Great location near to the beach and the central street, beach area only for the hotel, powerfull ac, nice breakfast with good choices, parking at the hotel

Even though all the reviews say that parking and beach chairs and umbrella are included in the price, we had to pay 15€/day extra.Very old (of course not smart) tv, small shower and a small room, if you have 2 suitcases, you'll have a problem opening both of them at the same time.

Location, food, and very nice & friendly staff!

Parking was pretty tight, but it was ok. Food was good but difficult to eat sometimes being a Pescatarian/Vegetarian. If the food was labeled or simply had a sign for what was vegetarian, it would have been perfect.

The hotel staff was very welcoming. Room was very spacious, looked similar to the pictures.

The breakfast options were not as good as other 4-star hotels we have been at before. More choices would have been nice for hot food options.

Good location - close to the sea and to the centre. Parking and sunbeds on the beach included in the price. Small but nice swimming pool. Excellent breakfasts and dinners.

Uncomfortable beds due to sagging mattrases.

we was here second time for a reason, clean, close to the beach and the shopping street, it has a pool also.

Nothing can be negotiated with receptionist (a very arrogant receptionist). She only care about the money, nothing about the customer and her needs. Poor breakfast offer for **** hotel (always the same). Slow serve. Never again.

The staff is very friendly. The location is very convenient, right in the center. Loved that the room was ventillated, and the fridge was awesome to have.Breakfast was great. Also the covered garage is very important to me :D

The hotel was clean, located not far away from the beach and close to the city center as well. Room cleaning was done daily!

Breakfast was average, very small cups for the tea. Very poor selection of the TV stations in the room, mostly just shopping ones. The worse was the A/C, it was quite noisy and also a bit stinky so quite impossible to have it turned on during the night and with the very noisy surroundings, especially birds, a bit hard to sleep well.

Certainly! Here's a bad review for a hotel room:---I recently stayed at Regina Hotel and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the hotel was not up to standard. The check-in process was painfully slow, and the front desk staff seemed uninterested in providing any sort of friendly service.The room itself was in terrible condition. The bathroom and room floor was stained and smelled musty, the furniture was outdated and in disrepair, and the bathroom was far from clean. There was mold in the shower, and the sink had a constant drip that kept me awake at night. The bed was uncomfortable, with lumpy mattress and scratchy sheets that felt like sandpaper against my skin.To make matters worse, even if it is ventage needs to be more carefully with the smell and second worse part I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and the hallway. This made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was incredibly noisy.When I attempted to address these issues with the hotel staff, they were dismissive and unhelpful, offering no solutions or apologies. The overall lack of cleanliness and maintenance in the hotel was shocking, especially given the high price I paid for the room.I would not recommend Regina Hotel to anyone. My stay was unpleasant and far below what I expected. Save your money and find a hotel that actually cares about its guests and maintains a decent standard of cleanliness and service.

Nice location, manager took care about the car parking when the car was too high for their garage, bigger than usuall room with comfortable beds. In general friendly staff with one exception. Very enjoyable breakfast.

The receptionist was very unpatient and unfriendly on all occasions we talked to her, however there were no problems with any other staffmembers. Umbrella and chairs on the beach were not included on the last day, something which never happened with any other hotels we stayed in this area before. In our room it was not possible to get a water cattle, WIFI signal was not available 95%, there were times the hot water took minutes to come out of the faucet. And no provided bottled water in the room.

Clean rooms, freindly staff, close to the beach and to the city center., Breakfast is very delicious, high variety.

The bed was not so comfortable.

The staff was professional and helpful especially the staff of the restaurant who worked hard with a big smile.The location is good. the pool was well looked after.

The beds were not comfortable and we have to wake up early every morning because of the running children and furniture moving around in neighbouring rooms.
