Kudos Villas - Hepburn Springs

The Kudos Water Villa was absolutely stunning, from the moment we opened the door the ambiance was amazing… was beautifully decorated with luxury everywhere and welcome gifts to enjoy. Music playing and beautiful views The layout was beautiful and functional well spacious and secluded with its own privacy nooks and areas, the appliances and kitchen area was perfect and well hidden with all appliances tucked away and a beautiful welcome breakfast package of local produce .The outdoor terrace was well equipped with a couch outdoor bar table and chairs and even an outdoor electric bbq , the inside had the most beautiful fireplace and was surrounded by beautiful furs and throws , making it extra romantic for our valentines trip away, the atmosphere of the lit candles was even more prettier than imagined and absolutely LOVED the barn-style sliding doors for the bedroom and the bathroom

The giant huntsman haha but hey that kept the mozzies at bay so it was a plus a guess .. he didn’t bother us and we were happy for him to stay

Due to the open bathroom layout when the shower is on the whole bathroom gets wet. Makes it hard to use toilet and hand basins

The coziest little villa. Perfect for a stay out of the city to unwind. Private hot tub in the comfort of your villa! The fireplace made the stay extra cozy.

It was comfortable and had everything for a good stay, including a nearby Coles Local and amazing restaurants

Due to the location there was bugs coming into the house, but that was expected

House was absolutely beautiful. The spa was immaculately clean, the bed was fresh and fluffy and comfortable, and the little touches of ambience were gorgeous. The outdoor balcony and double showers a highlight and a perfect view of the sunset outside. Chocolates, champagne and candles were a gorgeous addition along with robes, kitchen appliances and a huge tv for the footy! Easy access, lots of suggestions for stuff to do from host and just generally a wonderful experience. Immaculately clean and homey. Thank you for having us!

- huge spa bath- lots of free goodies, e.g., alcohol, coffee, toiletries, choccies etc- great location, very close to Daylesford and Hepburn Springs Spa - beautiful view- very comfortable bed

- got stuffy in the bedroom area due to aircon facing opposite way- didn't have conditioner though booking confirmed conditioner would be provided - shower pressure very weak

We didn't make use of the provided breakfast in the villa - although we were very grateful for the provisions. There were just too many fabulous eating venues in the village we wanted to try and our stay was only two nights so we maximised our eating out opportunities

The smell of Formaldehyde is way too strong when we enter the villa, we had to leave all doors and window open for a really long time just to get the smell off and lots of bugs and insects got into the house.

Everything about kudos is awsome very organised helpful and lovelly staff/owners made the stay easy and super comfortable

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy place! The location was perfect, host was very responsive and provided us with great local tips. The place was spotless, with a comfortable bed, strong Wi-Fi, and a well-equipped kitchen. Love it! BTW, the bread was so good!

The views were breathtaking and peaceful. The Villa was immaculately presented and the spa was incredible ! The location was perfect with everything close by. Can’t wait to revisit the Villas again in the near future.

Unit was left prepared for us like they were expecting guests. Fire was prepared so it just need to be lit. Lovely little gift waiting for us. Little breakfast bits and pieces - basically everything we needed to arrive, stay the night and really enjoy the unit.

The view wasn't amazing - you didn't feel like you were alone - rather one of a few small units. Nothing to fault, but the view was what you would expect in the area.

The accommodation was perfect for our holiday. The whole place was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for a two night stay. The bed was a good size. The TV is a smart TV so streaming services were available. The spa bath was great.
