Kerman Hotel

The location was perfect as it was right at the beach.

One of the staff messaged me right after the booking which was nice as he asked if I needed a ride from the airport, but I didn’t need that as I was already staying in the area.Later that day when I arrived he asked me again if I needed anything over the WhatsApp as this was the way he communicated to ask if I needed a ride, later I asked for coffee and asked if I have to call reception or ask at the reception and he said that they can deliver to the room and then I see him at the door, so I said please ask someone to get me the coffee and there was no tissue paper anywhere in the room or bathroom so he confirmed he will ask someone to but it never arrived, and later he asked if I had plan that night which then I completely ignored his messages as it was out of place for a guest.

Great location close to the centre and little beach is just front of the hotel. Nice view during the breakfast from front of the hotel. Breakfast included.

The WiFi didn’t work at all. It was a bit noisy in the mornings, not sure it was from other guest or the cleaners from the corridor.

We only stayed here for one night before crossing over to Chios but it was very nice. In a great location above restaurants and bars (but wasn't loud) and right on the waterfront/boulevard with a nice beach very closeby (about 20 seconds away). The staff were very friendly and even let us have a late check-out. The included breakfast was also very nice.

Nice location, direct on the promenade and few steps from a quiet beach.

Realy bad toilet, small and not clean ..The balcony is very small .

Pleasant

Loud music from the bar downstairs until 1am and sour faces from staff most of the time

Location is great! Only a few minutes' walk from the town center and the marina. Good breakfast; many small dishes with different contents (unfortunately the same contents every day). The public beach is across the street.

Cleanliness could be better; tea cups, plates and cutlery are not sometimes well washed. Quite noisy during the night; loud music from the restaurant's garden until late at night, followed by noisy guests and fishermen

Hotel is in ideal location. Within walling distance of the major tourist venues. Staff was helpful and polite. breakfast was good.

This may sound silly. there was no shower enclosure / cabinet / cubicle whatever you wanna call it. We were two guys on a roadtrip. Given the size of the shower I guess a panel would be helpful. The bar's restrooms should have been in better conditions.
