Villa Fanti

It's a beautiful, well kept family run villa, turned into a hotel. Cesme Marina, Cesme Castle and the main Market street are all nearby. The hotel has a tasteful bohemian/victorian decor and is very clean. Turkish Breakfast is prepared and served when you sit down for it, it's not a buffet. It has a small open seating area near the entrance for meals and chilling. Hotel is located on the side of a steep hill, so your window might have a great view of the sea, marina or the market lanes.

Parking would be a very tough situation. It's located on a hillside behind the market, which is a busy pedestrian area. So, you drive through tight windy single lanes with cafe tables reaching out. Then you turn into a tight upward 100mt long road with 45 degree incline. You drive up to find the entrance of the villa, with no turning space yet, so you have to Reverse back down into the busy lanes. Call the owner for help, if you want his help to reach there.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Despite its central location in Çeşme, the room was wonderfully quiet at night. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the breakfast was the best I had during my entire 7-day trip through Turkey.

Very nice boutique hotel. Amazing location, very well layed out. Very clean and comfy. I loved the decor and you can see the owners have put a lot of love and thought into it.

Not a negative thing, just makes sure to order breakfast a day before if you would like to have it and it is not included in your stay as they only prepare that much daily

there is nothing what we didn't like, just for people who have problem to climb stairs -there is no elevator.

Lovely boutique hotel in Çesme. Very quiet but one step away from everything. The staff was so nice and we loved the breakfast, the colors and the vibe of the hotel. Perfect for a relaxing holiday, hope to come back soon to Çesme and Villa Fanti.

The location is very good. The breakfast is tasty and the people are nice. The room is really clean.

The bed and pillows were not comfortable for my neck and back. But they tried to find me a better pillow.The fridge in the room is very noisy so we had to disconnect it every night and reconnect it every morning.

Well located, but quiet family run accommodation. Close to restaurants, shops and marina. Excellent breakfast. 24 hour support available. Tea/ coffee making in rooms and a bar fridge was a bonus

A little noisy from the street on our Saturday evening stay

This is my second stay at this hotel and I plan to always stay here when in Çeşme. The rooms are exceptionally clean and everything functions perfectly. The breakfast is delicious. The hotel owner and his assistants are very kind and responsive.

Really helpful and nice staff who was supporting us however they could (earlier breakfast possible, answered questions,...), nice rooms, comfortable bed, good breakfast, good location, ... We even stayed 3 nights longer as we planned as we enjoyed the place

I particularly appreciated the fact that even though my booking was not cancellable, the managers of the hotel accepted that I come at a later date than the booking. Because of weather conditions, the ferries were not running on the scheduled date so I had to cancel. The managers let me reschedule for 2 weeks later with no additional costs.

I didn't sleep very well. I don't know if because of the bed or because of my partner. Maybe the bed is a bit small for two?

We escaped from Izmir to this accommodation and no regret it really deserves it. a perfect welcome. very quiet villa with all you are expecting to enjoy a good time.

The pillows are weird and uncomfortable. The staff is distant and unfriendly. They lock the main door and each time you go out someone has to come to open the door.

Perfect location. 3 mins walk to the cesme castle. Room is clean, cozy and new.

In such a busy place, they still have the opportunity to park your car at home. Pleasant staff, quick check-in, air conditioning, cleanliness.

There is no kettle or coffee machine, for breakfast it would be worth adding a hot side dish (at least beans, oats or potatoes) and natural Turkish coffee instead of instant.

1、I booked this room just for the sea view, but I didn't expect that it only had a side sea view. My trip lasted a month, Only the sea view at your house was a side sea view and it was not mentioned in the details.You should mention this in your booking details. Apparently customers will feel "cheated" when they arrive at your room. 2、The parking slope is 30°, which is not friendly to manual transmission cars. 3、Privately runs hotel, you won't get the service you want. Nobody helps, even the daily greetings. 4、There is only one towel quilt and no other quilt to replace. 5、Hard to find the hotel location. We drove around three times to find it.in general,The room was even smaller than I thought. There is no elevator and the room is on the third floor. Coupled with the "side sea view", I am really not so satisfied.
