    Pros +

    • Excellent food, very kind waiters, and staff at the pool area. Very children friendly with great playroom for kids.
    • The staff were very kind and friendly. Perfect location and very kids friendly. They gave us a junior suite even though we booked a standard room. Food was good and with a lots of variety, especially the breakfast. Pool was super clean and with some activities for adults and kids. The after dinner program was also fun for the kids. 100% recommended for family trips.
    • The hotel was very clean, close to the beach, good equipment and facilities. Aside from the main street, so not crowded around it. The room was spacious, really nice and clean bathroom and a nice balcony. The parking garage was modern, big spaces, kept the car cold. Good selection of food at breakfast, tasty. Daily fresh beach towels, pre-assigned beach space - when you book room with a direct view, you get sun beds in the first row. I did not miss a thing.

    Cons -

    • The receptionists were doing a really bad job in general. Very poor english, some of them only speak italian. Really bored and not helpful, sometimes even rude and agressive. I wanted to ask and manage a few things with them but after the first few times I gave up as I didn't want them to ruin my day. Also the internet doesn't work when most of the guest are in the hotel.
    • I booked a triple room to get two separate beds. The description said twin bed, queen bed. When I got into the room, there was just a twin bed made as a double bed, so I went to reception to ask. They asked me what is a queen bed, so I had to tell them they should know since they have it on booking.com. They said it was never problem with German speaking guests, so I urged them to fix it, as the queen bed turns out to be a collapsible extra bed. So I paid quite some extra money for nothing. They were ok to come and separate the twin beds with extra bed sheets. The German language thing is a bit of a theme, it’s the first language of the hotel, staff talks to you in German as a first choice, whether you speak German or not.During check-in you get 3 different NFC chips you have to carry around - one is the room card, one is the beach table lock bracelet, one is for beach toilet. One bracelet to rule them all?The WiFi did not work on the first day, it connected, but only the sign up form worked. Speeds under 10 Mbit, but luckily strong mobile coverage. The breakfast is a bit chaotic. On the first day, I didn’t know how it works, someone stopped me and sat me at a table. The next day, I sit at the same table, and there he comes, a waiter waving his finger in disagreement, that I cannot sit there, because it’s a dinner only table, whatever that means. So he finds me a different table. When he tried the same with an Italian couple, it resulted in 10minute argument full of hand gestures, resolved by his manager. Only on day 3 I learned that if you only paid breakfast, there’s a designated area for you. Also, there is some secret decision making on who gets a proper cappuccino and who gets a cappuccino-like liquid from a fully automatic machine that none of the staff would accept if it would be served to them. Sometimes you get it if you get lucky, most of the time the Italians sitting next to you get it.
    • Price was quite high but services of the hotel were good.

Liked the facility, very modern and rooms are comfy.Outstanding breakfast as well

The hotel is located in a quite part of Bibione and 3 minutes walk to the beach. I loved the beach access and the fact that we were assigned a specific umbrella and chairs on the beach and also the safe on the beach. Breakfast is outstanding with a huge number of options and freshly squeezed juices and good coffee.Room was clean and decent in size. There are a few ok restaurants and fast food options nearby. They have some children entertainment but we never saw it as we spent most of the time on the beach

Price was quite high but services of the hotel were good.

    9VitaliiPosted on: 8-19-2024

This hotel is great for families with small children. It is well maintained and equipped with all what you need during your stay. Location is great as well: both in walking distance to the shops/restaurants and to the private beach. Underground parking is well secured for luxurious cars stay. Incredible water flow in the shower allows you to save precious time of your vacation. Free shuttle bus transfer to the Bibione downtown. There were a lot of special occasion events and activities.

Floors in our room weren't cleaned on a daily basis and it is important cause some amount of sand was transferred from the beach unintentionally by us. Italian stuff was quite impulsive sometimes and gave disappointing warnings, but that is a part of local specifics and entourage.

    4EmmanuelPosted on: 8-18-2024

The pool was very clean, and the stuff was very friendly.

The view we saw during our bookings and what we saw during our stay wasn't the same and we got a bit disappointed. Also, we had to pay extra charges during our checkout, which we found it to be unfair after we had already paid everything before going. We will never recommend such a hotel to anyone, and we will never set out foot to this place anymore.

Where to start?! The best place for a summer vacation on the beach for a family with children. Spacious reception area, spacious rooms with sea view, access to the beach, nice swimming pools for kids, they even have a stage for night shows. Great bar/resturant by the pool. Excellent breakfast. Also the area surrounding the hotel is truly nice. They also have a shuttle that takes you to city and back at different times. Everyone working there is just beautiful and super helpful. I really want to thank them all. I especially thank Nicola at the reception who was exceptional in arranging our activities for the day. Also Sasha and Guilia were truly nice.We had a great time and will definitely come again, and I highly recommend for a family with children.A big thank you!

The a'la carte dinners are superb, breakfast offer is generous, garage and parking spaces are suitable for the size of the hotel. The beach is maintained well.

