained to management and they moved us to two different rooms. All had the same issues and brought up to management as we did the walk through. They claimed this was the first time this has happend, which is hard to believe since all 3 different rooms all had blood stains on the mattress/sheets. Absolutely disgusting and such a health hazard.

Well located and friendly staff.

Moalboal Tropics did not accept card payments. They did not inform me of this upon check-in, or at any time during stay. No sign at reception saying cash payments only. Upon check-out, when our taxi had arrived to return us to Cebu-city & the airport did they informed me they are cash only. As I did not have that amount of cash it caused great difficulty and unwanted delay. Very unprofessional venue.

The security guard was nice and we were able to get some laundry done.

My aunt caught one of the staff trying to go through her backpack as she was using the shower in the pool area!!!The toilet didn’t flush properly and the toilet seat wasn’t even the same size as the toilet. It kept on sliding off. Bed came with tiny thin fleece blanket. A couple of beds were missing them. The pool wasn’t usable since they were “treating” it the whole time we were there. Was supposed to stay 4 nights but we ended up leaving one day before our check out and took the loss (money) because we did not have a good experience at this hotel.

The breakfast meal was good. The location also is just nearby the mall. Their staffs were accommodating. They helped us in booking our tours around Moalboal and Badiang.

The air conditioner in our room was noisy. Maybe because it is a window type aircon and old one.

Our stay was amazing!Very friendly staff ready to serve us.Moreover, the manager recognized a mistake made by the hotel regarding our reservation and solved it in no time.Last but not least; we were impressed by the air purifier in the room.

Ants in room, they moved us to another room with ants. Okay, it's moalboal-- but honestly, spray the facilities now and then.

Location is far to the beach and the playground has stone flooring which is dangerous to children. Not child-friendly playhousw

They have swimming pool good for the kids to enjoy and a restaurant though doesn't really that good but not bad as well.

I took a family room of 4 and dormitory room of 6, they only provide 2 towels in each room and no replacement on our second day of stay same with our water compliment. You should provide us every day of stay no need for us guest to ask for it. Shower is not that good. Food is so so.
