Şato Design Hotel

The WiFi was very good. Having a private parking space was a delight. The elevator was very roomy, easily fits two adults with luggage. The bed was quite relaxing. The shower was spacy. The hostess was amazing: she welcomed us very warmly and always asked if we needed anything.

Overall, the price paid was a lot considering the size of the room and the lack of food facilities: no breakfast and whatnot despite having interesting looking dining areas. Must be a Cesme thing? Mechanical ventilation in the bathroom would've been great.

Sato Design Hotel was absolutely amazing — everything was just perfect. It truly felt like a place we could call home. The interior design and thoughtful details created such a warm, welcoming atmosphere.The staff were incredibly responsive — we were genuinely impressed by how quickly they attended to our requests. The views were stunning, especially the breathtaking sunsets.The owner, a talented artist, was very welcoming and made sure all our needs were met. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel and would love to return!

Nice place, great breakfast

Overpriced for what it was. We expected a bigger room and a better view (most of the vuew was towards the other building and we booked their best room)

Şato design hotel is one of a kind. It is built and decorated by 2 sisters who are architects and artists themselves. You will be immersed in the atmosphere of serenity, immediately feeling welcomed and at home. Hotel is small as if you stayed at your friends’ house with dogs, long breakfasts and conversations in a living room. Rooms are great, they are basically apartments rather than standard hotel rooms - very spacious with fully equipped kitchen and a balcony or terrace , each with its own character, there are a lot of little thoughtful details. Sea view is worth spending a little extra, it is breathtaking. Service is seamless, you are taken care of at all times, you will also get a lot of recommendations on whereabouts and local gems. If you prefer rest and relax far from crowds surrounded by arts, good design and impeccable service - that’s the place for you. Our staying was in Apr so we did not enjoy the beach and some other services available during season so it might be even a fuller and greater experience in summer.

The staff is very geared towards customer service and attention to detail. They took care of our every need and we’re beyond nice and hospitable. The interior design was magnificent. The two female’s at the front were accommodating as can be and the sisters they own the place run the place extremely well.

staff were extremely attentive and helpful. stay was very comfortable and peaceful. I highly recommend and will stay here again. stay was well located and near cesme downtown / port area.

Location, design and hospitality

We had an amazing experience in this hotel, the management and the staff were absolutely amazing, we would receive free treats everyday and a smiling face at all times. Room was cleaned to perfection every day and our stay was amazing. The beach was couple minutes walk and it was the most amazing beach i have ever seen.

Absolutely beautiful location overlooking the sea! Very clean room with everything you could need. Even a balcony with multiple seating options depending on where the sun is!

The location and views were outstanding, parking was very good, the hosts, Elif and Tuba were extremely nice and have cute little dogs.

This hotel was the perfect home away from home. We are regular travelers and have stayed in many 5 star hotels however the good feeling you get when stepping into this homey hotel can not compare. The hotel is extremely clean and the service was top notch and personal. We appreciate the daily treats that are sent to our room and the helpful recommendations. The hotel also has cute dogs that greet you at the reception. This place makes you feel like you are staying in a good friends home and is definitely one of the places we would want to come back to. This hotel is very nice, decorated with taste by the owners and run impeccably. The service was very attentive both from the owners and the staff.The rooms are very comfortable, large and equipped with a full kitchen and a nice terrace where one can have meals and drinks.The lobby is very spacious and light with great views of the bay and the harbour. Morning coffee/tea and breakfast can be had in the terrace overlooking the bay.This glamours and highly recommended place is highly recommended if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle of Alacati (10 min drive) or Cesme (2 min drive).Parking is available on site.The property is not directly on the beach but a short walk away (1 minute downhill and 2 minutes up). The access to the sea is from a very nice pontoon. The small beach surrounding the pontoon is pebbles and not really used as the pontoon is much nicer. Note that the cove where the beach is located overlooks the port, where large boats are sometime stationed.

Super hosts and very comfortable room with stunning views

The room was beautiful with a lot of attention for details. There’s a small beach that can be reached by walking down the street. The manager gave great recommendations of things to do in the area and even helped me plan the next days of our vacation.

A wonderful hotel, with a wonderful view and a great secluded beach. The owners and staff offer guests the warmest attention and genuine friendliness. Simply fascinated. I recommend it with all my heart.

we were recommend to go to a restaurant called Ferdi Baba from this hotel. please don't go there, for we were charged over 200 euros for 3 mezes, 4 grilled shrimp and 5 small octopus legs. This restaurant has no menu and seems like they charge however they want to foreign tourists.
