Beside the location and the staff who does their best, there is not much to like about the hotel. It is very old, not well maintained, the rooms are very small, the spa area stinks…

It is very old and not well maintained. You could feel that every where. The pool is absolutely dirty

Very old facilities and not comfortable beds and furniture. They should drop at least 2 stars compare international hotels.

We initially booked a deluxe room for two nights but were so impressed by the hotel's ambiance and culinary offerings that we decided to extend our stay by an additional night. To our delight, the staff upgraded our room, adding an extra touch of luxury to our experience.The hotel is impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The food was a highlight each meal was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, leaving us eager for the next.What truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding staff. Every team member we encountered was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to assist us, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. A special thank you to Gulzar, whose helpfulness and warm demeanor made our stay even more enjoyable.We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay. We look forward to returning in the future!

A perfect holiday! After a wonderful welcome, we settled into our room. Our room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. ¡¡¡Thank you again for the Duplex room upgrade!!!Although the weather was cold, the hotel and the rooms were very warm.We also tried the spa, everything was spotlessly clean and very well-groomed. I recommend getting a massage, we were very pleased.In general, all the food was very good, but the breakfast varieties and tea time were our favorites.The hotel location is very central, 5 minutes walking distance to the bazaar and 10 minutes walking distance to the marina.¡See you again!

Location is so good, walking distance to the center. We enjoyed open buffet Turkish breakfast and dinner. Cleaning was very nice. Staff was very helpful. Special thanks to spa center workers. Thermal hot spring water was relaxing. We had a turkish bath peeling foam massage,I recommend it

The location of the hotel was central, 5 minutes from the market and 10 minutes from the marina. We were greeted very nicely when we entered the hotel. The duplex room we stayed in was very spacious and very clean. The beds were also very comfortable. The food was delicious and almost every kind of food was available. Although the weather was cold, the hotel was very warm. The thermal pool was very enjoyable. We also got a massage service, we were very pleased. We will come again at the first opportunity.

Love the hotel and its facilities. The staff was extremely helpful. The room was great and the location is amazing. I usually prefer to stay in this hotel everytime I visit Cesme. Kind staff, clean rooms, and rich breakfast and dinner buffet, plus there is a free Spa with thermal pool.

Great hotel with mineral spa-complex and relaxing atmosphere!We we travelling with parents in February and stayed in 2-floor room in Piril Spa for a few days.Room is very modern and clean, and a king-size bed om the 2nd floor is just fantastic!There is not too much space for 3+ people inside but it is designed to have a private space between people staying down- and upstairs.Hotel is very pleasant and have a nice green territory.We stayed during the low season and therefore some places at territory were closed for renewal but i can imagine it is gorgeous during the summer when everything works.Main gem is an inside spa-complex with mineral water and saunas. Everything is perfectly clean and well-maintained, and the water is truly healing.Can recomend for everyone looking for a relaxing stay in Cesme!

I stayed for a meeting,but had time to enjoy the thermal pool and had a very good massage.

Location was great 5 min walk to centre and marina. Staff was helpful. Thermal water and spa massage very nice. Massages are done by Balinese girls. Food was delicious especially Turkish breakfast. I recommend everyone

There was a free thermal pool in the basement which was a bit of a surprise. The family room was a great layout and beds were super comfortable. Buffet breakfast & dinner were included and these were really good with lots of variety. Walking distance to the waterfront and the property had a sunny deck area.

Location is 10/10. You can walk to the city centre or to the marina easily. Thermal water and the spa service was great. We had massage which was very relaxing. Breakfast and dinner served as open buffet and there were wide variety. Thanks to all the staff

Very satisfying stay. Well designed rooms, good service and good food. Live music on saturday. Walking distance to the centre. We enjoyed the sunday brunch as well, very delicious turkish breakfast

My stay was lovely. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, not many choice but every option was delicious. Friendly staff and spa was great for relaxation. Bali Massage is highly recommended!
