It was very very clean Staff discussion only through messages but very nice

Didn’t like having a joining door between room Needs updating but was very very clean Bed was a bit hard

Close to Hepburn Springs and running and walking tracks. It was clean and tidy. Access didn't require contacting reception.

Decor was a bit dated and windows are not double glazed- could hear cars arriving and leaving. It felt a bit like we were being discouraged from using the reception/interacting with staff.

Very clean and presentable. I like the PIN code access, very easy. Good communication.

The fridge was warm.

The bed was comfortable. All basic amenities (such as tea/coffee, towels, sheets, soaps) were there.

There were holes in the linen. We found a dead spider in the room. The price was rather excessive for the amenities. I probably would not consider staying at this property again.

No powerpoints either side of bed.Very basic old style motel.Bad and insufficient lighting.

Have stayed at Hepburn Springs Motor Inn on more than a few occasions now and they have never failed to impress. The rooms were spotless, ultra clean and the Manager, Stuart and Admin staff Veronica were helpful with checkin. It was a delight to stay there.

Super friendly staff. good location, easy to get to. Good room size, clean and well maintained.

Had some noise issues with other guests. Room on ground floor made it very noisy when people were arriving late at night we could hear everything

I loved the fresh country air. The location was central and quite. Terrific free laundry facilities.

Unfortunately reception is unmanned. So there is no welcome upon arrival or farewell. I wasn't aware of this until my arrival. In such a beautiful country area I found this a sad approach.

Lovely large room comfy bed crockery and utensils for use with microwave. Manager (Stewart) very amenable and obliging for change of room and late check out. Excellent value for the price

Unfortunately I had more than one device to be charged and there was only one connection available at the bench as tv fridge etc used up the other switches. No bedside switches. I had to use the bathroom switch. I would suggest a power board be added at the bench.

Excellent location for our needs. Free laundry facilities are great. Great a/c.

Mattresses are getting a bit “saggy”. Some room maintenance is falling behind; cracked tap head. No black out on curtains. We know this and take masks to sleep.

A nice motel in a lovely location but lack of available food was disappointing.

I was led to believe that room service was available for dinner as it was indicated on your website, so I didn’t take food with us. However there was nothing available and we had to drive a long way to find food for dinner.

The spa and the room was a good size. The location was easy to find and was close to everything.

The parking

We have stayed there many times, The place is always clean and tidy and we like to get Rooms three and four downstairs which have an indoor Spa in the Bath and it is fantastic.

I game not found anything bad there which is why we have stayed there over ten times.

Older style motel with good sized rooms, generous bathrooms, quiet and full of light. A guest laundry that is free to use was a great surprise.Close to the famous Hepburn Spa bathhouse.

Everything was fine

All the basic things were provided like kettle, toaster, glasses, plates, cups and cutlery.

There was no bidet.
