    Pros +

    • The property was excellent. It had all the facilities and their private beach was close enough and also had plenty sunbeds and umbrellas. The swimming pool area “Solarium” was excellent, It was super big so the pool never seem crowded. The restaurant was also very nice and the food quality and variety were both nice. The staff were super nice and very helpful! It was a great place and if given an opportunity we would love to come back ?
    • Room was upgraded free of charge.
    • Great, friendly staff; very stylish, clean, spacious and modern facilities; very close to the beach and town (5-10 mins walk to either); breakfast had a good selection (although could do with more fresh fruit varieties available); quiet part of Bibione; one bedroom apartment was very clean, spacious, comfy and well stocked; evening pizza was excellent!

    Cons -

    • The mattresses in the bungalow could be a bit better quality. The restaurant timing for dinner should be until 9 pm at leastThe bike rental was a rip-off.
    • Too far away from the beach. After a few days food gets boring.Popcorn price during children animation is very unusual...
    • a little walk to the beach, approx 10 mins, the staff didn't really help with information when we asked, waiters at the breakfast are not always in a good mood( they dont let us choose the table) , the cleaners come to the room without nocking even tho do not disturb button was pressed and even the paper sign was on the door.

beutiful place, comfy and quiet. nice pools and easy to come here with a public bus. the Mosquito spray is super, we were eaten by Mosquito's whenever wed left the hotel.

This is an excellent location for a family holiday, perhaps especially so if you are travelling with your dog. Children are well catered for as well. Breakfast is plentiful and varied, but if you choose half board, then the evening meals are interesting and delicious. The pool is large, clean and well maintained. Bicycles are available for hire on site, and this is a very convenient mode of transport for this area. The staff are friendly and helpful, contributing to the overall feeling of well-being. In particular, the front desk staff are friendly, efficient and helpful, and special mention is also due to the friendly waiters and waitresses in the dining room.

The rooms are large and comfortable, friendly environment for kids.

The gravel used all over the property creates a terrible white dust everywhere..The food is rather low quality and not really diversified.

The apartment was spacious and clean and well equipped.

The quality of matress is very low, I couldn't sleep well. The coffe in the morning is ridiculous, instant coffee which I would not expect in Italy and the waiters were bringing the instant coffee as "Italian espresso". The real coffee is an extra charge which is normally given as part of the breakfast in other hotels. This is very disappointing, because even when I would rather pay for the coffe the waiters brought me the instant one and this adds up in cost. Apparently this is because of cost saving, but waiters should be trained for their awareness The staff in the hotel was not friendly at all, except for the housekeepers and towel guy next to the pool. The animators did not do much, they were sitting in the shadow but did not really prganized meaningful programs for children. The evening program and minidisco was not meeting expectations compared to other hotels. The children play area is in the basement next to the machine room which is very loud and not ventilated and impossible to stay in the shadow in a chilled environment. The swimming pool was not supervised which I would expect in a family place, especially, because children were playing in the adults only pool which is annoying that you cannot rest for 10 minutes. There were lack of shadow in the pool area. The beach is a bit far and byicle is a must have.

We had a wonderful stay at this family-friendly hotel. The heated pool was a big hit with the kids, providing lots of fun. Although the beach was just a short distance away, we didn't visit it, but we were thoroughly satisfied with our stay.

The breakfast selection could have been more extensive.

Great breakfas, snacks, coffee and pools ?

High growing grass around bungalows - the basic allergen grass, the whole family had a terrible allergy. Maybe better to plant some more decorative plants…

    6IhorPosted on: 5-17-2024

Very clean, brand new bungalows.Tasty and high quality breakfast.Fully functional kitchen.Chargers for electrical cars.

Hotel manipulates with charging volumes. By the end of stay we were charged for 30% more energy than our car really took. (Compared cars charging data with hotels print out) Also, it is strange that pools are not accessible after 18:00.There is no nets on the windows/doors, but a lot of mosquitoes.

