    Pros +

    • It was a fantastic stay, we really enjoyed it. Very nice decoration, cozy rooms, really friendly staff, very nice breakfast and dinner.
    • Very nice staff, very spacious rooms, afternoon coffee and cake included and the wine!
    • Lot of space. You got a local tourist card for free so you could go up the mountain free of charge. Super sweet staff.

    Cons -

    • The only slightly disappointing part was that the sauna was out of order, which was one reason we chose this place to relax after a long drive and justified the cost.
    • There was only bathroom downstairs, so you had to walk up and down stairs every time you needed to use it.
    • There were too many house flies flying around at the Eating area. The hotel could maybe try to do something to reduce the flies. It will also be good if a small fridge and kettle could be provided

The food was really good. Dinner was fantastic! The tomato soup served for dinner was the best I have ever tasted in my life. The Meats were also very well barbecued. The machine freshly-squeezed orange juice served during breakfast was interesting and it was really nice to drink, best fresh orange juice as compared to what I get in my home country. Room was clean and comfortable too. Met the owner who was very hospitable.

The staff were very helpful. The rooms were very comfortable. The meals were generous and tasty - there were many courses. There was an underground car park and I usually managed to get a space. It was about a 30 minutes drive each morning to the glacier for our ski trip. There was a sauna and steam room in the basement of the hotel which we used just once. This facility was great, but we were busy - we would return from the slopes at 5:00 and dinner was at 7:30.All the staff at the hotel were friendly - every one had a smile, which makes a great start to the day.

The hotel coffee machine broke down on our last day,One is not guaranteed an underground car park space.

it does need a small fridge I. the room to keep your drinks cold and maybe a kettle so you can have a nice cup of tea in the morning

Great location, superb rooms and fantastic food! Afternoon tea was a pleasant and totally unexpected extra bonus. A true holiday and home from home for the whole family. Thank you!

The staff was very helpful, room nice and charming, we had 4 course dinner and breakfast and the food was delicious. We stayed only one night on our way to Italy, but would ddefinitely recommend also for longer stay.

It is spacious. Lovely and comfy. The showers are just awesome And the stuff in the hotel are very friendly and helpful

The 3 room apparent is on the street level, facing the street. You get use to it. I just wish i knew it before. There is no wifi or cellular reception in one of the rooms the one on the lower level

Location and spacy and Austrian room.

There was no possibility to have diner. It’s only half pension but no where it’s mentioned how to book that via booking.com or at the desk. So there was no food for us that night. Breakfast was ok, but not that great.

    8ThomasPosted on: 9-2-2021

We used the hotel as a stop over from Germany to Italy. The Hotel is in the village in quiet location 2 kms from the Brenner Autobahn, near to the cable car station. The inside of the hotel in wooden chalet style. Helpful, polite and attentive staff in all domaines. Good breakfast buffet. Eggs and bacon are served on order. Competitive rates and half pension is offered. Free parking.

On Saturday evening us BBQ night. When booking HP, we wee looking forward to have some rrefined meals. I can therefore not comment on the quality of the normal HP food. On the BBQ was meat, chicken and sausages.

Nothing - we are very very dissappointed

Apartment hidden away in a bleak building, Apartment directly on the street, we heard all the traffic in our beds, No space to sit outside, A bedroom under the ground...?, No breakfast included, Difficult check-in as staff was busy and unfriendly, Overall: Price is way too high for value.

    9FurmanPosted on: 7-6-2021

Amazing staff that was truly understanding. They were accommodating for all situations - including a special menu for specific needs. The view is amazing and the walks around the property were breaktaking. Highly recommend staying here versus Innsbruck. Very romantic and a great deal if you book the half board. Be aware that drinks are not included in the dinner.

Beds could be more comfortable. Although, extra pillows were provided quickly upon request.25€ fee for dogs. This was not explained at welcome or on the booking.com advertisement.

Superb! It’s my third visit, the hospitality is amazing.

    8ArjenPosted on: 1-7-2022

Excellent atmosphere. Father and daughter make up for a complementary professional couple

I would have liked a good place to read in my room. But I know that's not what all need. This is therefore not a dislike. Place is good.