Our relationship with the reception desk ladies went from bad to basically hatred beamed from their eyes every time they saw us. At the check-in, they didn't inform us about the some conditions including the half board. After couple days of stay, we asked for our room to be cleaned, as the cleaning lady instead of replacement turned the sheets around, leaving it behind with a layer of sand and also a blood stain on the sheet in the baby cot. What have we done! That was the end of our relationship. But it got even worse. After couple evenings we spent at the hotel restaurant using the a'la carte, we were explained that had we booked the half board on the 1st day of our stay, the buffet dinner would be significantly cheaper. We were arguing a) that's a stupid rule overall b) we were not told on the first day at the check-in c) our a'la carte orders have already accumulated higher amount than half-board, so than a discount would be a nice gesture. The next day evening, we were surprised by a nice gesture: the young gentlemen receptionist granted us a free dinner. Despite us mainly pointing at the Catch 22 situation, we were put into the category "cheap complainers) by the female reception crew, and their relationship literally turned into hatred. That escalated during our final bill settling, during which we paid twice as the first card transaction was deemed invalid, despite both banks, ours and hotel's, confirmed it went through. Lots of fun...Another annoying situation is occurring daily at the breakfast. The staff are young, demotivated, unattending people who are unable to memorize any order, although repeated daily for 10 days. The tables are cleaned slowly, not being prepared,.so guests are taking action themselves, which is met with annoyance and even verbal arguments amongst guests and staff. The half board tables are equipped with big green glasses.

Nice hotel with great reception staff. We got a spacious room with a nice sea view. We had access to the spa and sunbeds on the private beach. It is good that there are personal safes for things on the beach.

The floor in the room was cleaned badly. I found a ball of hair next to the bed.

    10RomanpalkociPosted on: 7-18-2024

Everything was perfect! The staff, room, location, close to the beach and food. Room was cleaned every day. And our little one enjoyed the kids room.

Food, pool and staff where amazing

Slow and weak wifi, and from some reason now signal on phone either

Kids friendly hotel with private beach, garage, nice room with spacious balcony, very nice selection for breakfast, room service, delicious dinner.

Floor in the room was vacuumed but not wet cleaned, our baby was crawling so we could see that. A bit chaotic at the breakfast, not every available table was prepared and served, no clean glasses on display, when asked, was offered used dirty glass by a young waiter. Completely killed the good impression we had the evening before when got a delicious dinner from a middle-aged waiter (don’t know his name).

    5MayaPosted on: 6-9-2024

The beach and pool are super nice and there’s a lovely garden. The massage therapist was good and is a very friendly lady.

Spa is very small and closes early. The room is old, towels were ripped and the queen bed we were promised is not actually a queen bed. It’s two single beds pushed together and the mattress was very uncomfortable. We were given umbrellas at the back of the beach and when we asked to move them closer to the sea the receptionist said no even though it wasn’t full. The next day another receptionist agreed to move us closer. Also first day we were allowed to eat at the pool and the next day the server said it’s forbidden. Customer service must be improved. During breakfast staff are lost and there’s never one server to seat us. We have to search around for someone to tell us where to sit.

    10MichalPosted on: 9-12-2023

Our recent stay was exceptional. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the culinary experience was outstanding. The highlight was the beach amenities, with notably spacious sunbeds and a cleverly integrated safe box in the umbrella, offering both comfort and security. The friendly staff and the breathtaking beachfront location made this a truly unforgettable family getaway. We can't wait to return.

One minor inconvenience was that the food at the restaurant wasn't all labeled, leaving us guessing at times about our meal choices.

Very clean, comfortable beach loungers, dinner was great

    Too cold Air-conditioned

    9Dr.Posted on: 8-30-2023

Facilities, pool, indoor kids area, breakfast buffet was amazing!

Two timeslots for changing your towels on the pool/beach was a bit inconvenient!Having some sort of a food or beverage service at the beach would’ve been really a plus point as well.

    9RadomilPosted on: 8-29-2023

Well, it is difficult to say something about the hotel. Because everything was great. Location. Perfect check-in, service, room with nice balcony, parking garage about 10 meters from the hotel. Private beach and nice pool in hotel area.

Actually, we had little bit problem with air condition in the room. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it did not. Also small detail on the breakfast, we were told to wait every day in the breakfast room entrance till someone comes and takes us to the table. We spent there 3 nights and every morning nobody was there. After 5 minutes of waiting, we just went inside and found someone from the staff to give us a table. But he looked at us and asked us very directly, that we are supposed to stand at the front door. But for the hole time of our stay in the hotel, we saw nobody there.

    9CezarPosted on: 7-29-2023

Second time here. Excellent premises, facilities, service and food. Excellent location, too.

Unexpectedly, the air conditioner turned on automatically around 3 in the morning every night, the blower mouth being positioned above the couch where my little girl was sleeping.

    9RicardoPosted on: 7-26-2023

We booked half-board: Breakfast was amazing, good variety and excelent quality. Dinner was also good, one of the best tiramisu we’ve had in Italy! The hotel is right in front of a “private” beach and close to several restaurants and shops. It has it’s own private parking. People at the reception and restaurant were very nice and did everything to attend our needs.

The bathroom of our room was prepared for people with disabilities which was strange when we wanted to use the shower because the entire floor was flooded and slippery which is not great when you’re travelling with a 1,5 year old baby.
