Adams View hotel

The pool was great! The great range of breakfast options. The availability of water and tea and coffee. It was basic accommodation but clean and tidy. There was a supermarket across the road and a money changer, which was helpful.

It is quite a way from the beach and restaurants, making it difficult to get access to food and the food provided by the hotel is breakfast. In the rooms, there is a glass panel that separates the bedroom area from the bathroom area. There is a sign to make you aware, but still quite dangerous. There was no lock box or safe in the room for your valuables,passports, cash, etc. The hotel only took cash for accommodation and tours, which can limit what we could do. We were told that prior to checking in that the only accepted cash for accommodation, we thought that we could pay card for the tours. Our research before going said that we could use a card, so that is why we had limited cash. Note for next time.

The location is good as it is in the heart of town, so quick to get to the mall, Jollibee's, or other businesses. it is a bit far from beaches. Rooms were clean and spacious, beds are comfortable, and the pool was nicely maintained.

My only complaint was the water for showering. The first day was quite nice... but each day, the water pressure diminished to very little, until the 4th day, there simply was NO water?

Just old, dirty, and stinky place. Had a junkyard view from my window. A/c barely working and stinking horribly. Find other place to stay.

AVOID - I left early after only one night. There were ants in my mattress. They changed the bedding and sprayed, but they returned. They had the gall to tell me that I shouldn't worry, since they weren't biting ants. With the help of a complaint to booking.com, I was able to get a refund for the 6 nights I didn't stay. The hotel tried to charge me for the commission to the app, time that I stated there the second day, and a cleaning fee! Very laughable. Rude staff. I don't recommend and would stay far away from this place if I were you. Oh yeah, the centipedes by the pool were a problem too.

The swimming pool was the best. Gaisano and MacDonalds was very near. The room was good the bed was comfy. The breakfast was great. You can rent a motorbike from the hotel.

The tv did not have alot of channels to watch. I could not rent a motorbike from the hotel becoz i forgot my license, i then later rented a motorbike from a other resort. The closet was dirty and i we could not put our stuff inside. The place is far from the beaches so you do need a motorbike to travel becoz the tricycles and ebikes are expensive. They do not serve dinner you have to go to panagsama beach where a lot of restaurants are to go and eat. The bathroom was divided by glass and painted with white paint over the glass. The shower head was also not spraying well.

Location was good, quiet and away from the central area, but only a short ride down there. Bike hire for 400 peso per 24hrs (just be prepared to fill the tank as we received it empty). Staff were super friendly and helpful!

Empty tank when hiring the bike, so had to go fill it up. A few ants around the room and not bed (but nothing too bad).

Bedroom /bathroom need maintenance. Photos are better than the reality.I also didn't find the bedroom very cleaned.It's a noisy hotel.

Staffs are kind and approachable. They are also responsive every time i message them.They take immediate action when i go down and requested something.They have mini ref on my room got lucky.. lols Pools are clean tho they dont have life guard, they have a warning also so swim at your own risk.Breakfast is yummy they have 3 options that you can choose.The place is 10mins away to the beach if you want some activities like sardines and turtles watchingThank you so much.. more powers and Godspeed..

The weather.. lolsMy room got wet because of the aircon and they immediately transfered me into another room (mini ref is indeed love it) , unfortunately it rains so hard and my room got wet again but ( Staffs are really good on assissting me)

Lots of ants in the hotel room and in the dining room… Furniture and doors looks old and fragile.

It is well located, just next to the major road where there’s a bunch of stores. The pool is sooo big, it’s a pleasure to wake up and swim, even spend the afternoon there. The staff is very helpful and kind, you can also rent a motorbike with them which is great. Room was okay, we had a great short stay.

Location was great and 2 mins walk to main Gaisano Mall.Staff were friendly.Nice pool front of hotel.Free tea,coffee and water in lounge near reception.Bed was firm and very comfortable.

The room wasnt cold enough for the size,as fairly big room and Aircon unit long way from the bed and small The Room was very dated with old 1970s style Wardrobe and Small table and Chairs.No hangers in wardrobe and No character at all in the room,horrible colour green,no pictures,just saw no effort by the owners.The bathroom was ok but the mirror and sink so short was only suitable for a child.The pool was used for school galas and Swimming lessons while I was there.I had planned to stay 7 nights but checked out after 3.Was dissapointed with the lack of interest in having nicer rooms!

The staff are good, very friendly.

Nosiy hotel. Can't sleep well in the night because other guest keep moving their chairs in the other and it's really disturbing. Some guests are talking too loud on the hall way feels like they are on the playground, yelling...

Swimming Pool and airco!! Also breakfast was nice

A really big pool! Helpfull staff and nice rooms! There also is a shopping center with grocery-store close.

It's a bit far from the beach, centrum, tourist activities and bars but with motor-bike it's fine!

Staff were nice. Rooms were clean. They even gave us free breakfast. Overall a good stay.

Could use some more and better furniture. Bathroom door was broken and didn’t shut.
