Poor quality foods, extra’s overpriced

The sea water was gorgeous and the pier with lunch service (a la carte) was good. Good location convenient to Cesme town center. Rooms were decent.

Buffet service for breakfast and lunch was typical for this kind of resort but just ok, not great. Surprised that domestic alcohol and fresh orange juice cost extra, and no lunch. Hallways were dimly lit and gym facility was unpleasant. Mini club and activities were very weak

Food was delicious and chefs do all their best to satisfy all the costumers. Actually their tastes are more closer to the local Turkish cuisine. Waiters always refill the disks snd you can find to eat and drink. Staff is kind and helpful. And the important thing is that most of them are speaking English... Facilities are great.

At the check in I paid in Euro currency. The change given me back was in Turkish currency which is ok but it wasn't the correct amount of money. So you have to be careful with that...During the Christmas holidays of course the hotel was full house so it was very hard to find a table to sit and eat and also pools and spa always were very crowded.

Access to beach, location, swimming pool and food

I'm not entirely sure if the music should be so loud whilst the guests are having breakfast.

Nice beach and pool area, perfect sea view and the sea itself, the room in general was ok, as well as breakfasts. Pillows and mattress were quite comfortable. Up to 10 min by car to Cesme Marina or up to 15 min to Alacati, 15 min by foot to the nearest supermarket

In terms of food (do not recommend ordering it), amenities, room and cleaning service I would say it’s more 3 (at least 4) than 5 star hotel.

Beach is perfect. Food was very good with a lot of variety, there was something for everyone and most of the dishes were tasty. Perfect value for the money.

Free drinks could have better quality. Coffee is quite bad. The bar is outrageously expensive. You can see this by the amount of people ordering drinks by the beach (non-existent). The hotel would benefit from dropping the prices for their drinks and they would be able to sell a lot more and earn a lot more.

Location is super. Food is excellent.

The hotel is probably four stars not five. Bathrooms are small and old in design. Elegance, which a 5-star hotel has, cannot be found. Some front clerks need to be trained.

We had a lovely room overlooking the pool and beach . I loved my early morning swims before breakfast and the pool being open from 8am was great. The hotel , pool areas , beach and jetty were exceptionally clean . We loved being able to sunbathe on the jetty and dip into the sea. Buffet breakfast and dinner had a good selection, I really liked the bottle of water given with your meal every night. We sat outside to eat most evenings, all was very well organised.

Excellent location, helpful staff. The sea view rooms have amazing balconies.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times so far. This time we stayed three nights. One night they hosted a party which blasted music till midnight. It took three phone calls to get shampoo in our room after check in. Spa services were really not up to good standard. We had 45 minutes Turkish bath which only lasted 30 minutes. The scrub they used was like a sand paper. I had scars all over afterwards, so did everyone in my family who got the same treatment.

We liked the beach and the location very well. The room was bigger than usual. The balcony ? was amazing as well as the view .

Service in the main restaurant was mediocre ?. The staff does NOT speak English with the exemption made by a few young man (Akin Askaroglu and more...)There is zero to none after dinner entertainment and the pool could have been cleane.

We make a reservastion 4 months before.for 2 rooms 4 pax(husband and wife)2 couple.four our costumers.The second day the hotel call us to say that the rooms was single and women come late night hidden!!!!! They ask us to pay charges more for 2 person!!That was very rude to say like that about married couple!By tge way the day when we make the chek in, they take the passeport of all of them,and ofcorse in the passeport they can see that they are married !!!As we understand the hotel tried to get more money for the room, and they didin’t find a reason, so they appeal our costumer’s wifes by (bit..h)Ofcorse everything was prooved from the reservation in booking.com and they ceck again!!!And they say they are sorry .But for sure we will never come this hotel again, because it’s really very rude and impolite !!

This hotel is absolutely not 5 Star. We came at reception, and the girl who was working there was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Hotel have not much to offer and at checkout we waited for 20 min for them to confirm that we did not took anything from minibar. Definitely not worth the money. I will never come back and i recommend you also not to go there.

beach, thermal baths, and breakfast and lunch were excellent. The room was clean and the view from the balcony was superb.

It was immaculately clean. The pier over the water was a nice place to spend the day. It was nice, that as soon as we walked out to find a seat, someone would come and get us cushions and set it up. We never had to wait. Towels were readily available. Liked have the spa and the thermal baths.

The dinner and dining room. I felt like cafeteria food and a cafeteria setting. The breakfast was good. Dinner was not so good. The only option for a drink was water. No one ever asked if you wanted something else. Maybe a glass of wine would be nice. Coffee after dinner was extra. It was hard to get service for drinks and snacks and once you did they never came back to see if you’d like a refill or to take you empty dishes, which is a problem because the cats try to get in them.
