The sunshade was in the 1. row right at the sea. The apartment was clean and well equiped. Staff was nice.

3 swimming pools available.Room size and beds are ok.The air condition worked quite well.Games, activities, dedicated rooms and teams for childrens.Big balcony.

Staff not oriented to the customer needs (except the teams for the childrens activities). Unprepared, unexperienced staff at the restaurant, at least the ones which served us. You had to wait a lot to find a waiter to order for a drink or something. Many times there was no cutlery available, especially plates. Theoretically you should have your table available for your time spent there but you realize that this is not well organized and you might need and find other table. In one day I had to search even for available chairs, as there were none on our table. I saw a few times that they even started to take the food before the ending of the kitchen program of the guests serving time, preparing for the cleaning, which is not nice. In the restaurant, the free soft drinks, from the machine or the fresh orange juice in the morning, is a joke, is more like coloured water. The food could be better based on the price you pay. In one week of staying, I saw no smiles on the staff faces, they looked stressed, bad mood between them, like they had a stressy boss. The room cleaning personal was more polite. In the bathroom of the room, the toilet bowl position was 'funny' installed as it is installed way too close to the wall, aprox. 15 cm distance. If you are not slim fit, you might need to find some new standing positions on the toilet bowl :)

Very nice hotel dedicated to the needs of parents of families with children. And for this purpose is very well. The hotel is not only weell placed in Bibione itself but also it is just next to the beach.

The breakfasts could be a little more diverse - everyday the menu for breakfast was the same.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, we appreciated it very much! The apartman is big enough for 2 + 2 kids (3 + 5 y/o), and the balcony is also nice. The pool area is great, there is one colder, the other one and the baby are warmer, the kids had a lot of fun threre, and in the bar you can have lunch and drinks all day long - with also great service. The sea is quite crowded as you would expect, but is just a few mintues of walk away, where you have your own place with a locker, so you can keep your stuff safe. You can also try some watersports as well. The half board was also superb, the variety is acceptable - there are always some kind of sea food, soup, pasta and meat and a lots of cold little things. As families, you can enjoy a lot of organised programs for the kids by the animation team - they even offer nursery too. We had one rainy day, so the kids played a lot in the indoor playhouse and we also rented 2 bikes - they were pretty good too, and came with childs seats. We had a great time and might come back next year too!

The sofa-bed in the living room was awful (at least ours), creaky-sneaky...

Good hotel for families with kids of course. Many good things. Check-In nice early, good parking under. Front desk nice, nice Pool, for kids especially,nice private beach with allocated Umbrellas etc Small Flats with nice Balconies, Hotel has all the Amenities needed. Location very very good, can have access to Restaurants, renting mini Scooters and Evening activities. Nothing wrong actually. Staff is very Profi, helpful, they speak Deutsch, English, they have nice Animators Team for good Entertainment for kids. Can Name here Theresa. A bit of the Cruise Line Ships System. We had a nice holiday, and my Daughter was pleased. Will return.

Perfect location, close to the beach. Tasteful meals, great pasta and seafood salads, enough choice for kids, also. Children enjoyed the pool. The apartment was large and comfortable, with everything we needed, everything was clean and well organised. Private parking in the yard. Close to the walking area of the resort, the ice cream is great in Italy!

Too much air conditioning indoor, even in the playroom and the restaurant, that seems a real problem, especially for little children. The filters were not cleaned properly, we found mold in the bedroom, right next to the air conditioning device. Also, we dind't find on Booking.com information regarding beverages at the restaurant, we booked an apartment with full board, but at lunch and dinner we had to pay extra even for a bottle of still water. That isn't the problem itself, but the fact that we didn't know about this rule when we chose the room.

Breakfast was very good, wide variety of tasty food (eggs, bread, sweet pastry, yoghurt, fruit, pancakes etc.) You can order hot drinks which are included in price. Some things you can grab yourself, some are given to you by staff. I am not sure if this is normal or if it was caused by covid regulations. I would prefer complete self-service. Our daughter (1,5 y.o.) loved the kids' pool and inside play area which is really large and full of toys. There is also outside playground which is suitable for older kids (I guess at least 4) so she didn't like it very much. At the beach there are small playgrounds with swings and slides which are suitable even for small toddlers so we went there instead.

The sleeping cot for the baby was available in the room but it was not in a good condition - it looked it was going to collapse if the baby moved. We brought our own cot because the baby is used to it so we used ours and didn't ask for another one. I recommend to bring a mat for your kids to play on the floor because the floor was very cold to sit on in the room. (But that's understandable since it was around 20 degrees, it is just recommendation.)

It was my wife’s birthday, they have made her day special with a cake and Prosecco on Breakfast.The rooms are nice and large , you can find everything inside . Kitchen , nice large balcony.

It has its own beach, has parking and friendly staff.

The bads and pillow are awfull, it is old building needs to be remodeled. To expensive for what it offers
