Pros +

  • Not recommendable - filthy & dirty place
  • The location was good
  • The hotel is situated at a very good spot, it has the most amazing view of the sunset over Chios island. You can go in to the sea from a small bridge. The quadruple apartment has it’s own siting area in front of the pool where you can enjoy a drink or smoke shisha. The breakfast was delicious.

Cons -

  • The Hotel deviates strongly from the infrastructure shown on the pictures. The rooms were filthy, dirty and not well maintained.I stayed for a night only and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
  • Not clean, there was no room service, the bed sheets wasn't clean , the safe box is bad my passport locked in it and needed help to open it and stay all the 2 nights without safe box .
  • There needs to be improvement in the cleaning process of the rooms and the understanding between client and personal as only one out of five speaks english.

The pool and seafront are beautiful to hang out on. It is quiet and feels like a secret tip someone would give you.Wonderful lawn made for relaxing. The staff don't speak a lot of english but are very kind and helpful.Breakfast was a big spread of many different things and really nice.

The rooms could have been cleaner, they were OK but in particular the bathroom had not been deep cleaned in a while and looked a little uncared for, water stains on glass & smudges on mirror etc

Amazing location, away from the crowd, with direct access to the sea behind the property. The view is just marvellous. The breakfast is generous, although it is missing fruits. Friendly staff.

The shower had traces of humidity (black) and was not in very good condition. The bathroom actually spread some smell of humidity to the rest of the room. For breakfast we were given various small dishes (bread, honey, cheese, olives...), which were nice, although we could not choose what we want (you get everything, but no fruits available and coffee is instant one..). Communication in English was not always possible

Pool

Very difficult to communicate with the staff as they didn't speak much English and seemed not happy to help.Room was dirty and smelled terribly, after the first night we asked for a room change but they said they were fully booked, but after we contacted booking customer service, magically they had a room available. It was better but still towels were dirty. They don't change lines, towel, toilet paper, etc.Is far from Cesme centre, so if you want to stay here you need to have a car.Bread served at breakfast looked like it was from the day before

Nix

The bed was uncomfortable, nobody knew a word of english, we had to ask for a new room because in ours there was MOLD on the walls! Definitely not clean, at all, no toilet paper if not asked from us. The room has never been cleaned and we had to use our towels because they were also not clean. The new room we received was without mold but the toilet smelled like sewer. DON'T TRUST THE PICTURES! that's old pictures. Definitely the worst hotel in turkey from the service to the rooms. Sorry guys change work.

The staff were very helpful and the size of the rooms were also nice.

The hotel wasn’t clean at all, there were plumbing issues and we had to ask for our rooms to be cleaned daily rather then that being the standard throughout. When they would clean our rooms it wouldn’t be up to par for example they wouldn’t change the bin regularly nor did they clean our toilet. The toilet was broken and so was the shower. The pool was extremely cold and full of floaties. As for the beach front, it’s not a beach you take the stairs into the water but it is cold and full of fish, you can’t go in without beach shoes either because you can hurt your feet with the things inside the sea. The breakfast was mostly stale and the options were limited. Location wise it was far from everything but you can take a bus (dolmus) from in front of the hotel to go to altinkum beach which was lovely or the cesme centre but we preferred alacati centre.

Exceptional view, nice pool though with mouldy grout. Air conditioning excellent, shower superp lots of hot water good pressure. Bed good quality mattress. Generally the hotel is lovely and modern but needs attention to lots of problems

Virtually no cleaning going on dirty floors everywhere. Pool area never cleaned . Lovely big lounge cushions in the sea and on the beach .staff saw this and didn't bother collecting them . Bar not opened at all despite the hotel being almost full . Empty bottles just left all around the bar . The hotel management need to manage and ensure care is taken to maintain the hotel . Having been to turkey many times I know this is not the norm nobody here takes any pride in this establishment which is a great shame .We loved our stay here but you cannot help notice the poor cleanliness all around the hotel. By the bar area are coffee stains there when we arrived still there when we left. All my issues here did not affect my stay but in a proper run Turkish hotel this would not happen

Views are beautiful, close drive to Alacati, good breakfasts

Rooms weren’t cleaned during stay, bed mattress very soft

8AycanPosted on: 9-4-2022

location, direct access to see, nice pool, great breakfast, friendly stuff

nothing really

8CuneytPosted on: 7-31-2022

Location is good, you have beach and pool. Taxi ride costs only 50-60 YTL from hotel to Ceşme Marina. Dolmus(minibus) costs 13YTL.

Hard to get a hold of taxi because the hotel is on the highway. But if you have time on your side and can wait 10-20 minutes a taxi will come. The minibus sopposed to come every 30 minutes but they are usually late.

8LumleyPosted on: 7-28-2022

Good position with pool and sea swimming and village just down the road

No waste bin in room and lack of fruit at breakfast

7FinaFloridaPosted on: 7-16-2022

The location is perfect, facing the sea, very quiet area, away from tourists, it’s really good for family getaways.

The first day we arrived, we wanted to take a nap/rest since we’re tired from the travel. Unfortunately, our room is next to the reception, next to the public toilet and you can hear everything!! Even when their phone rings, all conversations & the most annoying thing is when the door is closed sooo hard that it will wake dead people up. So advise??? Get a room one floor down or 2nd floor but facing the sea.

Staff is very cooperative and flexible.Good local wine is available in the market in front of the hotel.Amazing shore for swimmers, you can swim along the cave coast and see interesting bottom as well as the shore. They have amazing pier, where I was lying down on pillows with my laptop in the night, working and drinking wine… ❤️Nice big pool.

it would be cool if in the restaurant will be available menu for lunch and dinner. They cook not bad!

We had a great stay and would definitely return here. The staff were nice and helpful. The view was great. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The hotel is just a short taxi ride from downtown Cesme.

The bathrooms by the pool are dirty

8JelenaPosted on: 9-20-2021

is good for vacation but bad for swimming in the sea. The wind is blowing and the waves are. The staff is friendly.

6SarePosted on: 8-30-2021

They have a nice swimming pool and the rooms just beside the swimming pool were super cool

We didn't like the breakfast at all. The products were really cheap and always the same.We needed absolutely wifi but there was no wifi in our room and in the main area the connexion was poor.

9SummitPosted on: 8-19-2021

Great location, hospitable staff, great view towards the sea, private beach and amazing breakfast

There's some smell in the bathroom, from the sewage

8CristinaPosted on: 7-7-2021

The location of the hotel is very nice, the pool , the room.

The towels were not changed not even once in 5 days , some of the things in bathroom were broken. The personnel did not speak English but overall we understood each other.
