Fabulous gorgeous staff really helpful, beautifully restored hotel. Bed super comfy, lovely linen.

Very noisy right outside my window on balcony with a rowdy drunk group, was bearable as they exited by 6ish. Thought my single room was overly pricey at 187 per night, given its size and communal shared bathroom. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and generally ALWAYS choose to stay in hotel pub rooms and this was really cosy.

Excellent service from the staff... great central location in Daylesford. An authentic vibe, friendly professional staff...all within close proximity to the unique town of Daylesford.

I loved the location, the bar down stairs and the heated blankets

The apartment was great - warm when required and roomy.

We expected the hotel's food and drink facitilies to be open on the Sunday.

Centrally located in gorgeous Daylesford. The reception desk is the bar and the staff were friendly and welcoming.The hotel accepted our one night booking as we found many other providers did not.

No twin bed rooms available. Reading lights on one side of the bed only. No milk or tea cups for the complimentary hot drinks.

The staff were exceptional Room was clean, bedding spotless. Low budget so was what I required

Poor quality accommodation, poorly maintained and cleanliness was very poor. Odor was bad in rooms and hallway and bathroom

The room was dark, the beds were also uncomfortable.

The bar meal was good. Nice balcony to sit on in the evening.

The room smelt strongly of urine, had to request another room. Manager very apologetic.

The bathroom facilities are a bit dated and could benefit from a basic renovation, especially the shower.

We were travelling in the area and needed last minute accommodation. The booking site gave a number of options. We chose the cheapest.Arrived at the premises before the online booking showed up on the hotel's system! The staff member, Roco(?) was very pleasant. Once confirmed we were shown to our two rooms and had the facilities pointed out. We ate at the hotel, upstairs on the veranda. The food was delicious and service friendly and organised.The beds in the twin & double rooms were comfortable.Location was right in the town centre.

There was no problem at all, however I can imagine some guests might find the historical building and facilities not as modern as they prefer or expect. I call it "character" and loved the rustic ambience!

The location was good.

It was a hot night and when I checked in, the fan was not working, I called reception, and they could not fix it. None of the power points were working either, I could not charge my phone. It was 28°c at night, I had to leave the window open to try and cool the room. Being a Friday night, the patrons were celebrating till late at night, I didn't sleep at all as it was hot and noisy.The receptionist advised me that they would compensate me for the inconvenience, but sadly, no one bothered to contact me. A very poor experience!!!
