PHOTOS/Descriptions online do not match reality, which is, no upgrades or repairs were made to hotel corridors, rooms in quite a long while, room furniture like bed, TV, fridge, desk, sofa, etc. are minimalist, small, cheap, and old. Was not worth ---/n.

Location is great. Has the best sea in Çeşme- if there is no or minimum wind. There is an amazing thermal pool.

A relatively old hotel with possible long walking distance to the rooms. Aircon could function better.

Sea side is great

Internet was not good. I mean, not even “not good” there was no internet in my room. I told reception to check it they said they did but it was all the same. Internet is not good mate. You should do something for it. Let me write it down turkish;Internet cok cok kotu, hatta yoktu bile. Uyarmama ragmen duzelmedi. Kendi gsm’i kullanayim dedim o da pert.

Has its own beach. Means alot in Çeşme

Sooo sorry to say that the food quality and taste is poor. Bacus Bar: Disaster!! Need to find some one who can make real coctails.

Choice of meals at breakfast and evening meals. Indoor and spa pools which were heated were a plus.

Breakfast was fantastic, and a long enough time window for us to make it. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spa staff were excellent.

Bathroom sink - something about the design made it so that water splashed out of the basin and onto the glass countertop more than it should have. Had to use a towel after each use simply to mop up the water to keep the area dry.

it's one of the oldest hotels in this area but you'd expect it to be well maintained and renovated, it's not.All pools are sea water, might be inconvenient for some.Due to its horizontal design some rooms are quite far from the lifts.A/C is too noisy, doesn't have auto mode so you'll either freeze or sweat.Beach restaurant was not sth you'd expect from a 5 star hotel, very disappointing.There is no valet service, they have open parking area and sometimes not easy to find a space.

The room is average. Certainly not 5 Star facility, to me more like a 3 star. Although I have been to better 3 Stars for example in Italy. Beach area was nice, but again the facility in the beach was not like a 5 star hotel. Hotel is dated and have not been renovated for a long time.

The hotel is old, not renovated. not many staff speak English bearing in mind that its a resort and they have to cater for foreign visitors!! Unfortunately not honest staff, as on the last day of our stay, I forgot to remove a few items of jewellery (not gold) and my watch in the bedside drawer and I contacted hotel as soon as we landed back home. The receptionist said that they will have a look at the room in the morning and ask the lost property of the hotel. In the next few days whenever I called OR communicated by emails through hotel or booking.com portal, I was told that nothing was left in the room, but I am more than 100% sure that I left everything in the bedside drawer. My only conclusion is that the staff are not honest!!! :-( AND THE MANAGEMENT DONT CARE!!!

Quality of food was good

Service was appalling at the reception desk and at all restaurants (lobby, beach bar and marina restaurant). Too many examples to list here! Reception tried to place us in unrefurbished rooms on the first floor, only later on complaint were we moved to slightly more updated rooms on the second floor, but still very poor standard for the money paid.

Location is good. Breakfast ok.

Run down ! Built in 1974! Not renovated properly!No English TV channels in a so called 5 start outlet !

I absolutely LOVED this hotel. If I come back, I will stay here again. The staff was so amazing and helpful. The room was very clean. They even upgraded my room to a sea view. I was so happy here. And the beach is amazing.

Kind staff although they only speak Turkish.

The building is very old, rooms do not look appealing or welcoming. the temperature of the air conditioning cannot be set for the individual rooms and it’s also very noisy (even when you switch yours off you can still hear the vent from other rooms). They have tennis courts but you need to travel there with your own equipment as they don’t have anything you can rent on site. Breakfast is very average, served in a big, super noisy and warm room.