    9LeoniPosted on: 5-15-2024

Super family friendly. Which also means a lot of families. For us it was great with a little baby. Very nice design and ambiente. Though it was like a family resort it still gave boutique vibes. Bungalows were very spacious. Nice terrace. Much green around. Super chargers available

    - food could have been better…I guess again very kids and family friendly but we were missing a few fresh things on the buffet. Maybe an egg or pancake station. And for dinner since it was also buffet everything was reheated…- the way to the beach is long 10min (although we had a close Bungalow). It’s a super nice walk, but one need to be aware especially with children or baby… there is no shadow on the path.

The room was clean, all appliances and utensils were in excellent condition

there were a lot of ants throughout the room, we had to dress with them everywhere. The air conditioners did not work, although it was very hot that day, the house got very hot during the day and we suffered all night, since there are no mosquito nets on the windows

    7KarolPosted on: 10-5-2023

Dogs allowed. Very clean houses. Staff is medium friendly. If you do not bother them, they do not bother you. End of season food was low variety, but fresh and in overall - ok.

The nearby sewage water treatment facility is killing the place. Sometimes stinks so madly, you need to close all windows. It is hard to stay outside. Please be ready for that, otherwise you will be very disappointed. We got house next to northern end of the camp. Probably closer to the sea the stink eases. Terrible location.

    9MarinaPosted on: 9-22-2023

The bungalows, the food, the pool, the staff.

Distance to the beach and no option to buy water/drinks/food on the beach. You have to carry to the beach all the drinks and food in a cool bag which makes things a bit more difficult with small kids considering the distance, but it is doable for sure.

    Good

We lived in the outermost domain. It stunk a lot, especially in the evenings. And we had a mouse living with us.

New and modern, far from the busy city centre, In general food and drinks were good quality and tasty (except from coffee served for breakfast)

The apartment smelled of sewage, went to the reception 3 times asking for help to fix it, only when requested to get free meals for the rest of the stay (only 2 days left out of 8) they have sent someone to fix it. Got only free breakfast as I was told by the receptionist that dinner was too expensive (€40 pp) to get for free..The apartment was located 15min walk from the beach which is quite a walk when you have kidsWhen it comes to the food and beverage, for breakfast, instant coffee was servedWish there was an all-inclusive option as well, not half board or breakfast only.

    7AndreaPosted on: 9-6-2023

Accomodation pretty new, high standard facility; effective mosquito repellent system

Price quality ratio; cleaning service, retairant & bar under-staffed

    9SudiPosted on: 9-3-2023

Very nice personnel and beautiful complex. The food was good and more than enough.

I parked in the underground parking, and I found the car covered with ants. In the first night, it was a bad smell outside, maybe, because it rained heavily.

    9NelenptPosted on: 8-26-2023

The resort exceeded my expectations. Check-in was efficient; I provided all guests' documents and received our bungalow card, a resort map, and pool towel cards. Our bungalow was spotless with an AC in each room - a relief in 35-degree heat. Our plan included a delightful breakfast with a variety of tasty options.Although we didn't opt for the dinner plan, we tried it once. At 40 euros per person (children are free), it felt pricey but offered a good buffet with options suitable for all diets.

The resort layout is extensive, requiring significant walking. Our bungalow was far from the main lobby, making frequent trips to the pool inconvenient. Though there are golf carts meant for transportation, I only managed one ride during our 6-day stay. A new entrance at the back of the main building could reduce walking distance.Dinner pricing is an issue. At 40 euros, it's on par with high-end sushi prices in Luxembourg. Additionally, drinks are separate. Better quality food at a lower price can be found in town.Concerning the bar staff, my Asian wife experienced being ignored on multiple occasions, which felt discriminatory as I didn't observe this behavior towards others. The resort predominantly caters to Germans and Austrians. While the staff speaks German, activities and laundry machine instructions aren't in English.Recommended mainly for families, as there are children everywhere.
