Hepburn at Hepburn

Hepburn at Hepburn is a calm oasis of serenity, beautifully appointed and exceptionally clean. So tranquil, the birds of the bush are the only sound. Everything you'd want for in a villa; the fireplace, large spa, incredibly comfortable bed, cosy-lots-of-pillows lounge, plus all the amenities. Staff are welcoming friendly and helpful.

What's not to like?- this was my 2nd stay and I'll be returning!

Very quiet location. Restful (which was what we needed). Short drive to Hepburn and Daylesford. Excellent amenities in villa. Loved the kangaroo in the clearing every morning/dusk!

The location ,cleanliness ,display and detail

The rose and petal package was booked for my anniversary and instead of the chocolatier chocolates mentioned on the package which are expensive some cheap chocolates were kept there .this was turn off also some other champagne were put instead of the one booked

Frypan and pot were not clean and very old

Very modern and fancy villas. Close to the Hepburn Springs Spa. Good sound system in every room including bathroom. Bathroom has a big spa bath, plenty of room for two, plus separate shower. Air conditioning worked well considering outside temperature reached 35 degrees. Lots of bush and birds around plus a kangaroo that visited each night and early morning.

Definitely need a car to get around. Restaurants are a long way away. Most eating and drinking places are in Daylesford a 10 minutes drive away.

It was just beautiful and peaceful We loved just walking to the bathhouse

I arrived within office hours but had to do self check in, I honestly prefer real life check in but understand it’s more private. It was very beautiful

Everything was amazing. The bed and couch where extremely comfortable. The bathroom with shower, spa and heated towel rack was most enjoyable. The aesthetic was very nice and the location was perfect. Thank you

Hepburn at Hepburn is a favourite of ours to which we often return and will continue to do so. The villas are superbly private and you barely see anyone else except when going to your car. There is no noise no interruptions. It is ideal for couples. The villas are well appointed with a fantastic spa in the bathroom that is just the right size. There are speakers in the bathroom so you can hear the TV which you can see through the glass walls as you relax in the spa. Beds are comfy and there is a deck to take your coffee or wine outside. All around excellent value for money too. Staff are wonderful and provide all the information required for a breeze of a check in and check out. Absolutely wonderful!!

Beautiful location and interior. Relaxing nature sounds and well off the main roads to cause any noise issues. Super large balcony overlooking the forest, and a large spa bath. Great for a couples retreat or for writers looking for a quiet space to work.

A little pricey but you certainly get what you pay for.

The room was lovely and clean. Staff provided a special experience and consulted for mid stay cleaning and linen.

Strange noises in the exhaust stove fan when windy, slight rattling in the night. Limited pans/pots to cook with.

Maybe on the website they could say that there is no Doordash or menulog or Uber. The first day we got there, we decided to order out but there was none of the above delivering to Hepburn. This was disappointing as all the restaurants in the town were closed and we travelled 40 minutes to Mc donalds in Ballan. Other than this it was absolutely perfect. Outstanding

Great customer service at the reception, she has made effort with recommending nice restaurants to go to. So clean and well presented rooms.

Over priced when we saw other accommodations for a better price and included spa & breakfast

It was an exceptional villa, great heating and cooling, amazing surround sound to listen and watch movies in the spa, peaceful atmosphere and great location next to the mineral pools. Will definitely be back

The room is clean, well maintained, and the beds are very comfortable. The furnishings are solid and tasteful, and the location is excellent.

The room's design seems to prioritise aesthetics over practicality. Storage is limited to a single wardrobe positioned awkwardly at the foot of the bed, and is the only thing that breaks the otherwise open design. The glass-walled bathroom has absolutely no outside view, and requires dragging external curtains along two walls for privacy.Natural light is minimal, with the only window facing a shared pathway just metres away, and a rear outlook of a small mulched area with cement garden beds flanked by the black walls of neighbouring rooms. Beyond the landscaping is a limited view of a small hill about 4 trees deep, which was really disappointing considering the general beauty of the surrounding area.Several functional oversights also made our stay frustrating.There are no bedside power outlets (we found some on the wall completely blocked by the bed), and the bedside tables feature subtly domed tops that send anything round rolling to the floor.The bathroom has a single outlet in the bathroom inside the vanity cupboard, no bathroom surfaces for toiletries, dim downlighting that makes shaving and doing makeup impossible.For the price, we expected better functionality from our stay. If natural light and views of the Hepburn Springs area matter to you, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
