Hotel Wiesenhof

The beds were comfortable and the bathroom spacious. The staff was very pleasant. Can only recommend.

I had a bit of trouble sleeping due to the cows walking around outside -- I heard the clanking of the bells all night. But overall it was not nearly enough of a drawback for me not to want to come back.

The apartment was perfect.Clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The location is great and the staff are very nice and helpful with any requests. Breakfast was fantastic.The only downside is that there is no elevator and carrying 4 large suitcases up to the rooms on the second floor is a bit of a challenge but other than that it was perfect

It seemed to me that there were not enough parking spaces, we got last one

The bar was nice, the dining room was cosy, the cooking was good, the service was perfect.

We arrived late evening but host left a room key in the named envelope at visible place. It was great!

Good location. Huge thanks to the owner for the complimentary room upgrade to a spacious and lovely room! It made our stay truly wonderful. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, great location. Fantastic view!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service was excellent—staff were friendly and attentive. The view from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking and made our mornings extra special. But what really stood out was the complimentary coffee—it was hands down the best I’ve had so far. Highly recommend!

Close to ski resorts

Bathroom is a bit small. There is not enough shelf space to put toiletries.

Breakfast was very good and enjoyed by children and adults alike.The family room was great for a short break with plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 children. great balcony with views.location was fine , near the regular bus route to Innsbruck and the Glacier and very close to the Serles Bahn and tobogganing. Spar in the village.

A bigger table and more chairs in the room for the 4 of us would have been useful. We had a kettle but no cups?Information about the hotel and area in the room.

Lovely staff. We arrived late, but the check in was super quick and they were so kind to make us pizzas. We didn't have time for breakfast but we were offered free coffee and cake. All in all it was great, would definitely stay again.

Although the rooms were absolutely fine, all three rooms that we had were a little noisy. Especially in the morning, when guests walk around the corridors to go to have breakfast. However, it didn't spoil our stay because everything else was great.

Location

It probably has its best years behind it. Quite old equipment, but everything functions properly. Strong smell of disinfectants and probably too much of them are spread on the floor because it sticks to the floor when walking.

Nice view out of the balcony, good beds, quite clean.

Some minor problems however the owner (director) of the hotel offered some compromise and I can say it was fair from him.

The breakfasts were fabulous. They included all of my favorite breakfast choices. The room was comfortable, the staff terrific, and the location was very convenient. We could walk to the gondola, drive to Mutterbergalm easily as well as anywhere else in the valley, and it takes only 30 minutes to drive to Innsbruck. We also had 4 dinners at the hotel and they were all delicious.

Nice hotel in the mountains. We stayed there for a night as part of our honeymoon summer road trip, and the staff was so kind to present us a bottle of wine for the cause. They also provided us with recommendations on what to see in the area. The views from the rooms are everything! Highly recommend this place.

Everything is ok really. The rooms are slightly austere and may benefit from some renovation here & there, but generally it's great value for money.

Diner was not very good. Bed was not comfortable. Breakfast average.

The location and the viee from the balcony is just amazing. The furniture is a little outdate but it was very clean and it didn't bother us.

Beautiful views, great room and breakfast was good. Wonderful friendly, helpful staff!

It would’ve been nice to have the option to shower- they could’ve added a shower curtain to the bath.

Towels not so cleaned. Some brown spots on them.We have to explicitly ask for the guest cards. They didn't offer on check in.
