Well maintained and a very friendly owner who was very helpful and welcoming.

Parking was not good. Needed to reverse very carefully, with obstacles in way.It was quite stressful.

Conveniently located, just a short walk into town. The option of a continental breakfast was a great idea, as we stayed on a public holiday and many shops were shut. The room had a microwave, small outdoor seating and crockery for two, so it was possible to eat in if you wanted.

We booked last minute, so took the last room available. However, we'll be better prepared next time, and book a larger room so that we can have some indoor seating too.

The Location was approx 0.5Km from City Center.The Bed was large & comfortable.Tea/Coffee facilities, microwave & fridge were well catered for..

Seems is a well liked location, could only book 1 of 2 nights required to attend the Highland Games at Victoria Park, so had to pack car for early departure.

My pillow was quite hard. A pretty minor point I know. The basics were catered for.

It was quiet, the staff friendly and happy to assist as needed. It was in a great position, a nice walk into town. They had a great size TV, with YouTube and Prime options. Provision of a Continental breakfast was a nice extra.

Even though being an older property, it was kept tidy. The plumbing showed its age. The hot water tap on the basin sung and the water in the shower fluctuated, giving you a cold water shock. They had the thinnest toilet paper we have ever seen. The bed was extremely hard from our perspective.

The location was ideal, an easy walk to main street eateries and shops. The continental breakfast was sufficient and delivered the night before. Very helpful manager / owner.

The aircon needs a service as it would only work with full fan, and it was 6 degrees outside.

The rooms and bathroom were very clean.The place is basic, but kept well. In contrast to many of more expensive places I visited internet and Netflix worked, so the kids were happy. Owner very friendly and forthcoming.

The wall colour, but that’s just personal taste.

The room was clean and had the families such as TV, Microwave, kettle , shower etc. So it was good value for money.

I thought I paid for the breakfast, but it turns out breakfast means just bread and jam with a few options. But was told that we had not paid for it.
