Location, nice decor

The food was less than good, (evening meal) we got diarhea I would recommend eating out for evening meals !!!

The property was beautiful with easy access to the beach. Beach chairs were included and the food and drink accommodations on the beach was fantastic.

It was a short distance to Alacati. Easily accessible but not walkable.

Very good location and stuff, but by comparing price to room service its not goodRooms missing some necessary items like (iron, toothpaste, ets) Rooms too small but in good location

The property was absolutely beautiful, it was really big with lots of places to sit out in the sun. The beach area was our favorite. The staff were very sweet, although they did not speak a lot of English, we would translate using google. :)

The fitness room was a bit too warm….and lots of screaming little kids, but it is family friendly resort so that is expected I guess….and tolerated by the staff with the utmost of grace.

My mom stayed here as her birthday gift and she loved it. She loved the room, the staff bringing her a little cake for her birthday, celebrating it while check in, the beautiful sea, warm pools etc. We love this place for years now, never disappoints.

After the check-out, my mom wanted to have one last tea before leaving but the staff at the door didn't let her. This is not a big thing, and normally they do let you have one last tea time.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The facilities are amazing especially the thermal pool and inddor pool. Food is good as well and the hotel bar serves nice cocktails. The spa is topnotch and I had a very great spa experience in this hotel.It has it’s own private beach access with white sand and it’s worth every penny.Truly 5 star experience.

Hotel is perfect. The only problem we had is when we got out the hotel to walk around and there’s a few street dogs that growling at us and 1 almost attack us but luckily, it’s owner manage to tame it.

Large spacious lobby, stylish modern bedroom with very nice bathroom. The walk in shower was great, bed comfy and spacious. Location is wonderful with views to the Aegean from the restaurant,at poolside or if on the beach.Excellent breakfast.

Our room AC didn't work so we slept badly and with balcony door ajar (which felt unsafe). Furthermore we arrived in the evening so we paid to eat at the restaurant TL 2000 per person,(£40) and this was a mistake. The array of food on offer was good, but the staff cleared away and were closing the sections before 9pm so we couldn't relax and it felt rushed..we only arrived to begun to eat at 8.15pm !! We explained how we felt to guest relations, and they said they would pass commemts on and hoped to see us again. (This was likely if they had credited us back 50% of the dinner charges - at the very least!) Finally the beach, be mindful it is manmade so sand is a bit sharp and feels unnatural.....we only stayed one night at end of October therfore it is hard to assess what it's like during the summer. Sure it would be fine if you like big and flashy hotels.

Beach was lovely. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, lots of choices.

Bathroom needs upgrading. Lights in the room could be better. Wi-Fi kept dropping out.

The beach was clean and good for relaxation. Very calm and nice environment. Good for kids.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. No enough facilities. No lifeguard at the beach nor the pool side. No play ground for the kids and no play room. the beds and the pillows were not comfortable.

The hotel is on the beach. Every room has an ocean view and the beach looks out to a lagoon with calm and beautiful waters. Possibly the best rooms are the private bungalows with a stretch of beach of their own. The only drawback is the short but pleasant walk to the dining hall. Hotel offers amenities like a gym, standard lap pool, other pools, and two beautiful authentic Turkish baths.

Property is well cared for with a large personnel. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Hotel is old and needs updating but nothing takes away from the enjoyment of the resort.

Everything was great most esp. the crew and staff! They were all so friendly, esp. mention to Simba she was so nice, smiling and very accomodating and so with the other girl but forgot to ask her name. Thank you for the wonderful stay we’ll never forget. Until next time in the near future. God bless and more power!

There should be other kids club options for non-turkish speakers perhaps english. And I think there should be a package tour deal offer from the hotel and lastly maybe guests will be offered somekinde map of the town what to see nearby/closed by the hotel.

Beach

The room was not prepared for check in. After a long taxi ride from the airport, this was a really bad experience. They also asked us to pay extra for the kid but they didn’t provide service. There was no towels, toiletries, bedding or water when we went to the room. Room itself needs renovation as its quite old. Air conditioning is loud at night so its noisy to sleep. Staff are not helpful. Guest relations tried to help but did nothing. It was a time wasted talking with them.

Very clean, high comfort and a very good Location. The beach and the kids animation are outstanding. It has all you need but is still overviewable.

There is not much around the hotel like markets which you could reach by a quick walk. Prices are a bit above the expectations.
