Pros +
- Perfect location for skiing on Finkenberg, just a couple of minutes with a car or shuttle. Good breakfast and tasty dinners, always served very fast. Very friendly staff. Rooms and bathroom were kept pristine clean.Nice big TV with netlfix, etc. for kids (with a personal account).
- I would give them 15 points out of 10, if it was possible. The entire staff is very welcoming, spa is great, food is delicious. Amazing views from my room and the ski bus stops literally in front of the door.
- Everything was quite great. The rooms, equipment - had also a coffee machine in the room, the restaurant and food -- plenty of options both during breakfast and the dinners were super tasty and you could really eat until you cracked... There was a sauna that was very nice. There was a gym - this one could have been a bit better (was a bit small and sort of unkept) but all in all it was sufficient. The room for skis was big and functioned well. Location was also great, just in front of the bus stop.
Cons -
- Well, the sauna area is small and sometimes overcrowded, need to catch a good time. Somehow the beds and pillows were not comfy.
- - We booked two rooms for two couples for the same price and the same room type and we got rooms of different size and quality. Our friends got sofa, extra table and bigger room, we only had one table, was sort of unfair. - Although the location was great, beware that buses going to Hintertux are already often full until they come there and then they don't take you and you have to wait for another 10-20 minutes and hope that the next one will take you.
- Beds and pillows are bit uncomfortable.

Super friendly stuff! I arrived at 10pm and even though kitchen was close they managed to get me some food! Was pity that I had to stay only 1 day.
Breakfast was perfect. Good location with View.
Beds and pillows are bit uncomfortable.
I recommend choosing a room with a town view as it is beautiful to wake up with such a wonderful view and enjoy a balcony. The hotel is beautiful and has an authentic atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and nice. We liked dinners, you can choose between 3 options and every day there are 2 soups a dessert and many vegetables for side salads, some cheese and other options. Drinks are not included in the price, of course.Bus stops in front of a hotel, however, we were there in February and buses seemed to be always full so we used car instead. Parkings in the ski areas are huge, so no problem with that. The hotel has its own charger for electric cars.
There could be more options for breakfast, however, I dont think this is common in Austria.
+ Full pension food was good, both for breakfast and dinner. There was always a choice of salads for dinner and 3 main courses. Breakfast croissants were buttery and crusty on the outside, warm and soft inside - perfect. + Bus stop is literally 1 minute away, one can go directly in skiboots. There is a ski storage room in the basement. + The sauna was very pleasant and far from being full, both Finnish and the Steam sauna worked well, however, we were really at the end of the season (almost April) + The room was nice and spacious, cleaned every day, with a Nespresso machine in it. + No issues with hot water or heating. However, one could wish that the water flow was a bit stronger. + The hotel is very well managed, the ladies in the restaurant were absolutely charming and caring, big thanks. - Probably one could wish that the Greek guy in the restaurant stops being arrogant and does not comment on the nationality of the guests.
Perfect place, nice and clean room, comfortable bed. Very good food. Good quality sauna with resting area (view on the mountains). Close to skiing slopes.
Perfekt view, location, meals, spa. 15 minutes by car or bus to Hintertux.
Breakfast was very nice, although maybe a few more choices could be added. Dinners are very good, we made the mistake of eating out in restaurants the first few days. The hotel dinner is great and in hind site there is no need to dine out, with such a great place in the hotel. Dinner for kids was included in our price so the pricing was good.Spa was very nice, ski rooms are great. Bedrooms were fine, we had an amazing view from the terrace. The children's game room was also great for children to play in the afternoons.Parking was easy.Location is very good for the ski lifts.
rich breakfast, very nice food, decent welness with three saunas (but no swimming pool)
Our skiing was also great because of the accommodation in this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, cleanliness in the premises and the room at a high level, very nice and helpful staff. We will definitely come back :)
The cleanness of the room, quality of amaneties, food was great. Location was perfect. The ski bus station was literally in front of the hotel and the trip to the skilifts took only 2 minutes.View from the room was fantastic!
I can't think of anything that wasn't right.
The staff was friendly and always happy to help. The hotel is both kid- and dog-friendly, with plenty of parking available. Conveniently, there is a bus stop right next to the hotel that provides easy access to the nearby ski lifts and the glacier. The food at the hotel is delicious and varied, offering options to suit every taste. I highly recommend the Suite with Balcony for its spacious balcony, offering stunning views of the valley, as well as the impressive 75-inch TV.
Value for money, friendly and attentive staff, comfortable rooms, wholesome food (dinner & breakfast) and plenty of hot water!
Everything, the food the location the rooms the people and of course the sauna.
Nothing it was a really great experience.
Nice staff and amazing Hotel
the housekeeping was not professional
Everything. We also made 2 different reservations which they allowed us to merge, which enabled us not to have to check out/check in again and also managed to keep the same room.
We were not allowed to have dinner outside for lack of staff. Very friendly though, but would have been nice to have dinner outside.
Can highly recommend this hotel. The staff was so helpful and friendly! Close to summer activities, and easy to use the outdoor local pool with a special guestcard.
The location is great and the hotel is very unique. We had a wonderful time, a nice room with a balcony facing the valley and view to the mountains. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we had a great breakfast and delicious dinner. The hotel is perfectly located to start a trip to the mountains.
