1) The room isnt so big for 4*2) Breakfast is very simple

I booked one room for two adults on Guda agent I paid 170 Eros When I arrived there the desk stuff was rude and said the booking was single too. For one person and she recite to check me and my wife in and never give me a chance to clear the situation She refutes and push me to pay 200 Eros more and move me to their hotel partner name Holiday Apartment I accept this unfair solution because we were tired driving 4 hours from Croatia She never show any flexibility she and her female colleague at 1 pm on arrival day on 16 August This is unacceptable and illegal she refuse to help to get the clarification from hotel agent in which I booked. We paid 371 Eros for one night and in another hotel she. Choose it I need to give a compensation one night in hotel for what trouble and worry we face on that hot day

The recipient on front deft very rude and part of the problem not part of solution We are foreigners and lost in this situation and no one help us and cost us double money for one night and another hotel while should take care of us Even we offer to let us stay in that booked single room she refused

3rd time in same hotel and again satisfied, great food, very nice and friendly staff. rooms clean and tidy. parking place available in outer garage. great value for the money.

Very nice location with lots of sun beds on their private part of the beach; pool was lovely and has a small section for little kids; children’s playroom was wonderful; parking included in the price.

Rooms are awful: certainly not 4-star but maybe 2 1/2 - 3 star at best. Beds uncomfortable, furniture very old, no comfortable place to sit and cheap bedding; the room is way too small for a couple and a baby, as with a baby cot and stroller there was no room to move. Breakfast wasn’t good: cheap cereals and yoghurt, plenty of sugary pastries, and all eggs overcooked. Also, why have someone serving the eggs - people can do that themselves and it just causes unnecessary congestion.

In the city centre, easy to find, very clean, good food. Exactly as advertised.

Staff hotel is really kind, professional, problem solving and proactive. I truly see staff efforts to make everything running well. Really appreciate. A big compliment to them

Considering as 4 stars hotel, I have to say rooms are really old style. Nice 3 stars, but not 4.Breakfast quality slightly lower than average.I got a room upgrade for a superior one...but the only difference was a piece of sea view...with windows facing the main street... A lot of noise even during the night and especially early morning.I can see a normal 3 stars hotel, with 4 stars staff, but this is not enough to balance the price.

The room size, photos are per booking expectations. I want to highlight that the room cleanliness was exceptional, check-in/check-out was fast and easy. Thank you Team of Luna Hotel for creating a comfortable stay at your hotel. Oh yes, AC worked perfect, which is a lifesaver during a hot season.

Good parking, swimming pool, bar, breakfast/restaurant area.

The rooms are outdated and would benefit a refresh

Room and pool are very clean, good choices of food, dinner very delicious. Staff very friendly

bikes need to be better maintained.

This is our second time in Bibione and we spent both out vacations in this hotel. We traveled a lot over Italy and this is literally the cleanest hotel we came across, and this is why we decided to stay again. The food is very good and the staff is very friendly.

The only thing that I would like is the rooms to be bigger. But since we stayed in room only to sleep, it is not that important.

5 minutes walk from the beach and center, dedicated sunbeds on the beach

Number of parking places is not enough

Really good staff, exceptionally clean and perfect food. Cleaning staff and chef deserve all the kudos.

Then only thing that could be better is the room size, but sadly it can not be improved.

I like the fact that it has a space dedicated to children for them to be able to play. My daughter had really fun in it. Shops and restaurants were just behind the hotel. The beach is only few steps away. Food was excellent! Staff was very accommodating and pleasant to talk with.

It was a gift for our parents and they said that everything was exceptional and that it was the best holiday of their lives. Thank you, Hotel Luna!

I had a very good and fun experience during my days in the hotel. The crew is super nice and easy to talk with. The hotel is the perfect place for family and friends. I recommend it!
